I recently shopped at evo.com and had a great experience overall. They offer a fantastic selection of outdoor gear and apparel, and I found exactly what I needed for my upcoming ski trip. The website is easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were spot-on. My order arrived on time and everything was in perfect condition. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I had a bit of trouble with customer service response time. But overall, I'm quite satisfied and will definitely shop here again!
Ordered from their online store during a big sale. Ended up returning several items from a big order. All returned in the same package together and labeled accordingly with extra labels placed on the bags they came in etc. I went above and beyond to make the return process as seamless as possible. When the received my package they said several items were missing. Then they said one item was missing. They refunded me for everything but this one missing item. It's super shady that at first they claimed that several items were missing, then apparently found them, but not all of them, and then didn't refund me or follow up with me when I emailed them trying to figure out what was going on.
Great deals on great gear! Almost always arrives before the projected delivery date. I had an issue with a delivery and the customer service rep was super helpful and friendly! I got my package that day!
Categorizing/filtering system makes shopping easier
Color was off on the bindings, thought it'd be more silver on the frame as shown (bindings are labeled as "gunmetal") but they are actually black throughout. Still like them though.
Evo is great. Searching and browsing was easy, found the rad pair of sneaks I was looking for, but if it hadn't been for the limited availability, I would have tried to find a better price. Still, rad online shopping experience

Received the wrong ski boot. This was most likely due to website inaccuracy. Customer service was great. While they did not have a replacement, they had no problem sending a prepaid return label to return product.
Weird issue with checkout - could see previous order with address, but none shown at checkout, no way to enter until I hit "proceed" and triggered red boxes, then able to put in my address, etc. weird.

The Seattle store was extremely busy when I went in to pick up my ski boots and have them fitted. There was an unacceptably long wait time and not nearly enough boot fitters working during the known busy weekend time. If I had not already purchased my boots online with in store delivery, I would have walked out.
Product took a while to get to me & when it did, it looked like the box the product (ski bindings), came in was either opened or otherwise tampered with. I really hope all the pieces are there. A shop will have to determine this when I have the bindings installed. Other than that, everything else was good.
So far so good. Nice prices. Easy to navigate web site. Comprehensive inventory. My order got to my front door the day after I ordered it. Not sure I still believe it. The Evo Team surely has their act together and are good about taking care of the customer. I only hope that Evo takes good care of their employees.
Evo is awesome! The only problem I ran into was trying to find things on the site. There was a package I was looking at as well as separate pieces (snowboard gear) and I had a hard time finding them all after leaving the site. Otherwise, delivery time was surprisingly FAST - Thank you! Products are great at pretty reasonable prices. Overall extremely satisfied.
They were definitely demo skis and bindings. Didn't expect the level of use they would come with. However, the product was sold as-is and a little use doesn't make the product any less utilitarian. The Price was great, the delivery time was unbelievably fast and the selection you offered made me regret nothing. Thanks again. See you on the slopes.
Unfortunately there was a little slice/chip with a little hanging piece on the lift center edge close to where the stomp pad would be. It's only cosmetic and I took care of it so you would have to look really hard to see where it was, however, it was a little disappointing to get a brand new product with a blemish like that. Other than that, I am super stoked to ride the board as I have no doubts of it's performance.
Great customer service. Only one minor "complaint" - my order was separated into two packages that arrived on two separate days. I understand that that happens normally, but there was no notification sent to me that my order had been split. It'd be good to be notified when the order gets split.

The site is easy to navigate and I really appreciate the huge selection of filters on each category. I am new to snowboarding so the pages that describe how to select gear were very helpful. I also love that you offered free 2 day shipping for my order.

Sizing for This ski boots was just a bit too tight as wife to butts up against boots are insert. Shell size 23.5 is correct. Had to return and paid postage for the next size. If that is too large, I need to return that for another brand. Next time, need to physically be at place to try on brands of boots same size.
Purchased some board shorts as a gift. None were in stock in the store (it is Winter after all), so I was pleasantly surprised to find that the ones I ordered from the website were ready to pick up at the evo store in less than 24 hours!
About a week ago I placed an order for bindings and boots. After much research I decided that I wanted a different set of bindings. I called evo the following morning and the two gentlemen that I spoke with were super duper helpful. The exchange did not effect the delivery. The products that I purchased were exactly on schedule. Everything was packaged perfectly and even my demo boots were mint condition. Love evo. Will definitely shop there again for all my sporting needs. Definitely recommend.
The site was extremely easy to navigate and very helpful. I love that it tells you how likely they are to sellout of a certain item and it gives sizing guides to help you if you do not absolutely know what size of board/bindings you need to buy.
Excellent selection, excellent descriptions of products, excellent prices. Received my order using the free shipping 7 days after being placed, which is very good considering they had to go Coast to Coast
Service has been great, however the jacket failed in the first five min of use. The bottom snap separated and fell out of the jacket. I also noticed after arriving home and hanging the coat up that one of the zipper pulls was failing on a pit zip.
Overall it is great. The only issue was that I checked the same products 2-3 days ago and the prices were different - I know websites to this all the time but for returning customers it is not a nice thing to do :) Still I am satisfied and I'll probably use your site again.
