The bindings came and we ordered a yellow Binding but they came and are Lime Green. I don't think it was an error in the item, but just described wrong on your site. I would like to exchange them for a yellow binding if possible.

The shopping part went well, we'll just wait and see how the shipping and delivery goes. I also use Ebates, would be nice to see you on there.

Everything went smooth, unfortunately the shoes did not fit my daughter so I have to return them.

Choosing a product was easy, I would appreciate a little more item detail as it wasn't clear if all colors of these sunglasses have polarized lenses- I ended up choosing and receiving a non polarised pair.

I was looking for a beginner snowboard for my 7 year old. He's been skiing for three years and wanted to try something new. I found a great board at a great price a week before Christmas. I did not pay for expedited shipping, and I still received it before Christmas. Perfect! I can't always find every size in their clearance or sale items, but when you do it's a great deal.

I am pleased with the time in which I received these goggles. My only issue with them is that there are vents from the top and the front. When riding, the wind was going through both of the vents letting more air in than what I wanted. On the other hand, I am very pleased with the color lenses, not too many brands carry the color that I was looking for.

Went in to pick up and get new ski boots. I believe the employees name was Luke. He was extremely helpful and patient. He is probably the only person I'll want to work with whenever I go into the Denver store now.

EVO is the perfect hybrid between an online retailer and a brick and mortar establishment. Their website has all the information I expect from an online retailer in an easy to use format. In addition, their store in Fremont has a huge selection of ski equipment showcased by knowledgeable and friendly staff all backed by a full scale service department. What's not to like?! I may have totally missed this, but the site isn't easy to navigate back to keep shopping after adding something to the cart without having to scroll through and search for where you left off. A continue shopping button that puts you back on the page and section you left off from would be great!

I looked at a lot of jackets that were on sale, but was able to choose one after reading reviews and comparing prices. It was very easy to navigate the site and find what I was looking for. The deals were great!

Easy process. Good prices. I just had the skis mounted and the din setting window on the both SX 10 heel pieces popped out. I need to replace the windows. The skis arrive two days later that promised when I bought them.

There were very good and tempting sales. At some point it was hard to find 66-70 cm. Skis that were under 300$ But all in all I found a great deal for skis and bindings. I also thought that having it shipped fast for 60$ was a bit frustrating for me and probably future buyers.

Quick and easy. Delivery was made to the store and I was helped promptly. Evo employee was great in making sure the boots fit appropriately and provided extensive additional information regarding fit, custom inserts, heat molding, etc. Overall a great purchase / experience.

Customer service was great! Marshall said he would email information the next day and he did. He had the guys in the warehouse measure the knee pad circumference since there was no sizing chart that went with the product. Kudos for all!

Great company, prices, and service. The item didn't have enough pictures though, and therefore, I didn't realize that the backside had a colored pocket that didn't match any of my stuff-- which is why I got new pants in the first place

I paid extra for faster shipping and the order came 2 days later than it was supposed to. I understand this delay was likely due to inclement weather more than a delay in leaving the warehouse, so not the fault of Evo.
