My burton snow boots were too small, I'm 7.5 ordered a size8 but still too small to even put my foot in there. Had to return and reorder. It'll be better if you guys can justify on the website that these boots run small.

No really, evo.com is VERY addictive it's dangerous. I always find the best deals on their site. I bought my boots and bindings from them and they surprisingly came within the week. I actually find purchasing from them a little too easy.

This was my first experience shopping with EVO and it was very good. A friend recommended EVO. I found the skis that I was looking for and they were available in my size. There is plenty of information, specifications, etc. to make an informed purchase. The prices were excellent. When I brought the skis in to mount the bindings, the technician wanted to know where I found them, as they had not been carried by the store in 10 months. These were **** K2 Rictor skis.

I made my first purchase from Evo buying a snowboarding bib just before 2018. I'm the type to shop thoroughly for quality products, as I really don't like having to do it over again after a product I paid for fails to meet my expectations. That snowboarding bib proved to be a great purchase, and now, shopping for quality knee pads, here I am again.

Evo continues to provide a great selection of exceptional products, and the shopping experience has been all I could ask for - free shipping, free in-store returns, helpful staff, etc. I'm sure I'll be back for the next thing.

I had my eyes on these boots for a couple of weeks and then found them on evo significantly cheaper than anywhere else. I even wondered if perhaps something was wrong with them, they were so much cheaper. But they arrived and have exceeded my expectations! I love them! They came quickly (more quickly than it said they would), well packaged and clearly brand-new.

I have already sent a few friends to Evo to save money and find what they are looking for. Woohoo!

Great as usual, you have the best prices on the market. That is one of the things that represent you the most, best prices (and if is not the case, you nail it with a two free days shipping), great site, and a lot of great products in stock to choose. There's only one thing you should improve; customer care, yes they reply but sometimes the answer is not even close to the question.

I think you should make an app this will be awesome to shop online.

The Nike Kaiju boots I bought were great as expected. I recommend these because they extremely comfy and pack out perfectly about a half size as the sizing chart on EVO stated. This is my 5th different using EVO and could not be happier with my recent purchases. They make for a very easy and worry free buying experience

You guys at least seem to carry unique styles from the standard douchy brands like North Face and of course more unique brands. Thanks for not being super douchy in that way. I send you the most sincere fist pump.

The web site said same day shipping on the order, but when I picked the free shipping they did not ship until a few days later. I live in the Seattle are and could of easily picked the order up if I knew it was going to take a week.

Pay attention to the detail of the email promotions. I felt one that I received that ultimately let to a purchase was a little misleading. It still was a good value for what I wanted so I still completed the transaction. Overall I'm happy with Evo & I'm sure I'll be ordering more gear in the future.

The surfboard was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. There was some difficulty with tracking the shipment although I believe it was exclusively due to a UPS system error. Overall I'm thrilled with my purchase and can't wait to get out on the lake to test it out!

I had never even heard of this site until today. I was looking for a nice heavy casual jacket and ended up here by way of google. The prices seemed good and the selection was also good. Shipping was free and I received my order in less than a week.

Ordering was quick and easy. My duffel bag arrived quickly. It is bigger than I guessed it would be from the picture, and I wish I had bought the medium instead, but it is 'bomb proof' construction and will do the job of carrying my gear on cross-country road trips.

After I received the mittens I tried them on and they were very, very small - short in the inside lining. The inside lining did not go to the end of the outer mitten. I have short fingers but the mittens were a gift for someone with long fingers. I knew they would not fit her. I called customer service to request a return label because I thought the mittens might be defective and I also wanted get a gift card instead so she could pick out something else herself. The gentleman I spoke to took care of everything right away. That's great customer service! Thanks so much.

I was having trouble purchasing through my iphone. I called customer service and spoke with Jessica. She was so helpful. She let me know that it randomly has errors when using iphone or ipad, and that i can add it easier on the computer. She then offered to put the order in on the phone if i chose to do so.

Got this pack for my son for his birthday--it seems to work well both for hauling gear to school and hauling skis up the mountain. Its focus is clearly on the latter, and it performed well there this weekend! It does lack the organizer pockets of typical school packs (for pens and pencils and such) but he doesn't seem to mind.

I have purchased several items from Evo and it has always been a simple procedure. One time I found that the item I purchased went on sale at Evo just a few weeks after the purchase. I called Evo and, just as they say, absolutely no hassle. They refunded the difference to me. I will continue to be an Evo customer.
