EVO was great, got a split board for half of what it would have cost new.

It would be nice if they would extend their free shipping to Canada though so I wouldn't have to drive across the boarder to pick things up.

Found these cheaper at Surfdome but there was no way of adjusting the price, they have them for $89.47. I bought from you because I knew you could adjust it, I've bought from you before and you're in the PNW like me.- thanks!

Sizing guide for the gloves was right on, even though I was a bit worried. Shipping was quick from Evo but UPS bagged me and rescheduled 1 business day, which ended up being 3 days cause it was Friday... Not EVO's fault though!

I called your customer support before ordering and was treated very well and got my questions answered.

I paid extra for expedited shipping, but the item was delivered the same day as it was listed that it would have been delivered with free shipping.

I received the order in a timely fashion. But the ski poles sent to me are not the same length! One is 2 cm shorter than the other. Is this a common occurrence? How can you remedy it? Thank you.

The board I ordered arrived with a blemish, and I didn't see anywhere when I ordered that it was a blemished board. It doesn't look like the blemish will affect anything, and the price I paid seemed really good. This is not a complaint and I don't feel the need to return, just thought someone should be aware. Thank you

Generally pretty fantastic site. I like the filters and size guides: they are clear and easy to read. I just placed an order and didn't realise I had an account saved. It asked me if I wanted to set one up, which I tried, but then it said there is an account with the associated email already. For whatever reason, it didn't ask me before I placed the order to sign in. I do like to see what my past purchases are. Just a small tidbit.

Evo is a great place to shop - it's easy to navigate and find what you're looking for AND all of the buyers guides are extremely informational and helpful. I'm glad I came to Evo to get started with my backcountry skiing setup

Online ordering was easy. Delivery was quick. Returned a pair of pants too small. Flat rate return shipping is nice. Zipper defect on a pair of Altamont shorts I ordered. Zipper binds on material but I didn't notice until I tried to wear them.

Easy and efficient. My son, Chip has done a lot of business with evo and recommended this site and the wet suit purchase.

This is my first Evo purchase and it was as advertised. Easy and efficient, although I have not yet used the wet suit nor tried it on...no reason to, our beaches here in San Diego County are closed...:=(

I've shopped EVO before, and continue to be happy with their commitment to the ski world. As Canadians we pay extra on exchange and duty costs, to shop American. However, you have the products I want. I'll shop EVO again.

I can't recall the dudes name, I'm kinda drunk, but he was super helpful. I'm a snowboarder, so I know nothing about skiing and he helped me out for a gift for my buddy. Ya'll are the best, if I ever run into an Evo guy on the slopes, I'm buying them a beer. Cheers ya'll, God bless.

I love Evo. It's my favorite place to shop for ski/snowboard gear because of the prices, selection, and the awesome return policy. It's really easy to call in, as well. You don't get someone at a call center. I'm pretty sure it just routes you into the Evo HQ store in Seattle.

I usually buy from the Outlet store online unless I really need something and it's out of stock.

Looking at the same Ronix District board at Overton's and yours was $50 cheaper. Attempted to talk with an Overton's rep and was put on hold for half a day. Clicked back to your page and ordered. Have not received the item yet so I'll reserve my comments on the product until then, til then Thanks So Much!

Not too bad!
I did receive my boots much faster than expected, but they ended up too small. The foot sizing chart posted by ThirtyTwo recommended same size as other types of boots. Not the case for these specific boots. My toes were pressed hard against the front of the boot. I'll be upgrading the size if available.

Should offer more free shipping options. I did have to contact a representative about a duplicate order and she handled it very professionally and was able to stop it from being mailed. Very friendly and great follow up.

This was my first evo purchase and I could not be happier with it! I purchased a great $*** North Face jacket on sale for $*** and I love it! I paid for 3 day delivery and did not realize since I placed my order on a tues (it shipped first thing weds morning), I would not receive until the following Tues. In the future I would've gotten sat delivery, which was an option for the day the order was placed. I just did not realize, totally my fault. Everything was as it pictured, shipped and arrived on time. Size chart completely accurate, my jacket fits perfect! I will definitely shop evo.com again! I am currently looking at the Arc'teryx jackets for my husband. He's wanted one for a couple of years and with the current sale, there's no reason not to purchase a complete jacket (2 pieces sold separately).

I have not yet had a chance to use my skis but I am very happy with the quality of the skis and their price! The order came when it was expected and my googles were shipped even sooner (I ordered googles, skis, and poles), overall I had an excellent shopping experience and will definitely browse Evo first for any winter sports needs

So far the experience has been quick and easy the prices were great. Now we will see if the product is delivered on time and is as good as it says. Product came delivery was fast completely satisfied!

The price was awesome, and the delivery time was great, especially given current circumstances. The suit has a little knick in the rubbery part over the stomach area, but I'll just fill that in with rubber cement.
