I recently shopped at evo.com and had a great experience overall. They offer a fantastic selection of outdoor gear and apparel, and I found exactly what I needed for my upcoming ski trip. The website is easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were spot-on. My order arrived on time and everything was in perfect condition. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I had a bit of trouble with customer service response time. But overall, I'm quite satisfied and will definitely shop here again!
Ordered from their online store during a big sale. Ended up returning several items from a big order. All returned in the same package together and labeled accordingly with extra labels placed on the bags they came in etc. I went above and beyond to make the return process as seamless as possible. When the received my package they said several items were missing. Then they said one item was missing. They refunded me for everything but this one missing item. It's super shady that at first they claimed that several items were missing, then apparently found them, but not all of them, and then didn't refund me or follow up with me when I emailed them trying to figure out what was going on.
Great product! Great quality. I bought the leggings / pants for my daughter and she said the fit is perfect, color nice and the feel is super comfy!
The only problem i had was that it was not made clear that the free 2 day shipping promotion was only for US shipping. When i called to ask about this I did not get an answer. However im am pleased with what I ordered just wish shipping was easier! Thank you for making my christmas shopping easier!
Good selection, great prices, and delivery time was fast! I am military stationed overseas, it took only one week from the date it was ordered. I actually ordered a similar product from a different company located on the west coast, and I still didn't receive the other company's order.
Because the order was sent to Canada, you did not put the bindings on. It ended up costing another $** to do that, adding to the cost. My understanding was that that would have been done for us if we went to the store. We did not anticipate another bill. I don't feel that was well expressed by your company.
The board came super fast! It didn't have the same bottom design that was in the picture but I didn't mind... I liked both of the options they provided. Other than that it's a beautiful board and I'm excited to shred!

Items arrived fine. Needed to return them though b/c I got the wrong sizes. I already purchased another set of ski's/bindings. Will have to wait on the boots though as you don't have any in my size in the outlet section.
I bought a great snowboard, used last season flight attendant, and after it was already shipped I found the same board new on burton.com for the same price. I should have checked burton first. Oh well. Love and learn.

The shopping experience was good. I ordered a board, bindings and helmet. Some parts got lost in shipping, but evo was good enough to over night ship the board to me so I had it in time for my trip. Great customer service and great selection. I would definitely recommend the site to anyone that I have a chance to.
Everything was received, quicker than anticipated, and was in good condition. Final verdict on the product won't be known until we get some snow and I can try the skis out. But the experience with EVO was as good as always.

Received the helmet I ordered but was not new, probably a return, smith tag on the chin strap was torn and stripes on the helmet, the lining inside the helmet is stained. If the price is so good (almost 50% off) it should mean there is something wrong. Dissapointed as I expected a new product but I'm coaching young racers this week end and I don't have time to send it back as I need a helmet. Won't never buy a clearance on this website.
When I received the Rome board it had small gouge on the bottom base. I called customer service and they said to send pictures which I did but I haven't heard anything back from them. I understand it was last years model and it was on clearance but it still was a bummer to find it in that condition. I've ordered from evo many times and never had a problem and I will still continue to order. Things happen I understand. Thanks for the product
The order was held a day due to a difference between billing address and delivery address and receiver that I entered. So EVO sent an email for me to call them to verify the order and delivery. In spite of this delay, the guys at EVO set us up for next day delivery to ensure we received the order on time. Very well managed and appreciated.
Extremely easy to navigate and tons of helpful information to assist you in deciding which product to purchase. The only thing I can say as constructive criticism is at times all of the information on each product can be overwhelming. A separate section with all of the product information simplified and put in terms that beginners can understand would probably be extremely useful to new riders.
The issue wasn't with evo.com's shipping but with UPS. I expected my package Friday, and somehow from Salt Lake City to Colorado Springs it ended up in Albuquerque? So I missed out on some epic powder! But everything from evo was great from shopping the site to checking out! The prices were great as well!
The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the stated arrival date wasn't correct. The product arrived two or three days later which likely had to do with Holiday schedules. I actually paid a small amount for a specified day of arrival and that didn't happen.
Not sure why 'economy ground' which is included takes longer than regular ground. Do you just slack off on packing and shipping? There are not two levels of ground speed available from either ups or fedex. Vexing.

I bought some snow pants at an excellent clearance price plus free shipping was included. Although I wasn't in a rush to receive them since the season hasn't started, I was sent a shipping confirmation quickly. This was my first order & won't be my last.
I finally decided to replace my 25 year old OTG Smith turbo fan goggles. EVO had the best price and I am very happy with my purchase. It arrived in a little more than a week, but ski season is over, so it didn't matter. I was quite impressed with the product and the price.
I thought it was very quick and easy. I liked how all the options of color and size were all lated out for me and I didn't have to go fishing around the site and click a few times before I get to see the options. One thing I didn't like was the high risk of sell out. That doesn't make sense to me. Does that mean it is sold out and I'm risking paying for something that isn't there or are there only about 4 left in stock. It made me hesitate and not want to take the chance especially when taking risks buying online anyways. The last thing a person wants is to feel even slightly unsure. I'd change that.
So excited to have found the Line Supernatural 108's from last season on sale! Last season's graphics were cooler, too:P
Love being a tall girl because it means I get my pick of the on sale short men's skiis! Can't wait to take the skiis out.
