For the most part my shopping experience has been great, that being said, my wife was talking with someone online regarding a board and bindings for our son and agreed that the burton board and flow bindings we purchased would be compatible, they weren't but other than that one time... all good.

I found myself using your site - instead of the manufacturers - for additional product research and comparisons to help me make a purchase decision. In the end you even had the best deal for the type and brand of board I wanted. Keep it up!

After having problems with Sports Authority regarding missing bindings (I got the run around for weeks, still waiting for my refund). I remembered Evo, placed an order, paid for order, received order. I am very happy and relieved. From now on any ski/snowboarding equipment/supplies will be ordered from Evo.

Received exactly what I ordered and satisfied. Delivery was late, but can't expect a lot being that I live in Hawai'i and it's the Holiday Season. Customer service made me feel comfortable and reassured that my order was coming in. Overall I'm very satisfied and highly recommend this store.

I've never had any issues dealing with Evo, and have purchased skis, bindings and boots, clothes, board shorts and a wakeboard/bindings from them. Everything has arrived within the shipping estimated time frame with no issues, and the pricing seems pretty good. I won't hesitate to buy from them again.

The 1st pairs of boots I ordered for all of us were a bit small. I called customer service and the person I talked to listened to what I said and recommended some other brands of boots we might find more comfortable. I ordered for the three of us and they fit perfectly ( we will know for sure tomorrow as that will be the first time out this year). I had returned the first pair and received a prompt refund. I will be buying my boys boots from evo next year. I give them a ten rating all the way around!

Received the item. The size L pants fit tight around the waist and upper leg. Will need to exchange for size XL or maybe size L relaxed fit?

Sometimes promo codes don't seem to work right. I had a promo code in one of my recent snowboarding magazines. I repeatedly tried to use it but was not able to use it. I made sure (more than once) that I was reading the fine print correctly. No dice! Kind of frustrating...fortunately I love using your site so no worries.

You had exactly what I was looking for and at a great price, but paying over $100 for shipping is ridiculous. I understand I'm overseas, but it's still a US post office and should not cost that much for military members. I paid it this one time because I was desperate since Burton does not ship at all to APO, but will never be buying from here again unless the shipping cost goes down.

The price I paid for my snowboard package was incredible! It's unbelievable to think that anyone looking to purchase any of the items sold on this website would go elsewhere. The price is unbeatable, the shipping was free and timely, and the products themselves were top notch (as expected).

The site is very helpful. Been boarding for years and over the past two years been so hesitant to buy a new board until I found your site. Helped me understand exactly what I was looking for in a new board. Most importantly answered my questions about the new hybrid styles.

The product was very good and high quality, however the size was not adequate. It was too small. The delivery took quite a long time (2 weeks). After waiting that long expecting a great product, and realizing that it ran small, that was very disappointing. Maybe they need to update their sizing charts. Otherwise I would have given 4 stars.

I wanted to add a note to my order for shipping instructions. That would be a nice feature.
Ex. For both our sakes, ship via UPS as USPS is a huge head ache in NYC. Your are shipping to my work. When it comes comes to large packages and the USPS there is a good chance I wont see my order for over a month. So please ship ground UPS

I was impressed that my free shipping came in a shorter time than expected. While I like the fit and weight, the arms feel thinner than my last jacket (which was a Burton). I guess I'll have to layer up! The price was also nice. :)

Online Order service was easy and informative. I chose pick up instead of delivery, order came in following Tuesday to store and customer service was great in store during pick up. I ended up coming back to exchange the pants because they were too small and they informed me that I can't do direct transaction, that I'd have to do separate purchases of new pants and wait a few days for the money to come back onto my card from the online order.

The bindings I ordered were missing a piece, keeping my daughter from being able to use them. We are still awaiting the missing piece over a week later. She was unable to use her new board and bindings on her winter break from school. Very disappointing!

I really like Evo because they have great prices and deals, especially in their outlet, and they have very quick processing. I like that they give the option to donate money to different charities during checkout too. I'll be ordering again from them in the future!

I love this site! I'm fairly new to skiing and I found the evo site about a week ago and it's helped learn more about skis than I could have imagined. Because of evo.com I've been able to make an educated purchase of some new skis!

Very helpful size guides. Shortly after submitting my order, I received an email from evo. In the email was a link that showed me got to double check the fit of my new boots. It was very helpful! I was 100% satisfied! Thank you very much.

Item arrived fine. I would shop here again if
1). You are not in a hurry for the item. It takes a few days from the day you place the order for them to ship. I would expect the item to ship at least the next day after order is placed but nope. It takes them a few days
2) The 10 percent coupon works on nothing. They should remove it from their site as it's just an email collector scam.

Other then that it took a week and a half for the order to arrive and is in good shape. So if you don't care when you get the item and order way in advance good price and item arrived safe and sound.

I found the ski boots I wanted at a great price! The boots were a birthday gift for my husband he said they were perfect - I was impressed with the quality (the boots are in mint condition) and the delivery time (I paid extra for shipping and they came right on time) was very speedy. I will definitely be purchasing more equipment from Evo!
