All of my concerns were with the ups shipper seeming to lose your package for about 5 days. The tracking information they sent to me was nebulous, only telling me that they left the package in some ups facility but not explaining when they planned to resolve the issue. Your service was great

A popup came up to create an account, I filled in the two password fields (email was prefilled) and clicked to create, but no confirmation, popup still there, all fields now blank for creating an account. Also noticed that even when my order is complete cart still shows 5 items at upper right of page, though I assume my cart is empty since this is on the Order Complete confirmation page!

I was on the lookout for a new helmet after leaving mine on the plane last time back from the mountains. I checked out all of the Cyber Monday deals on Backcountry, but in the end, Evo had a better price and selection. I'm pumped with my new POC.

Shopping was easy, however there was a 15% off promo code I tried to use through CouponCabin, for new accounts. I created an account however the Evo website didn't recognize my email. So I had to do the whole purchase and then create my account again on your website. Maybe CouponCabin isn't linking to your site correctly. Anyway we are excited for our chairs and look forward to shopping more on your site.

Really great selection, I'm happy I could make my whole purchase just at this one shop. I called up just to address some concerns with whether the gear was right for me... can't remember the guy I spoke to, but he was really helpful. Answered all my questions, gave great advice. I was really happy.

The bindings that I received with my package deal included brakes that were not wide enough to fit on the skis. I called EVO and the representative I spoke with took care of the situation right away, sending me a return label and shipping out bindings that do fit. I'm very happy with the service.

So stoked! I've been looking for the board I ordered for quit some time. I even went to the sales rep directly and all he had was demos and not the size I really wanted. Clean layout of the website made it easy to navigate and compare boards. The search function had search filters that i like, such as % saved and others. Also the reviews were really helpful to make a purchase between all of the boards, it became very confusing on what boards did what, so the education section was very helpful also!

Add a section for each ski (or at least a link) that tells me what length ski I need based on the rocker or whatever. Some sites say that with a lot of rocker I can use a longer ski. How much longer?
If I get a ski that's too long, how will it affect my skiing?

Got a whole new board setup, lucked out on bindings but found everything else here cheaper than anywhere else. Can't beat that plus, free shipping

Overall delivery time was a little upsetting, as 2 items were in my town and not delivered that day, but obviously that's on UPS and not evo

I started snowboarding last year but that left me with this horrible experience of head trauma that caused me to wake up in the middle of the night after I was done boarding. Falling on ice/snow warrants this purchase as absolutely necessary.

It was great. You guys had the size and the binding I was looking for. And I love supporting my home town peeps. We will be having these mounted up at the Mammoth Mtn. Pro shop. No body in SoCal I trust.

I have a coupon for 10% off if I buy in store. I went to the store to buy boots, but you didn't have them in stock. So I had to order them online and have them shipped to the store for the fitting. Seems like that is your policy but not customer friendly since now I am not getting that discount. Also, the store was way busy so had to wait a while to get served. The guy was very knowledgeable and helpful once we had him. But I still needed to order it myself later.

I chose to have the product delivered to the store for pick up so I could have them tried on with store personnel in the event they needed fitting for me. We got there just after the store opened on a Sunday, and the waiting list was already 45 minutes long. To compound that, right when we got to my name, that is when the city had the major power outage.

So we went over to REI and bought some other ones and I may likely be returning yours to you.

My order was complete and the items arrived just as described, but the shipping times left something to be desired. Although I received all items within the shipping period I paid for the date of arrival kept getting push farther and farther back.

The prices are good and I was able to find a handful of the bindings I was looking for in particular, including the ones I bought. My bindings also arrived on time (2 days) which was important so I could use them asap!

Go to for pretty much everything I need to get for the season at great price with amazing options and smart search filters with good recommends. When's it's tough to get to a store the online method is a great option as well. And PayPal, so very nice.

Overall great online user interface and shopping experience. Online and phone chat with products experts is also very helpful. I don't have options for winter gear shopping where I live so I have to rely on purchasing items via online to find what I truly want and need.

Purchased from evo a couple times now and they have always had the products I was looking for. After I received my last order, I had a "tech support" question so I called the number. They answered quick and I was connected to a person rite away. I had the answers I was looking for with in a few minutes.
