I recently shopped at evo.com and had a great experience overall. They offer a fantastic selection of outdoor gear and apparel, and I found exactly what I needed for my upcoming ski trip. The website is easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were spot-on. My order arrived on time and everything was in perfect condition. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I had a bit of trouble with customer service response time. But overall, I'm quite satisfied and will definitely shop here again!
Ordered from their online store during a big sale. Ended up returning several items from a big order. All returned in the same package together and labeled accordingly with extra labels placed on the bags they came in etc. I went above and beyond to make the return process as seamless as possible. When the received my package they said several items were missing. Then they said one item was missing. They refunded me for everything but this one missing item. It's super shady that at first they claimed that several items were missing, then apparently found them, but not all of them, and then didn't refund me or follow up with me when I emailed them trying to figure out what was going on.
Great site, easy to search. Great product in the color I wanted. Love return policy clearly displayed even though do not plan to use it and follow up to insure quality customer experience. A company that puts customers first. Thank you EVO. Attitude is everything!
Excellent! Though it is confusing what "Outlet" means. Perhaps the word "Overstock" might work better. Really liked that I didn't have to go through the friction of creating an account before I checked out and paid.

Update after receiving my items - the sunglasses came without any tags, looked almost like a used pair.

Evo.com shipped my Burton Custom fast and hassle free. Some of my most favorite things about Evo are the price matching and the 365 day return policy (Although I'm not sure who would need to use this it's still great knowing you have an extended time period for returning products). I did call in before placing my order because I had a question regarding the size of my board, I must say there staff is pretty knowledgeable. They'll tell you everything they can with taking measurements/seeing it in person. Another reason I purchased from this site is due to the fact that quite a few people leave reviews on the products, which helped me in making my final decision. In the end I ended up buying a Burton Custom Flying V 160 and the Burton Cartel EST's. Should be a great season this year. -Kyle
Frequent deals, well organized product pages and overall great number of models are what keeps me coming back.
However, I live in Canada and most brands won't let evo ship their products outside of U.S. Hence I'm limited to a few brands (it's still better than every canadian websites that I know of).

EVO gets an A+++ from me. Only one small thing: a competitor website of yours has a instant chat option for people who may have questions. I think adding the same option would be nice. You guys are great, keep the 'fire' on.
You saved my $#*!. I only discovered this weekend that my son grew out of his boots buy 2 sizes. Local stores were out of stock and nothing was available at Amazon in size 13 with the BOA lacing system.
Need better selection on outlet, always seems like slim pickings, today was a lucky find with three items, free shipping is always something that gets me or convinces me to come to you guys over someone else, love the giveaways!

Normally you guys are great and I continue to spend a lot of money wit you, but this order was for discounted, last year model Marker Jester Bindings. They arrived lose in the box and looked like demos. I am returning them and buying new 2015 Jesters. ( from Evo of course).
Once again Evo didn't disappoint. From calling customer service to ease of ordering online you guys always hook it up. Unfortunately my youngest daughter seems growing to damn fast so it looks like another new board and boots will have to be bought again this year.
Stopped by last week with my son to look for ski coats. Had excellent customer service from Paul who went out his way to help my 12 year old find a coat he'd actually be stoked on. He really made it an enjoyable customer experience. We'd visited another local shop and REI earlier and, man, what a difference. The experience helped me to decide to pick up another board from Evo today.
Overall, very happy with what I ordered. The fulfillment process made it so packages arrived on separate days, but this was not a problem. I realize the items ship from different sources. Placed an additional order shortly after and should see it this week. Thanks again!
Wicked deals after Thanksgiving! Love just browsing things on Evo, but some things were too cool to pass up. Happy I decided to cave though... Was very satisfied with my order. Great delivery time! The only thing I would suggest is to possibly consolidate packaging a little. I just purchased two small items and they came in a huge box! Just maybe something to fix to either cut down on shipping or go 'evo-color-green' ;)

Excellent. I had to call in twice to get specific info on bindings/board match up. The service staff was quick, accurate and not pushy. Even though dropping 5 bills isn't easy, I'm glad it went to Evo instead of the on-mountain service shop.

After receiving my order, the only complaint I had was...I wish I would have spent a little more and bought the Boa equipped boots. I took the quick pulls up on the mountain, and even when they are nice and snug there is a bunch of cordage left hanging about. Even if you tuck it into the boots after a full day of riding things work themselves loose. No-ones fault but my own really.
Great site, I use the info on Evo as my number one go to when purchasing, BUT I end up buying often at backcountry.com because they have chat support, they will discuss gear, recommend items, and set up the purchase...sometimes even giving discounts. It goes a long way! If your shop combined the great write ups/prices/comparable return and shipping policies with a chat support feature you'd be unbeatable.
Shipping: this was my only major issue. I paid extra money for 3-day shipping and didn't receive my product for 7 business days. This was more the fault of UPS at holiday time but as the provider of the product it would still be best practice, and appreciated, if Evo followed through with their customers and rectified these situations.
Best mittens I've ever bought myself. Searched long and hard for the perfect pair. I'm really picky about my ski and outdoor adventure gear. These mittens exceeded my expectations. Excellent quality materials and workmanship. Most importantly, incredibly warm for arthritic fingers that now freeze on the slopes. Fit was perfect in a large. Normally wear a medium. Extra fast shipping for economy. Evo, you rock!
Would have loved to purchase more, but just about everything online was sold out in the two sizes I wanted. In addition, my order was placed November 28 and delivered December 14. I think that's a bit long.
This last purchase was my 4th over the years. You folks always blow me away on delivery service. It's always been less than 48 hours and a package is here. Always the product I ordered.
