I recently shopped at evo.com and had a great experience overall. They offer a fantastic selection of outdoor gear and apparel, and I found exactly what I needed for my upcoming ski trip. The website is easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were spot-on. My order arrived on time and everything was in perfect condition. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I had a bit of trouble with customer service response time. But overall, I'm quite satisfied and will definitely shop here again!
Ordered from their online store during a big sale. Ended up returning several items from a big order. All returned in the same package together and labeled accordingly with extra labels placed on the bags they came in etc. I went above and beyond to make the return process as seamless as possible. When the received my package they said several items were missing. Then they said one item was missing. They refunded me for everything but this one missing item. It's super shady that at first they claimed that several items were missing, then apparently found them, but not all of them, and then didn't refund me or follow up with me when I emailed them trying to figure out what was going on.
I have just one small issue. I haven't gone ridding with these binding yet, but input my boots on and strapped in after mounting them, the rear binding loudly squeaks when you shift weight. Is this a normal problem with the Diodes? If the issue continues after riding them can they be returned?

Shopping experience was exceptionally good and delivery time worked for me. I can't report a satisfaction level on the item (a cycling helmet), because I bought it as a Christmas gift - therefore it is not in use yet.

I shopped multiple web sites, but quickly found what I wanted on yours! I assumed, though, that the goggles would have come with an Anon hard case (which is typical) but this did not happen. Regardless, I love the goggles. Additionally, Right after I purchased the goggles, the price dropped about $15. So my fault for being to eager! Is there some way, though, that when this happens, a purchaser can actually get the reduced price?
Great variety of items and pricing. Would appreciate more specifics on sizing. Ordered boot earlier that had the shell in the 24.0-24.5 size range and had to return them because they were too small. My daughter fits a 24.5 shell perfectly but now we are not sure when the shell is an exact 24.5 v a range
Evo has gotten considerably more and more professional and have raised the bar for online shopping. The fact that I got my order within 3 days, it came with a boot fitting guide, then a couple emails also reminding me how to try on boots has made me confident in my decision and was a great experience.
I ordered youth extra large and got youth XXL. The jacket is too large, but have not spoken to anyone at customer service yet since it's so close to Xmas. I'll return after the holidays for smaller size.
My items were shipped promptly, and arrived as described. The website is well organized, and sizing charts are true to merchandise. Everything I ordered fit perfectly. I had to call customer service to change my order a few hours after I placed it online. The representative I spoke with took care of my issue quickly, and was very helpful. I'd definitely order again.
I was very happy with inventory and pricing. I put items in cart and thought I made purchase. Several days later I realized I had not gotten any type of communication so I checked my bank account. Since no charge was showing I checked back to find the shopping cart still w items. I obviously didn't do something correctly and the order was never placed. It would be nice if Your software allowed an email notice stating cart had items that had not been purchased.
I received my items in a timely fashion and they arrived looking great. I just wish all companies would stop with the minimum order amount on shipping - by "having" to spend $50 to qualify when my order ended up being over $55 after shipping costs where added. It's dumb and I "saved" $2 by ordering a thing I didn't need.
Your sales rep was more than helpful and patient. She went over all the functionality and helped me choose the appropriate ski boots. I am new to the sport so her educated opinion was invaluable. She also gave me advice on ski types and sizes. The kind of interaction I had with her is the reason people used to actually go to a brick and mortar store, rather than just buying it on Amazon. Customer service is what makes me want to continue to shop at a given place.
Received everything in good time and condition. Half of the order came 4 or 5 days later than the other half. Not sure why, and not a big deal, but could have gone to get bindings mounted a full week earlier. Mounting would have been a nice option as well!

I was discouraged when $18 was added as shipping cost when it was supposed to be free. It turns out this was because I used my PO Box address instead of my street address which I easily could have used. I think Evo could do a better job letting people know not to enter their PO Box for shipping.
All that being said, when I left a two star review Evo immediately refunded my $18 shipping fee. Thank you! The boots arrived quickly, fit perfectly, are lightweight, and I'm excited to ski in them tomorrow.
I expected a bigger discount. Then with the CA taxes, that was a surprise.
My entire order was sitting on my porch when I got home from work. My family was home and the UPS delivery person just left it there without trying to let someone know it had arrived. 50% chance that it could have been stolen. You can't let UPS do this unless you want to lose customers for having to sort out stolen item replacement.
Excellent customer service as I made an error with my order but a phone call later it was all sorted and my awesome board was delivered in such quick time. Even orders from the uk to the uk don't come as fast as this did. Hats off to you evo.

A conversation I had with one of your gear gurus about evaluating various boarding boots was really helpful and insightful. It enabled me to make a solid decision on purchasing the best boots for the degree of control and comfort that I need. Consequently this past weekend proved to be a revelation in elevated performance because of this advice.
I live in Alaska, and previously, the only shipping option you had was 2 day air which cost a minimum of 80$, unless you had a PO box which I dont. So expensive. I don't know what you changed but on this order I was able to choose shipping as low as 29$. I love your site and will be ordering stuff way more often now that the shipping is affordable, thanks for hooking it up for us in AK!
It's a little hard to find a woman's helmet. It would be easier if there were an option to click - men or women The price is great on the helmet and I got a discount. I"m ordering another one for my friend.
Web site easy to navigate. Descriptions easy to find and well laid out. Available colors display very handy. Only issue was that purchase confirmation email apparently ended up in my spam bucket so I had to request a second to verify order was actually in process.

Haven't officially tested out my new ski poles but just by view and feel, I love them. I am super excited to hit the slopes and use them. Got here quickly. Had a little issue with delivery being delayed but they still got here in time!

Always seem to have what I need when I can't find products locally. Only odd thing with this delivery was the liners for the boots were in the wrong shell. Almost returned but pulled both out and saw they were only switched!
