It was easy and I felt like I got a good deal. My boots arrived exactly when planned and it only took two days with free shipping! I haven't tried them out yet, but so far they are comfortable and I like the fact I don't feel rushed to return them within a certain time period.

I have used EVO before to buy a set of skis. I have never been disappointed by selection, price, and presentation. I even called the toll free number with a few questions about two different skis, The tech I talked to was super helpful and helped me make up my mind on which ski to get!

Easy to navigate through the website - filtered things on sale in a logical way, I liked that "continue shopping" after adding something to my cart took me right back to the specific page I was looking at before.

The only thing was I found the same products for less (at different websites) the very next day.

Received drop through deck as ordered, I was hoping the top deck would be as beautiful as the picture on the website. Alas it doesn't look nearly as spectacular. The board performance itself is better then expected hoping it will be able to weave around heavy foot traffic easily. This purchase happens to be a gift for my incoming college freshman son. Hoping it will help him get around campus a lot quicker.

Sometimes web-site doesn't show all the items if to sort them by the categories. E.x. I was looking for the skiing pans, so they didn't show up when I looked in categories, but I found them by putting a model name into SEARCH field. This discrepancy may influence your sells.

Easy navigation and simply checkout. I changed my overall star rating for shopping experience on this order, because the site let me place an order on an item that was out of stock. It was a little bit of an issue, but your customer service team took care of it.

Very positive. I purchased some items for my husband here awhile back and have been a fan ever since. I love that you have additional sizes and colors that I haven't seen elsewhere. I only wish you had free return shipping so I could try things out with more confidence!

I shop with EVO all the time. If I ever have an issue the customer service reps fix it right away. I really appreciate that you hire Americans, that speak English and actually participate in the sport life style. They actually know what they are talking about! Love you guys!

The prices have gone down on some of the items since I purchased them two weeks ago. That has left me a bit unsatisfied. I also wished you had shipped in boxes as it was a present and my husband understood it was clothing before I could get the parcel and wrap it...

I do not know if because it's last year's model, but the Rome Factory Rocker **** was at an incredible price I could not find anywhere else. I almost thought the website was fake for a second until Better Business Bureau confirmed you guys have a B+. I think that's wrong, you deserve an A+! Very satisfied!

It took a while for me to decide. My hands get cold using my snow blower. I think these mittens will be better than while I currently use. The thumb warmth is my major concern.

They are nice but are too small (tight) and my hands got cold on the first use. I'll probably gift them to a neighbor's child.The cuff

Website layout is good, cyber monday deals are good, but the site crashed once and was VERY slow the whole time. Not sure if this is just because of cyber monday or my internet but it took so long to load any filters.

Mostly satisfied with experience. Shipping hiccup occurred when full address did not transfer from the
Evo label onto the UPS shipping label. Not a huge deal, but probably should have been noticed, and did cause a delivery delay. Overall though, everything was fine.

This bag is exactly as described. It's sturdy and hold a ton of stuff! It comes folded up in a convenient bag that unfolds into the actual bag! It was surprising but actually really cool! Can't wait to use it again this weekend!

I am thrilled with my purchase from Evo. I got a great jacket at a great price. After learning more about Evo, I'm also glad to purchase from you all. I am impressed with your commitment to giving back to your community. It is so rare for this to be a priority. I plan to make all my snow-gear purchases from Evo.

On a side note, delivery took 11 days, which seems a bit long, even for heading all the way to South Carolina. I see Evo shipped my jacket the next day, but somehow the delivery got snagged up. Must be the crazy winter weather we've seen this year.

Placed a second order with EVO to purchase bindings and they came through perfect as expected. I can trust EVO when I place an order that it will arrive on time and in good condition. Outside of having some of the best prices around, you can count on them to come through. Will continue to use these guys

Shipping was funky. Some sort of budget ups with limited features. Tried to use my ups account to manage delivery options like I usually do with these sorts of orders, and ups site wanted me to pay a $4 fee to "upgrade" shipping.

I don't get that with backcountry's shipping which means I will likely go to them first.

Small issue, but enough to influence me with same priced items.

Enjoy Evo, think they are a responsible company that maintains a quality stock and puts customers first. Prices continue to beat even the pro deals that are offered through my employment in the ski industry.

It took a long time for delivery. It looks like it crossed the US by truck!

I will be in a better position to provide feedback on the product as this is for a christmas gift and won't be used until after that.

Site was easily navigable; easy to find what I needed. Only complaint would be the bindings did not have the mounting style listed clearly, so I had to look on a different site to make sure they were compatible.
