Website is great and prices are too. Wakeboard binding broke the second I touched it though so hopefully it's just a freak incident and the exchanged one will be fine, customer service was awesome when called though.

Each and every experience with EVO has been excellent. I have purchased 5 pair of skis along with bindings within the last few years due to the quality, choice and variety of gear they offer. I always check out other websites prior to going to EVO for the best deals on ski equipment and always end up purchasing my gear from EVO. Go figure?

Eco.com has been a great website to buy gear from. I never New they existed until I started looking for new snowboard gear. Ordered items are processed quickly. (Previous orders) I really like the filters that can be applied when looking for certain products. Probably the best filtering iv seen on any website by far. Y'all have done a great job with the website. Put a store in Dallas, Tx! Sun and Ski here is a joke and we need a rescue! (I'm not a typical online shopper and online shopping is my last resort but I y'all have made your website easy and friendly to navigate) keep it up!

Came into the store to pick up my order and it was crazy busy but the entire time we had friendly and very thorough service! LOVED our experience. We left very happy with our purchases and our time at the store.

Lots of information on products, such as sizing, reviews, what to look for, etc. First purchase of a wakeboard (so doing a bit of research, etc.) which will be used by the 20 something set. Not exactly how I found evo.com but their site, price, shipping speed, followup have all been fantastic. When I am ready to buy again, I will definitely make evo.com my first stop!

Julian was awesome! Helped this clueless dad (the village idiot re: snowboarding) try to cover all the bases for my 15 yr old son's size, experience, comfort zone & minimizing the chance he'll be beyond the equipment level for awhile. During one of evo's great sales, I bought a snowboard as well as a pair of bindings. Then a couple days later I saw they had an even bigger sale going on, where the products I recently bought were actually cheaper than what I paid for them. I emailed customer service to see if I could get the lesser amount charged to my credit card instead, and that same day they gave me back the difference in prices. Cheers!

Ordered the skis and bindings online and chose free shipping to store. It said it would be about 10 days but came in about 3! That was a nice surprise. Then I got a boot fitting at the store, and left my gear to get setup. They finished a day earlier on that too so I could pick it up after just 3 days (a Friday) so That I could ski on Saturday. Boots were pricier than I had hoped but they were the ones that felt the best, and hopefully I can get a solid decade out of them.

I needed additional information about sizing of a pair of pants I wanted to order, and your customer service (Mackenzie Clark) responded super quickly letting me know she'd be checking with the warehouse. They weren't technically supposed to be working, but she ended up getting me an answer on the sizing question within the day! It was a lovely interaction and made my purchasing experience awesome.

As a Mom who knows nothing about snow sports, I found the sizing information very helpful in determining true size, and the item description did lead me, a novice to pick appropriate outerwear for the sport.

Was looking for new skis and bindings and a friend recommended you. Started out knowing nothing. The amount of technical info and advice on your site is awesome. A crash course in skis for free! Loved the detail in your comparison charts. No one else has anything like it that I could find.
In addition, had a question the site info did not answer for me, so called. Got a live person right away who was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Will definitely shop here again.

The Portland store is thoughtfully laid out and pleasant, but I had to call customer service and ask where my item was. It had been at the store for 3 days and I did not receive and email or call that the order was in. Just a heads up that something went amiss, and no harm was done because we went shredding the next day!

I have been shopping around for this seasons T.Rice Pro HP 2019. Found some deals but the horrible reviews on those sites prevented me from their 'savings.' My other usual go-to shops all had the same price but I ended up making my purchase through Evo: Excellent reviews and no tax was the clincher. My wife has made purchases here in the past but this is my first. I have received the 5star quality and service and will be back to snatch up more gear!

Great price for a what appears to be a great boot. I have rented top of the line ski equipment in the past, so finally buying my own boots. I am a cautious/intermediate skier looking for comfort. Boots are 105 with 75 flex which should be perfect for my wide feet and style.

I have loved shopping at Evo. It is the place I buy outdoor sports gear and apparel from most, since I discovered it.

I did have a slight issue with the product I purchased this time, but not really worth having to go through the process to exchange them for a new pair.

Evo is always a great shopping experience. I spoke with Scott who is it customer service representative and he helped me to determine the right helmet size that I needed... after speaking with him I felt confident in my purchase. Thank you EVO for your awesomeness

The only problem was shipping time. We have ordered from evo in the past and received items next day almost. If I would've seen an option egift cards or printable ones I would've purchased that instead. It took 6 days to receive the gift cards. I am aware that it was a week with holidays as well. I would recommend send USPS for giftcards rather than UPS for quicker delivery time.

It got a little messy because the site is charging shipping despite the free shipping guarantee. I contacted Evo and they said to let them know when the order was placed in order to void shipping cost, but its still a seemingly unnecessary hurdle. Besides that its always a pleasant experience with EVO.

Fair prices for new up to date items. I especially like the fact that you post last years models as well at a decent discount. Snowboarding is an expensive sport so I'm always looking for the best deals I can find. You have a great website!

I bought the board and roughly a week later it went on sale for nearly 60 dollars less. I am thinking about returning it and buying the same board again for the much cheaper price. However, im also looking for a few other things at your site so a credit would work too!

Lived in the Seattle area for several years, no problem going back that way for this purchase. Nice site easy to maneuver, extra attention with the google ad. As a former IT mgr. A both thumbs up. A lot of places back here are missing the boat. Good luck and bring on the snow.
