I've shopped at evo before (bought my first snowboard!) and I love it. They usually have the best prices available, shipping and handling is fast, and products are accurately described and in great condition.

New what I wanted, found it quickly. The web site was sent to me by my son. I was looking to buy grandson something for snowboarding and you were having a wonderful sale. I have received the packages but they remain unopened until it is wrapping time.im sure that they are fine.

I ordered a small in the Under Armour full zip jacket and it fit like a large. It was crazy big. Maybe indicate that it runs big in the description so we can plan better. Had to pay $11.00 in return shipping. Not happy about that either.

I had never heard of your site before, but I ran across it in search for an awkward sized boot without flashy colors. I loved the wealth of information and easy search process for your products. Delivery was on time, and the product is excellent. I enjoyed the nice evo stickers that came with it.

I called in and got excellent phone help from your staff. I also greatly appreciate your easy to navigate site with good information and easy sorting. You and The House are top choices for me.

Unfortunately, UPS messed up. The board and boot were sent in two different packages 3-day delivery. The boots arrived on time on Friday. The board arrived at my local distribution center on the morning of delivery--a Friday. But UPS refused to locate it for me to pick it up Friday or Saturday. It was delivered Monday. I paid $30 for a rental on Saturday sure to the failed delivery.

Love evo and I realize shipping to Alaska is always going to be spendy but if there was any deal you could work out for us up here in AK that would be amazing! I would spend more at the shop if it meant free or reduced shipping!

The product was used and the rating system you use is somewhat realistic but when I got the skis they had epoxy on the bases and top sheet work. The bases did not have any really deep gouges but did have way more damage than I would have expected from a one year demo ski

Have not been skiing in years and need many things. Was able to purchase clothing for myself as well as my husband.
The Obermyer ski pants I purchased are of good quality and great price, but may have to return them as they don't seem to fit right.

I have bought a handful of items over the years at evo.com and each time have been very highly satisfied! The website is beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The consumer product reviews are so helpful. This order I opted to have my snowboard boots delivered to the Seattle store for pick up since I was going down there anyway. It was faster and safer than having it delivered to my house. It only took 2 days! Thank you evo!

Bought several products from evo and it's now my go to site for equipment and gear. Staff are consistent in their knowledge/ understanding of tech and specs as well as corresponding recommendations. For example, when asking about ski height in the pair I was interested, an in store rep in the Denver store as well as over the phone reps in 2 other locations factored my height, weight, level and early rise of the skiis I was looking at to conclude I could go to a longer length than prescribed by solely evaluating height. Evo followed through on the price match guarantee and I've received great deals through the site. I recommend them to anyone looking for outdoor/ adventure gear.

I've been fully pleased with the quality and quantity of Evo thus far, they've supplied very high quality products, at reasonable prices, with fast, free shipping. I would reccomend the site to anyone looking to by anything ski related.

Received the wrong size poles. I have skied with 52" poles all my life and didn't realize that I was selecting 54" poles. Obviously, those are too long, but the return process was much more difficult. I think it may be resolved now with a customer service person in queue to send me a shipping label to get the product back, but it's too far to get to your store. I was able to pickup from a local store closer to my house, but not able to return them there.

The Pret Cirque X helmet is a nice addition to my gear. Extremely light and less bulky than my Smith helmet. I ordered a medium (usual 7 1/4 hat) and it fits well without room to spare. I expected to have more room for a skull cap since my measurement was less than the max per fit chart. Seems very warm so maybe not an issue. Suggest a fit check in store if on the line between sizes.

Evo is a great store for on-line shopping. My kid's dig the styles and the prices are tough to beat. Plus I like supporting Washington companies. The return process is simple which makes shopping at Evo easy.

The interface of the website is great. Apart from that you should think about more countries as option for billing address... But for now it is all good.

I actually found someone else (the House) had better shipping options, but decided to buy here, mainly because of the color of the item. Lower priced faster shipping options would be a plus (say 3 day <10).

The in-store delivery was faster than expected and the store associates were super helpful and speedy after they were initially unable to find my package. Add this to the list of good experiences I've had at Evo!

Happy with product & shopping experience, but did not receive product before Christmas. Received the day after. Another clothing product I purchased online the same day arrived several days before this one. That is my only complaint.

The gloves don't fit well. I may decide to return them.
