Pleasant and easy way of shopping. The website is easy to browse and compare products, and an assistant is always available to Chat when I have any questions. Evo made it very easy for me to track my order tht was received quickly and in good condition. This is a gift for my Godson's upcoming birthday so I can't comment on his impression, but the jacket seems to be of very high quality and i love the colour scheme!

It was poor buying experience, i tried 4 times to make the purchase with PayPal and all the times got redirect back to the checkout page without any explanation for what happen.
I also sent 2 messages to your support team and don't get any answers for that.

You have a very well organized and accessible product catalog, but need to find a way to get more customer feedback on your products. Especially for the new season items, it would be helpful to have links out to product reviews. That aside, your guides are very helpful.

So far so good... please ask again when my order arrives... Hope it does it on time for Christmas!

Very happy with my purchase, I bought a pair of very nice discounted skis a few days before Christmas and they arrived just on time despite of my choosing of the free shipping option.
After receiving the order I was checking for some bindings on line and find out that the price of the skis I have just bought have been reduced in price even further so I gave EVO's help desk a call and talked to Julian who promptly and kindly agreed to a price adjustment.
Thank you EVO, you guys rock!

Best price on the jester bindings. Then the price got even better because they went on sale and Evo credited my account the difference immediately. I have since purchased my wife a set of bindings from Evo due to their prices and customer service, they are now my goto for all my gear.

My shopping experience has been pretty successful! I found a wide variety of products to choose from in the price range I was looking to purchase in, and I was able to finally decide on what I wanted and have it shipped for free to pick up at a (sort of) locally store!

I'm a beginner who lives out of state where snowboarding advice is few and far between. I needed a new board and bindings and called customer service several times throughout the selection process and with all the information on the website and what they gave me it made this an enjoyable process and taught me a lot for next time.

Quality of materials are great, very soft and comfortable. The color of one of the items I purchased was different than what I expected/saw on the website, so that was disappointing. Not worth returning, I liked the other 2 that came in the 3-pack so I just gave it away as a gift. Other then that, the hats are great, they keep your head warm and look good doing it!

It was hard to navigate the website and narrow down what I needed, which was a small size women's goggle with a lens good for night time snowboarding. Luckily, you had a wonderful man on the help desk that was very gracious and searched with me until I found something acceptable.

Website ordering was quick and easy. Best selling point was the opportunity to pick up ski boots at evo store and try them on there.
After trying on the boots in the store, I found they did not fit my feet. However, the boot fitter gave me others to try and I found one that was appropriate in fit, price, and skier ability. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Unfortunately, I had to return to Nordica boots I purchased; they just didn't feel comfortable. I will be buying a pair of the new rear-entry Nordica's, when my size is in stock. Evo has a great return policy in case things don't work out, which is why I always come back.

Great prices and service. I purchased a new pair of Line Sick Day ski's and 2 pairs of new bindings (for another pair of skis) for way less than I could get anywhere else. I purchased previous years' model ski and bindings, but they were much less than through other sites). The skis and bindings were packaged well and came undamaged. The skis were still in their original wrapper and bindings in original boxes as one would expect. For mounting, I am just having a local shop (Sports Basement), mount and perform binding calibration/safety check for $50.

Shipping time was accurate to the day and the products were as shown. My son is looking forward to trying out his new wakeboard at the lake this weekend! We would definitely consider buying from Evo again.

Delivery of boots came on time, and instuctural video was helpful. I am very happy with my shopping experience, and will definately use evo next time i need gear.[ looking forward to new skies next year].

Great selection. Nice outlet selection. Allow me to shop for less popular stuff for less money. Website is nice. Easy to navigate and find what you want. Most of the products have user reviews which I find very helpful.

Evo had the best price I could find anywhere!

I got my bindings quickly with no apparent damage or problems.

They're just getting mounted to my ski's now, so I can't yet review the bindings themselves.

Evo was good.

I order most my gear from evo and have always had good experiences never had a problem with the goods or the service. I would recommend evo. I just got a lib tech darker series board that was New blem and it was hardly any different than the so called un blemished board. Can't wait to ride!

It was very easy and quick to order. The site is nicely designed and it's instructions are clear. Very user friendly and you make it a breeze. I really like being able to see the exact shipping dates when selecting which shipping method to use.

Simple and easy to find what I wanted. Great selection of product to choose from. Ordering online from evo was not difficult at all, and shipping to the address i gave them was quicker then the time they allowed. Great service, super happy with everything.

Everything was perfect, but I know the Now bindings come with multiple sets of stiffness bushings that are interchangeable and I didn't receive any other "cushions". I'm sure I will love what came with them, but it would have been cool to know that the other bushings were not going to be included. Thanks! I believe it's a great product and will do business with you again, but will ask questions first.

My error I previously stated I received email with price dropping on skis I just received yesterday. I didn't realize it's a slightly different model. Design is the same My apologies. Overall experience was a good one.

The Trucks have scratches and scuffs on them. Pretty significant, as if they were handled poorly or rubbed against something rough quite a bit. Nothing that would effect the practical use of the board, but took a bit away from the pristine new board experience. Overall satisfied in all regards away from that flaw.
