I recently shopped at evo.com and had a great experience overall. They offer a fantastic selection of outdoor gear and apparel, and I found exactly what I needed for my upcoming ski trip. The website is easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were spot-on. My order arrived on time and everything was in perfect condition. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I had a bit of trouble with customer service response time. But overall, I'm quite satisfied and will definitely shop here again!
Ordered from their online store during a big sale. Ended up returning several items from a big order. All returned in the same package together and labeled accordingly with extra labels placed on the bags they came in etc. I went above and beyond to make the return process as seamless as possible. When the received my package they said several items were missing. Then they said one item was missing. They refunded me for everything but this one missing item. It's super shady that at first they claimed that several items were missing, then apparently found them, but not all of them, and then didn't refund me or follow up with me when I emailed them trying to figure out what was going on.
I'm a freestyle skier and, for anyone that doesn't know, it requires a lot of expensive gear. Most of the time the I need the gear and parts quickly. I love Evo. And with it's quick shipping, great prices, and great products I am recurring and happy customer! I look forward to using this site for all of my skiing needs.
This was my first purchase from Evo.com and I was definitely satisfied about my overall experience. Westsuit and boots were exactly like those shown in the website (exact model, color and size). Products arrived on time, well packed and in perfect conditions. The order was shipped by UPS to my PO Box, which was a plus for me. Will definitely buy again from Evo.com.
My first impression of EVO was as I approached the store, and I was totally taken back by how cool the place looked. I always remembered board and ski shops being small, packed to the wall places, and EVO was epic! The sales staff was great. The store layout was great. I went in to get the free skis from the Subaru dealership and ended up loving the place so much that I have been back 3 times within a week of my first time. After getting my skis, the sales associate recommended that I check out EVO online for the bindings for my skis. They were a perfect match and they were a good price. I had the products shipped right to EVO and they mounted the bindings and set everything up. I was impressed with the overall experience. From start to finish I was happy and could not see any reason to complain in anyway about my time at EVO.
I was looking for an inexpensive snow boarding suit for our son. I did a GOOGLE search for snow boarding suits and came across evo.com. I found a great suit I really liked and decided to give them at try. So far I been really happy with their service and hopefully when my son opens his gift he will feel the same way! Merry Christmas!
Buying a gift card is complicated as it can be! Starting with the $ amounts, what is that about? We need to call the CS if the $ amount that you are buying is not there? Come on, why not make one box for the customer to enter how much it will be? It is bad that any one have to go thru so many steps to get one simple gift card. Then the shipping. If we selected "email" why we have to enter a shipping address information? It doesn't make sense, you are "emailing the gift card" not shipping it! I really don't think I want to go through this again!

Shipping price too high. Why isn't there a USPS option for shipping to Canada? $55 to get snowboard pants shipped is too much! I've received other items from the US, where the seller has regular mail options. If this option was available for shipping, I would buy more from you.
So far it has been easy, but I have not shopped here before, and so I am hoping that the shirt I bought is delivered without a problem. I care more about accuracy of the product delivered than the time it takes for the order to arrive.
I was looking to upgrade my skis to a more advanced pair after having outgrown my starter set. I found great information on skis in general, what to look for in the specs based on what I want to do, and was able to compare several different sets and gear. I feel confident in my choice (did many hours of research) and got a great deal. Plus, the shipping arrived about a week before I expected. Great experience!

The most expensive "economy" shipping from any site I have ever ordered from, and I order online a lot. Because I wanted this item and no one else had it in this size, I ordered it, but your shipping is outrageous. Not everyone needs to buy items $50 to get free shipping.

There was a website issue stating that the dakine scraper I ordered came in a pack of 6 which was the selling point and entire reason I went with this particular item opposed to the scraper I originally wanted. Only one item showed up, called evo and was confirmed it was a mistake but did state it came in a pack of 6. Customer was nice and helpful but had to call twice to get an answer. I was told That a refund of $2 or stickers could be send but another scrapper was out of the question. I would of highly preferred another scraper, so e customers would of demanded the remaining 5 being your company advertised misleading information. I am happy evo did something but in my opinion not the right thing was offered. These are the things that loose repeat business, I will continue to shop as of now but in the future if I took another wax scraper to completely make the customer happy that's the price if doing business
Returning first purchase for a size issue. So far the service and experience has been fine. The return went smooth and the replacement product was perfect. Great overall customer experience and feel good supporting EVO!
Everything was very smooth with the order. The product was perfect and delivery was very fast. I didn't receive my confirmation email, but when I called customer service they took care of it right away.

Just took my new K2 boots and skis on the fresh powder and they were incredible!
Asked the repair shop if my skis needed a tune-up- I got them from the value bin- but they were perfect!

We'll see if they fit...the sizing chart shows up on my screen with the left side of it not totally showing...so I couldn't really read what it said...and I couldn't move the chart over so that I could read it.

Overall everything is good except shipping was a little sketchy. UPS handed off to the post office in seattle area. I have a PO box, so the postal carrier does not normally deliver to my home, so the carrier decided to deliver the package to a different address because they have same last name as I have. Luckily the post office was able to retrieve the package and get it to me (with my persistent intervention).
Very easy to navigate and love the different options to choose from as well as all the extra info available to inform the not so knowledgeable customer.
The bindings I purchased were not compatible with the board, would have been nice to have a notice or some sort or order review prior to shipping.
I ordered a snowboard from backcountry.com (because they had better prices) and bought boots in-store from Aspen. I hoped the bindings would get delivered in time so I could use my new equipment for when I went boarding next but because the bindings took longer than backcountry.com's 2-day delivery, I had to pay for rentals again. Next time I need something I am likely to check backcountry first.
We love EVO! It's our go-to for our ski gear and ski wear. The prices are the lowest around, the customer service is outstanding and fast. I've never had anything but a wonderful experience with EVO. Thank you for an amazing online store, we will continue to but from EVO for years to come.

I bought 2 sets of wake board bindings however I lost two screws and washers for one of the bindings. Is there anyway to get replacement screws for the one binding as they are very specific for each model? Hate to have this expensive binding with no screws.
I ordered a snowboard, bindings, and a stomp pad with 2-day shipping and no sales tax. I mean it doesn't really get much better than that, plus the lowest prices I could find were on this site. I got my stuff in 5 days instead of 2, but that was my fault because I ordered on a Friday so they didn't ship on business days; however, they did follow up on their 2-day shipping agreement. I was really happy that there were no scratches on the board, and overall was very happy with the transaction. Their stock is massive, much better than any other online ski/snowboard shop.
Evo was great but the shipping company they chose to use for my product was terrible. The company was unresponsive to my questions and could not provide me with any updates regarding the package. It was delivered 2 days late with no reason. They just kept saying "it didn't make it on the truck".
I paid $** for 3 day shipping and my order was delivered in 6 days. I'm glad it got here by Christmas eve but I feel like I could have not spent the extra 10 and it would have come at the same time. I know it's the holidays and it must be extremely busy and crazy and it's ok but I don't think next time I'll be paying extra for shipping.
