Great prices, no hassle ordering and shipping. My credit card and shipping address did not match up, this placed a hold on the order until i called evo, excellent security feature thanks for looking out for your customers.

Pricing and description of product was great. I purchased a set of value skis and bindings; they arrived in great condition -- they have *maybe* seen 30 days on the hill -- and are fully skiable. There's some cosmetic damage (enough to bring the price down, of course) but who cares about scratches; and a single gouge near the tip can be filled easily during their pre-season service. Edges look good too.

Love this store! Last week while I was skiing at Whistler, someone on the chair lift mentioned they were interested in buying their demo skis and I told them about EVO. They seemed like they would follow up.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The item (Salomon Quest Max 130 Ski boots) was in perfect order, although some of the paint with the Salomon logo in the side of one boot was a bit washed away. This may be from factory but it makes you think that someone tried to mold it before and just returned. Is not an issue for me though.

Hard to find exactly what my daughter wanted, given so many choices for filters. The back button on the site navigation didn't always work properly, either. A pair of socks we ordered turned out to be out of stock. Evo immediately communicated with me and provided a discount on future purchase as consolation.

Ordering was great. Delivery was timely and convenient. The guy at will call was less impressive. He operated with Soviet efficiency, grunting for the order # and delivering the items per the P.O., but did not ask if there was anything else, did not acknowledge the transaction was complete, didn't say thanks. I get that he's working in a windowless basement, but I can get this type of interaction at Big 5... or avoid it entirely by going to Amazon. Obviously, it's not going to keep me from coming back, he delivered the stuff I'd ordered, but that's all he did. Thought you should know.

Best mittens I've ever bought myself. Searched long and hard for the perfect pair. I'm really picky about my ski and outdoor adventure gear. These mittens exceeded my expectations. Excellent quality materials and workmanship. Most importantly, incredibly warm for arthritic fingers that now freeze on the slopes. Fit was perfect in a large. Normally wear a medium. Extra fast shipping for economy. Evo, you rock!

Would have loved to purchase more, but just about everything online was sold out in the two sizes I wanted. In addition, my order was placed November 28 and delivered December 14. I think that's a bit long.

This last purchase was my 4th over the years. You folks always blow me away on delivery service. It's always been less than 48 hours and a package is here. Always the product I ordered. No big surprises. I have recommended you to many and did so again just yesterday. I'm sure I'll be back. Honest, well priced, simple and fast. The way it should be.

Everything looks great. The bindings fit well on the board and look sturdy. Now we just wait until winter to really test them. The delivery was quick and there were no hassles. I'll be buying more from Evo.

There are a lot of products to choose from, great brands and fabulous prices. Item was shipped and received in just a couple of days. I also got a free sample! It would be great if the website offered shipping deals at times, but otherwise awesome first experience!

It was just a gift card for my daughter in law, but easy to navigate website, place my order and delivery was a couple day received before the stated deadline.

Need special "bucks" for Rome bindings to use on Burton snow board. Contacted evo customer service and they took care of it and made sure I would have in time for my scheduled ski weekend. Made on 14 year old very happy ;)

Would like to see more views of the boot, and reviews. Best price I found, could not find these boots on any other website. Great deal. A little snug but feel really good. I ordered a 10 probable should of ordered an 11.

Packaging was terrible. Bindings were laying loose in side a box rattling and banging into each other. I imagine it would only take about 15 seconds to wrap them in some bubble wrap. Clearly not factory packaging.

I was able to get the ski bindings I wanted from the Denver store, even tho they were not available online.
And the EVO phone service rep set me up right then. No additional calls need.
The binding arrived two days later.

Prompt delivery. Unfortunately we learned jacket was too small Christmas morning. Just printed return label and will be shipping back tomorrow. So far so good. Seems to be easy process. I will be ordering larger size thru Evo in a few minutes. Thanks

Love the great selection! And awesome price! Although I originally received the wrong item, customer service was extremely helpful and friendly, and took care of it immediately. I also going out thru are a local company, which makes me want to use Evo even more in the future!

Gloves are much smaller than what we expected and if another family member is unable to use them, we will be returning both pairs of gloves that I ordered

Great selection, low prices, helpful cust service! Only complaint (and it's not really evo's fault) - the snow pants I ordered had a leopard print seam inside that I'm not a huge fan of... luckily it's easy to ignore. And the "like new" bindings are indeed new-looking, as promised!

A binding mounting service would be great if you offered it. Especially for skis that come with bindings as part of the package. If in a case like this, the bindings are mounted, then that's fine but there was no where for me to enter my boot size.

You guys are great. We had a massive snow dump in the Sierras and my shipment was delayed, but when I called to gripe you immediately refunded the shipping charges without question. Thanks for the excellent service.
