I recently shopped at evo.com and had a great experience overall. They offer a fantastic selection of outdoor gear and apparel, and I found exactly what I needed for my upcoming ski trip. The website is easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were spot-on. My order arrived on time and everything was in perfect condition. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I had a bit of trouble with customer service response time. But overall, I'm quite satisfied and will definitely shop here again!
Ordered from their online store during a big sale. Ended up returning several items from a big order. All returned in the same package together and labeled accordingly with extra labels placed on the bags they came in etc. I went above and beyond to make the return process as seamless as possible. When the received my package they said several items were missing. Then they said one item was missing. They refunded me for everything but this one missing item. It's super shady that at first they claimed that several items were missing, then apparently found them, but not all of them, and then didn't refund me or follow up with me when I emailed them trying to figure out what was going on.

Great selection, low prices, helpful cust service! Only complaint (and it's not really evo's fault) - the snow pants I ordered had a leopard print seam inside that I'm not a huge fan of... luckily it's easy to ignore. And the "like new" bindings are indeed new-looking, as promised!
The shopping experience was good - I found more information on skis.com as far as the details of certain boots, although their selection didn't really match yours. Your buying guides were a fantastic resource for a new ski boot buyer like me. The comparison feature was really great - I used it a lot. I might have purchased a bag for my boots and/or skis if presented with that option at checkout or if suggested at any time. All in all, great pricing and selection! Great site. I would recommend on the (fitting/bindings/size chart/board types) pages, maybe having direct links to the bindings/boards combos that are kind of tooled to work together...i.e. Burton channels etc.
I was unsure about ordering at first since I'd not heard of your store. After some research I decided to take a chance. Your price for my item was so much lower than competitors... I was wary because of some negative reviews, but those reviewers were way off base. My item arrived within a few days without any problem! I am glad I ordered from evo! Emails were sent to confirm and also to let me track my package so there was never any doubt as to what was happening.

Took awhile for my order to be received, found out that the delivery ran into bad weather, which is understandable. Not evo's fault, UPS should have contacted and informed the shipment was going to be delayed.
Site is extremely informative, easy to use, and fast to navigate -- an all-around pleasure to use. Reviews of some products are so overwhelmingly positive that they almost seem suspicious, but I take them at their word.

Stopped by your Denver location a few weeks ago and Cameron spent a lot of time going over downhill boots. The time he spent talking with me about the details of proper fit influenced me to make my purchase from evo. I didn't feel rushed at all like I did at other stores I visited beforehand.
Unfortunately the boots we picked out a couple weeks ago sold out, but a quick Facebook chat today with other store staff member got me another selection which I purchased. Thanks for the help. I'll be back when its time to buy more gear.

I appreciated the quick replies from customer care when I had questions about a product. Just a thought: I would feel more comfortable filling out this survey if there were a key to indicate what five stars means. Does it mean "satisfactory" or "excellent." In general, I don't feel one experience qualifies me to rate anything as excellent since consistency of quality is an important criterion. I gave fives on the survey I completed after I placed my order, assuming that meant satisfactory (later, on survey I completed when confirming delivery, I gave threes to mean satisfactory since that's what others seemed to do when rating products).
Many things that were NOT on sale are not in stock. I had to buy second, third or worse picks on items I wanted. Overall not very impressed from what is supposedly the top online retailer for board goods. Seriously considered just buying my gear piece by piece from other retailers, but decided on just settling for one order and shipping pick up... That being said, they did ship very quickly, and my items arrived earlier than expected. Everything was there, nothing was damaged, and I love my stuff. Overall I am happy.
Site is easy to navigate. Info on skis is both detailed and consistent from one ski to another making comparisons much more informative. Asking me if I'm satisfied with my skis the day after they arrived and before I can have the bindings mounted seems premature, so I only rated that 3 stars. I hope you'll ask me about the skis again in a month.

Everything is priced much higher than your competitors. I made this purchase because this was the last wide board of this type I could find in the country. But when you see other sites selling it for 487.00 it feels like a rip off at 637.00.
Bike arrived on time and in great condition. You did great! One component on the frame was not exactly as advertised, but there is no way a vendor can be perfect on their specification sheet.
