I recently shopped at evo.com and had a great experience overall. They offer a fantastic selection of outdoor gear and apparel, and I found exactly what I needed for my upcoming ski trip. The website is easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were spot-on. My order arrived on time and everything was in perfect condition. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I had a bit of trouble with customer service response time. But overall, I'm quite satisfied and will definitely shop here again!
Ordered from their online store during a big sale. Ended up returning several items from a big order. All returned in the same package together and labeled accordingly with extra labels placed on the bags they came in etc. I went above and beyond to make the return process as seamless as possible. When the received my package they said several items were missing. Then they said one item was missing. They refunded me for everything but this one missing item. It's super shady that at first they claimed that several items were missing, then apparently found them, but not all of them, and then didn't refund me or follow up with me when I emailed them trying to figure out what was going on.
Purchased because you had low price. You list/advertise free shipping but sell upgrades for ground shipping.
Based on how quick all my other hundreds of online orders get shipped, your company is the worst! Sitting on orders for days before shipping will keep me from doing more business with EVO.
I am a bit confused, I checked no on the follow up question and then see where the benefits include customer care resolution services, I would expect they would be included regardless of my having someone ask for additional rating/review options. Not so pleased as I was earlier. I would reduce to 3 stars!
Great price! Great product! Shipping sucked. Package arrived at my local post office on a Thursday and was not delivered until the next Wednesday. Sucks to wait nearly a week on new gear that is literally a few blocks from home. However, EVO.com can not be held liable for the shipping delays I experienced.

One of my items received seemed to be used as display or already tampered with however after a follow up call again to customer service they arranged a return and overnight replacement.

Product information if very comprehensive allowing a high level of confidence in product selection. I was ordering ski boots for my wife and when they arrived, they fit PERFECTLY (width, length, flex, etc.). Awesome!
Everyone was very helpful, the prices were decent, not the cheapest but I trust evo from past experience. The board came in fairly quickly, however the packaging had me worried because it was banged up and open. The board itself checked out though, the bottom seemed rougher than my previous board but that doesn't have anything to do with the shipping. Hopefully when winter comes and I can try it out it won't have an effect on performance. Overall things were pretty good. Thanks!
Love the site, easy to use. I wish there was more detail about fit for ski boots. There just doesn't seem to be enough. It's hard, I know. But it would be helpful if you used analogies, are your calves more like the size of an orange, or a watermelon?
My only suggestion is in regards of packaging. Although, everything arrived in good condition, the packaging was less than adequate. The merchandise was shifting and moving inside the box. Use some packing peanuts or bubble wraps. I am sure when people are buying a several hundreds of dollars ski equipment, they would like their investment to be protected.
Otherwise, everything was great. Great experience, nice people and good prices.Good job!
I bought rome 390 boss bindings a week ago from evo and they got here in 3 days (this is free shipping), perfect condition, so amazing. I have never had to pay sales tax on orders from Backcountry.com. I'm assuming it's state thing.
I would be ordering multiple pairs of union force bindings as well but with tax the "final checkout price" is more than backcountry.com

My brand new skis arrived at my house from EVO. The skis were sticking out of the box, there were NO padding or any kind of protection for the skis whatsoever. Luckily there were a few not so deep scratches on the skis, hopefully I can buff them off with a buffer.
But seriously, how could you not think of this!? Just throwing things in without padding, or wrappings to adequately protect products your customer paid good money for. We trusted you to send our stuff to us with care and to get here in a new condition. Obviously packing department do not care much.
Repeat customer...selection and price is always competitive. Delivery time is about the only thing left to improve on. Delivery time was as stated but just a little bit longer than most web orders these days.

I love evo! Ever since my locally-owned shred shop closed its doors a few years ago, I have been going to evo for all my snow gear. They are super helpful and also no hassles with returns, if something doesn't fit.
The sale prices they offer on the best gear brands are also pretty insane at times!
I tried repeatedly to contact evo, by phone, email and text and never received a response. I ended up placing an order anyways, only because the items I was after were difficult to find from other retailers. Otherwise I would have taken my business elsewhere.
Communication with evo has been great. When I received my order the boots had a manufacture defect in the inside sole. They made the return process very simple and I will absolutely do business with these guys again.

Good stuff, although the color options for the goggles changed during my online visit. A little odd. Maybe you could give me a slight discount for the trouble...i had red ones at first and then they were no longer there
