This is a great service. The calls are managed until a person accepts the call. We use the call forwarding feature. This ensures that calls get sent sequentially through a list of numbers, until someone answers. If nobody is available, the call gets diverted to their voicemail systems, which emails you the voice message. We highly recommend this service.

Used eVoice for my business for years. Everything was going good until it started redirecting me to a strange page appx 7 months ago whenever I tried to log in from my desktop & mobile app. The page is: https://www.ucmmail.com/startpage.asp. It is a totally unrelated Evoice site.
EVoice could never tell me why this was happening, nor what this page is that I was consistently being redirected to, yet insisted they give me a new password over the phone each time it happens. Every new password of theirs would work... until the next time I tried to log in. It was a pretty uncomfortable situation, wondering if they are legit, especially since they could never give me a description of this strange page or why it was even happening from both my desktop and their mobile app.
Since eVoice can't explain this strange page I keep landing on, I recently canceled my acct with them.
All I can say to anyone thinking of using eVoice... you better think twice before signing up with them
"... for choosing eVoice for your virtual phone solution!" I received an email purporting that I had signed up to get an extra phone line, and company would be charging my credit card. I never signed up with them. I do have an eFax account, which constantly promotes getting an eVoice number, which I don't want.
Even worse, the number they assigned me is a "9**" number, so god knows how much people would get stuck with if they were ever to try to call me on this number.
DO NOT GET A VOIP LINE FROM THIS COMPANY. They will illegally force you to stay with them by not letting you port out your number to another carrier. They know after a few months, no one would want to change their number for their business and they would stay with evoice because they don't allow portability. It's illegal and someone should stop them from doing this practice.
I started their free trial for a 2nd phone line. They took my credit card info, and the site would not allow me to create my account. In the end, it never worked, and they refused to cancel my service. I had to contact the credit card company to dispute the charge.
Stay away, horrible product that does not work, and scammers on top of it all that will take your money anyways.
My name is Kim I am a lawyer, DO NOT EVER SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE. Online they offer a 14 day trial service "UNLIMITED CALLS' I sign up, I made about 20 telephone calls, E-VOICE stops my calls saying it looks as if my calls are spam. I said no I am returning calls because we are short-staffed due to COVID. I was then upset and told I could get a refund in 30 days. I said refund, I thought this was a 14 day trial. The lady gave me some BS about what I signed up for was not the free trial. I said I did not have other options. I said I am not satisfied, I will call you back. I then get an email from a *******@onebox (which is Evoice) and was told my account was closed due to fraud. I called back and supposedly they are investigating, but was told because I did the service online I would not get the free trial. I said I WANT MY REFUND today, and not I am on hold. E-VOICE IS A SCAM DO NOT EVER GET THEIR SERVICE.
My experience so far has been good. Lia on customer service helped me efficiently navigate the menus and provided expert help customising my setup.
Product doesn't work, and once you sign up they did not let me cancel. I had to call my credi card company to dispute the charges. Save yourself the aggravation and stay away from evoice.com
