Room was great, no problems there. My only complaint is that I tried to contact the owner several times prior to stay to get more detailed info about amenities in the apartment and I never got any response until after our stay was already done:( Otherwise - all good
The evolve platform is dated as it doesn't allow constant adjustments. Communication with Evolve is terrible. You rarely, if ever, speak with the same support person. I have a private company that charges 15%, which does not include cleaning fee, and the company does everything. Evolve is a joke.

My family had a great time here. It had everything you needed throughout the house, in the kitchen or bathrooms. It's in a peaceful neighborhood.
Everything was perfect as stated in the advertisement for this home. Absolutely beautiful, couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Highly recommend.

Rental property had bed bugs (confirmed by Urgent Care visit while still at the rental property). Contacted Host and EVOLVE immediately. Evolve seemed unconcerned and said they would send someone out to inspect the property. They NEVER sent anyone, CEASED communicating with me and told AirBnB that the case was "resolved and closed". I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THE UNREPUTABLE COMPANY - the following is cut and pasted right from their listing:

Yes, we've had some great results, with pretty good communication.
But, we've had a couple exeperiences that were not satisfying.
Don't rent. Beware. They always cancel your reservation at the last minute and leave you hanging Bad bad and no help to find anything else
