Room was great, no problems there. My only complaint is that I tried to contact the owner several times prior to stay to get more detailed info about amenities in the apartment and I never got any response until after our stay was already done:( Otherwise - all good
The evolve platform is dated as it doesn't allow constant adjustments. Communication with Evolve is terrible. You rarely, if ever, speak with the same support person. I have a private company that charges 15%, which does not include cleaning fee, and the company does everything. Evolve is a joke.

The condo was lovely for 2 couples and a single adult. The setting was beautiful and we enjoyed the decrk and wooded view. It was close to shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

It was somewhat confusing since it was VRBO rental. I wasn't clear how Evolve was involved. Further clarification between VRBO and Evolve's involvement would be helpful.
I've only had a good experience with Evolve, and I assume I will only get better. I'm just starting out and they've helped me all the way.
We asked to change our property listing to " no pet allowed" but it was not done properly and we had to call Evolve to fix it. We spend almost an hour on the phone with a very nice guy that did the job properly.
We also expected to have the changes online done right away, but we needed to call Evolve to expedite the online changes. Evolve should consider that we could have a lot of rentings with the wrong information, where guests want to bring their dogs. We don't want to have the hassle of canceling rentals.
Loved this home, greeted with snacks and adorable coffee bar! House was spotless and host very accommodating. Can't wait to go back, had an amazing time!
Being a property owner, getting your property out onto many platforms by using one company sounded great. However, Evolve can not control the format used by these other companies, and your information, like no cats, can get lost causing you some issues. Evolve doesn't screen and they don't control the amount of guest screen on the other sites, so you can end up with guest who aren't the best. We ask for guest complete name, first and last, phone and email, so we can screen. However, Airbnb doesn't share their guest's information with Evolve, so you can find yourself not knowing anything about a guest. Whenever a issue arises, and it will, Evolve giving you a run around, not ever solving the issue for you. You will have to deal with it yourself. Like calling the police when a guest refuses to leave at the end of their booking. Calling a guest to explain the no cat policy and spending hours debating each line of you your listing means to someone who booked on a different site. You end up losing time and money.
As I said they do put your listing out there which if they only charged a one time fee would be worth it, but they take a cut with every listing. Spend the time and have the control over your listing by doing it yourself.

We rented a condo in Tucson while we were visiting our daughter and grandkids. The condo was much bigger than we expected with an awesome closet! It was very well appointed and very quiet. The HEPA filter in the bedroom was another surprise, and with the climate and pollen in Arizona, it made our stay so much better than we usually have there.
As a homeowner I have found Evolve to give excellent customer service. I am glad I cose Evolve to be my partner.

The house is very Clean. Fan in each bedroom and living room. Lot of TV channels. Easy to use. Cable TV requires the app on the living room TV. Lot of Internet Channels.
This house is close to the lake. You can walk or drive to the beach. Lots to do in AZLE.
The Staff was very helpful in retrieving left behind items.
Evolve smart rate system allowed our place to be booked for just slightly over half price for Memorial weekend. Yes, the window was closing, however some sort of involvement on my side would have been helpful.

We owners don't have recourse when guest comes and steal or destroy our properties. We can't get the reimbursement for the cost of replacement of it's less than a certain value and the cost to call for service people to come in and repair which is not fair. There should be incidental charges like when these guest check into a hotel.
