Room was great, no problems there. My only complaint is that I tried to contact the owner several times prior to stay to get more detailed info about amenities in the apartment and I never got any response until after our stay was already done:( Otherwise - all good
The evolve platform is dated as it doesn't allow constant adjustments. Communication with Evolve is terrible. You rarely, if ever, speak with the same support person. I have a private company that charges 15%, which does not include cleaning fee, and the company does everything. Evolve is a joke.
The home is exactly as described, with a beautiful and functional kitchen and living space and four bedrooms. The main bath is large and very clean. There is a second bath in the back bedroom with a bowl sink and barn door that worked ok but aren't practical. The outdoor area and screen porch were awesome bonuses! This house truly is only 5 minutes from the beach and around the corner from restaurants and grocery. Perfect!
The local representative was lovely. Divina responded quickly and graciously. However, the Evolve team did not respond timely and were not able to help me. I would not recommend Evolve to anyone. I almost went with another VRBO because of their lack of responsiveness. I would avoid renting another house associated with Evolve.
Our kids and grandkids all joined us for a wonderful weekend in the snow and beauty of the Lake Tahoe area! We all had so much fun playing games and enjoying meals at the huge dining table, and relaxing in front of the fireplace watching football playoffs and some hilarious Jo Koy. Even with all of the snow, we were able to build a fire in the solo stove and roast some marshmallows. We all had such a great time and agreed we will be back here again for more awesome memories!
The place is definitely in a very safe place and quiet neighborhood. Very cozy place with all the amenities that is necessary for your stay. There 3 of us and we felt very comfortable. Very close to get food and groceries.
I will definitely try to stay again in my next trip.

The Evolve team was easy to reach and quick to respond to queries - they were able to get us into the property we had rented early when the weather turned bad and plans we had for outdoor activities in the area became impossible.
Booking was easy. Check in instructions were clear. Customer service was excellent. Nothing bad to say, would use this site again
The Evolve communication team after reservation, before our stay and upon leaving was great. We knew how to check in, had clear directions and duties and understood how to take care of the place. The location was exactly what we wanted: in the mountains with a great view, a wonderful great room and comfortable beds and bedrooms with privacy. Hot water and plenty of blankets for snuggling.
Only suggestions: Would have been nice if they told you ahead of time that you needed to bring firewood there, probably should have thought it through, but kind of caught us off guard and there weren't directions to nearest firewood location, which would have been nice. Only other thing is that our review of us had all 5's except "follow directions" which we did to a T, I called to ask them to fix it or clarify it and have not heard back.
Overall very professional and clear, we enjoyed our stay very much. Wish there would have been snow!
This condo unit had everything we needed to enjoy our ski trip without the big name village price. However, main reason we picked this place over others was for the hot tubs, which were a must for after a hard day on the slopes. When it was too late to cancel, I received an email about the hot tub being out of order. Which happens, but all three of them on the managed properties! And it looked as if all tgw hot tubs had been out of commission for months/years, not days. Once we were able to get past that disappointment, we really enjoyed ourselves, the beautiful surroundings and the unit.
We enjoyed our stay at this condo near old town Scottsdale. It was perfect for our visit catching up with friends and relatives in the area. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The parking was convenient and it was easy to find.
The people with Evolve were there to answer questions and were extremely helpful. Our cabin was ADORABLE! It was super clean, the kitchen had everything we needed plus some! I will look forward to working with them again in the future. We will be back to this cabin!
Customer support is always quick, efficient and professional. Every time I need to contact Evolve, their support team is outstanding.
Condo was just as described. Plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked. Mattress was comfortable. It's walking distance to many restaurants and music venues. Beach access is only a couple of blocks.

Evolve has superb Customer Service! They respond to your needs within 24 hours and pay special attention to detail! Also, marketing is always looking for ways to improve as well as increase guest rental of your property!
Evolve has a process and helpful resources that helped me along the way, and I greatly appreciated their guidance as a first-timer to renting my place on a short-term basis. I only wish I could better oversee the housekeeping aspect since it is such a key factor. Ideally I would want to do my own, but it isn't possible for me since I don't live near this property.
So I called regarding how to handle guests that are charging their E.V. I'm not set up for with a charging station for E.V.'s at the house. This guest pulled out an extension cord. And used it each day to charge the car I didn't know you could charge the car straight out of a 110 outlet. I also don't know how much that costs per day to our electric bill. So can we charge them to cover the additional electric cost?. Can you run an extension cord out of a house outlet? How much is it to charge a car per day? Your group was saying you guys haven't really looked into this. Just wondering if you guys had thoughts to it and if I could list an addition charge to cover that cost like the additional pool heater cost. This will be a cost that will happen more often as E.V. Cars become more popular. Please get back tome. Thanks,Rich
This home had lots of old house charm. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out. The home was clean but it is the country with a country mouse as evidenced by droppings. Otherwise, the house was clean.
Evolve was good in communicating and being flexible with us as we had to switch our dates a little bit.
Requested an early check in and the unit was not ready. Requested a key for the ski locker and never received it. The sauna downstairs did not work. This dishwasher in the unit was not attached to the counter, Nice upgraded unit and convenient to the lifts.

As much as we know our team and the owners want to be able to work with guests on early check-ins, it is unfortunately not always possible for the turn over crew to make this happen in between guests leaving and arriving. All I can say is our vacation was nothing short of amazing. We all enjoyed the home. There was enough room for all of us. We had all we needed in the hm even of we didn't ever decide to go out. The home was beautiful. The only thing I would suggest is getting some living room curtains. I didn't really like the open window. Especially at night. But overall this home was very comfortable and it made you feel at home.
We had a wonderful time, Cabin was great, very clean. The creek water giving off such a peaceful sound of running water, it was awesome to just sit out on the porch with the wood stove going, listening to the water hit the rocks, melted the work weeks troubles away!
Evolve was supposed to adjust prices for fishing season and they dropped the ball. Did nothing and I'm losing $$$ because of it.

However, you are able to adjust your absolute minimum rate and our team would be happy to work with you to increase your minimum to ensure your home is not renting for less than you are comfortable with.
