Room was great, no problems there. My only complaint is that I tried to contact the owner several times prior to stay to get more detailed info about amenities in the apartment and I never got any response until after our stay was already done:( Otherwise - all good
The evolve platform is dated as it doesn't allow constant adjustments. Communication with Evolve is terrible. You rarely, if ever, speak with the same support person. I have a private company that charges 15%, which does not include cleaning fee, and the company does everything. Evolve is a joke.
As an owner, I switched to Evolve after being with another company for a few years. My income went up dramatically the first year I was with Evolve. Also, their communication is very prompt and helpful. I would highly recommend that other owners use them.
I love their model which blends owner independence and service. Keeping the fees to 10% is vital for me.

Our stay in this property exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, cozy, quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed and more! The owners are delightful and added extra touches to make us feel welcome. Fresh fruit, a basket full of snacks, ground coffee and again, MORE! The kitchen had everything! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this guest house.
We truly loved our trip to the cabin. The view was breathtaking with hawks flying by daily. We would really enjoy visiting again!
A few of us 60 year olds went on a guys golf trip and stumbled across this gem of a place. It had everything you could ever need and the outside sitting area with TV and pool were amazing. Highly recommended!

Great location - close to "Old Town" downtown Scottsdale and a very quiet neighborhood.
Beautifully upgraded kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, living/dining room, and bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable.

I was looking for a property with a view, and this one did not disappoint. The host is great and will go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. The house is furnished with everything thing we needed. We visited during March and as mentioned in other post the snow covered mountains and frozen lake view was stunning. I'm sure the summer time view is just as great. We can't wait to plan our next visit to this property.
Our stay in Azle was very nice. It was a blessing to be close to our son in Lake Worth, close to Fort Worth and yet in a pretty quiet setting. The property was very well maintained and very clean. We felt safe and secure at all times. Even though it backs up a pretty busy street during the day, it was quiet at night. I'd strongly recommend this property for location, value and management.
We rented the house in late March to attend my son's wedding. We had 8 family members from 2 - 80 in the house and everything was very comfortable. The murphy bed in the living room was very comfortable and did not really interfere with the living room area. The casita was perfect for the couple with the baby. Everything looked like the pictures and was clean and nice. Love it and would recommend it.
We stayed in this place for four nights, and were pleasantly pleased with everything about it. The hosts were amazing, the location far enough away for quiet nights, yet close enough to town. We highly recommend this home for your older family, (the decorations are not suitable for young children).

People ask me why do I use evolve. I tell them that working with evolve makes me feel like Iam not a lone and I have a partner to help me along the way.
This being my first experience working with evolve has been good. I didn't like the low. Price rate. My cleaner was making more than me. I would like to have the names of all the guests over the age of 16. Before checking in at leasts 4 days so I can add names to the gate. I have to keep after the guest to send it to me. I get charged $59 for each reservation and a 25 late fee if names of guess are not on list in time. I wish I could add the name of my cabin on my ad. This is a learning experience, and I am grateful that I can talk with a person to answer my questions, and they are great with communication
Site was easy to negotiate- fees were clear. I would use this site to book again.
The reservation process and accommodations were both satisfactory. There was only one issue with the townhouse and it was quickly resolved by property management. There was a lot of traffic noise. The management can't do much about that but it could be pointed out in the property description. The neighborhood itself was very quiet. The property was conveniently located to attractions, shopping, etc.
Home only booked in summer to many non rented days off season
Evolve is always doing a great job every time we have a guest they call us and email us and let us know what's coming on.and what months are booked and they answer all my questions they're doing a great job
They are responsive and care about the guest experiences, which will make hosting better.
I just happened to start on the low end of the season and I have had not enough bookings, but Evolve personnel has been great so far with everything that I have needed from them.
Beautiful house, good open floor plan. Game room was a hit with our group. We will go back again.

As an owner, I've found Evolve has made the set up and booking process a breeze. Their app is super easy to use and navigate. All I have to do is reply to all the positive reviews and keep making this vacation rental a masterpiece that it is.
Enjoyed a four day family getaway: home is roomy & family friendly - especially sitting in the lakeside porch with incredible scenery. Very restful!
