Only reason they got 1 star is because it doesn't allow to give a minus score, diabolical shambolic excuse for a "courier" (wouldn't even like to even put them in the category of courier), I'd rather walk all the way to collect my parcel with glass in my shoes than let this useless bunch pretend to care, lose the parcel then ignore all messages or contact, I have requested a call back 23 times in 4 days, guess what... Waited in all day and no sign of them. Then received an email stating their driver had "missed us" I have a ring doorbell to prove they haven't been here. Cancelled the high value item with Pro Direct and will get a refund. If I knew they were using Evri I would never have bought from them. This is the third time this company has lied and stolen my parcels. Why any company use them is beyond me.
This time several items on the same order number, but only a small parcel acutally arrived. The expensive bulk of the parcel did not, even though shown as delivered. Then hours trying to find out from merchant or Evri is the parcel has acutally been sent.
Ive lost 6 expensive items in 3 months. Then days spent trying to find out where the parcel is. Hermes changing their name isnt going to make them any more efficiant
The worst delivery company I have ever used. No tracking update, no one answers the phone and there is no obvious way to raise a lost in transit claim.
I will have to get a chargeback through the credit card company and compensation through the county court - what a useless shower

EVRI steal/damage/lose/delay EVRI single parcel, no matter which retailer sent it out. I am always filled with dread if EVRI are the courier and now refuse to buy from retailers that use these inept incompetent clowns. The bottom line is this: They pay the drivers about 40p per package, thats the simple answer.

This company is absolutely joke! My few last parcels been damaged, lost or stucked in depotno more information when it will be delivered nothing. 3 parcels and i waiting and waiting, seller send replacement and now its also in depot. What happening in this depot and where exactly is it? No information about anything. Shocking... Avoid avoid!

Play the waste company I've ever had a parcel delivered with 3 days later I'm still waiting for a parcel but I paid extra to be delivered and it's my son's Christmas present contacted them but no reply
I sent a cellphone which was sold by ebay, and I believe the EVRI delivery guy stollen the phone. I got a message 'not Delivered - damaged parcel' and Parcel never came back to me, nor to the end. And it is impossible to call EVRI. Shame.

Parcel arrived looked like it had been stamped on. Item inside was bent beyond repair... had to return and I'm now awaiting another one which has delayed me being able to use item by over 2 weeks...
On 22nd June 2023 I was waiting for a delivery of a purchase made on amazon. I was at home so the driver could buzz for me to go down and pick up my parcel but he preferred to leave the parcel on top of letterbox. When I checked my email inbox about 45 min after the stated time of delivery, I noticed that an email stating that my parcel had been delivered, went downstairs to check, the parcel wasn't there. If only the driver had buzzed me I would had my parcel. Many times when the parcel is delivered, it comes with torn packaging like if someone is checking the content of parcels.
Just appalling absolutely appalling… 4 times to request a collection.6 days on the parcel still not collected… why Amazon use them I will never know. Well cheap I guess
Filled in all format to send parcel today, not as good as previous hermes, any way after offering up payment was told by evri that they couldn't oricess my payment, rang my bank and they told me that evri site is not secure enough for my bank to release funds, get your act together evri and make the changes to secure your site payment section... or go bust

Worse company on the planet and beyond. Even E.T from the movie would be appalled if he was to shop from space and finding out Evri is in fact the demonic hermes rebranding to save the day and to continue robbing and letting down ustomers.
I am quite worried now, reading about all these factual Halloween horror stories from *THEY" most evil delivery company of all times. They used to make my life a living hell back in the days. I will from now on make sure to find out with suppliers whose Ivry delivers with. (Saves you time and if not a lost/stolen parcel).
They failed me today, It looks like I'm just going to ask wiggle for a refund tomorrow. Evri marked my delivery as rescheduled? And yet, they kept on changing /updating it from 1pm to 5 pm. I'm pretty sure that their couriers, fail customer from up and until 8 pm. They wasted my day by doing so. It frustrated me further more. I will follow up update tomorrow.

I'm being intrigued how they kept getting away with ignoring all the negative feedbacks for so many years, and remain in business. In my opinion they turn a blind eye so to keep the business saflot. Let's face it, if they start sacking every staff who offend Cone artist Ivry will see their business go bust. The reality is that they will always get away with losing parcels just as they did time and again for so many years, whilst staff stealing at Ivry, is just another business day!!

I was expecting a delivery this morning Saturday 29th April, given window of 1100 - 1300hrs so I stayed in purposely, at 1137hrs, received an email from Evri claiming courier tried to deliver but I "weren't in", no safe place to leve parcel, so they'll try again on Monday!
Unable to deliver is one thing, but to blatantly lie and accuse me of not doing my part in staying in to wait for the delivery is pure unprofessional and absolutely wrong.
Their email is one of those "do not reply to" emails, and only way to complain is via their "robot chat".
I am lost for words, and will be contacting the merchant who's supplying me the item for a full refund as I'm not going to waste more time with this cowboy outfit.

Had emails 18/11 confirming that delivery would be between 2.30 and 3.30pm so made sure I was here waiting. At 3.24pm they sent an email saying they tried to deliver and no one was in and no safe place to leave parcel. This was a TOTAL LIE! The driver clearly couldn't be bothered to deliver so just lied. Email said they will now be in touch Monday 21st which is just disgusting. I paid for delivery and I never received it.

AVOID Lost parcels, how -? If u have bar code and so on? NO compensation for Items as advised that my items is on the non insured list - well just saw that list - and looks i won't be able to send anything, as all looks like they can put as NON-insured item, the list of crimes goes on an on, how on earth can they still be in business, well they changed NAME now to EVRI. Just not worth the hustle they cause and lost of money and your time. AVOID and read other comments. I will put this into all items I am selling everywhere so others will now too.

I am writing to urgently warn the public about the consistently poor service provided by Evri, particularly in handling my package with tracking number H00TCA*******803.
Evri has demonstrated shocking incompetence despite my explicit instructions to avoid delivering my package to neighbors without consent. I emphasized that deliveries should be made exclusively to my address or the designated safe place. Nevertheless, my package has once again been misdelivered, this time to a multi-unit building, making it practically impossible to locate.
The delivery occurred in a complex housing many residents, and attempting to find my package among potentially 100 or more people is an unmanageable task. I have no connections with these individuals and no knowledge of who Rebecca, the supposed recipient at House 16, might be.
Adding insult to injury, Evri's proposed solution was to contact the sender and request a refund. This is completely unacceptable. The sender is not at fault; it is Evri's inadequate delivery service that is the root cause of this ongoing issue.
To anyone considering Evri's services, I strongly advise against it. The blatant disregard for customer instructions, combined with the evident lack of responsibility, is inexcusable. This review serves not only as a warning but also as a plea for Evri to rectify its service issues immediately.
Even this sitejabber (but I'm not saying it's your fault) hasn't got a clear indication of who we're trying to complain about. It's EVRI.COM the courier company. I've had lots of lost parcels, more than I care to remember. But there's lots of disgruntled customers. But alot of the negative reviews get sent to a fake site called Evri.insight / EVRI.co.uk (which is supposedly a software company, of which does not really exist, it's there just so that TRUSTPILOT can send all of the delivery companies negative reviews to. So there's not a true representation of the real company. You have a look, it's truly astonishing. I feel powerless, even though I've told watchdog, which and the BBC, and am trying to take further legal action, though TRUSTPILOT are a 25million pound company, and I'm small fry. If you get behind me and tell Watchdog, which and BBC may be something will be done.

Useless! Royal Mail managed to deliver a parcel but evri couldn't get to the address? Shocking! He prob jus didn't want to climb the stairs! Paid for next day delivery as part of my dads birthday! Stay away from evri, use Royal Mail instead. They will lose you parcel and if they are "certain goods" like a mini fridge for example, they won't refund you the price of the item, even if you purchased a insurance with them. :) As I said, STAY AWAY!
After waiting 3 weeks for my parcel to reach the UK from USA by DHL it arrived in Normanton, about an hour from my home, on 22/12 and was passed on to Evri. It has not moved since. Their website says it is delayed, no Sherlock, the robot on the phone, £6 per call, says it doesn't recognise the tracking number.

I ordered something from the ideal world in early November on the 12th they told me there was a delay and it would be delivered in one to 2 days 2 weeks after that and emails with no response it is not even possible to speak to a real person no existent when I order again ill ask who is the delivery company and will cancel when I here their name they are so bad they should not be trusted Hermes was as bad a name change is a waste of time

Dreadful service parcel showing as delayed then marked as delivered a week earlier although tracking showed as delayed just 6 hours earlier. Needless to say it was delivered and had to get a refund of the company I purchased off… don't understand why shops are using them as it costs them in the long run DO NOT USE!
