Only reason they got 1 star is because it doesn't allow to give a minus score, diabolical shambolic excuse for a "courier" (wouldn't even like to even put them in the category of courier), I'd rather walk all the way to collect my parcel with glass in my shoes than let this useless bunch pretend to care, lose the parcel then ignore all messages or contact, I have requested a call back 23 times in 4 days, guess what... NOTHING,
Waited in all day and no sign of them. Then received an email stating their driver had "missed us" I have a ring doorbell to prove they haven't been here. Cancelled the high value item with Pro Direct and will get a refund. If I knew they were using Evri I would never have bought from them. This is the third time this company has lied and stolen my parcels. Why any company use them is beyond me.
Never have i wanted a company to go into liquidation more!

I have had countless notifications from Evri - either to deliver or couldn't deliver. I am still waiting for a ream of paper which Printerinks were not happy to refund to me, in case Evri actually delivered it.

Shocking service. No update in the delivery status for 3 days (3 days after the original quoted delivery date).
No help from the completely mis-titled customer service team. Just automated responses and dishonest copy-pasta platitudes. It's impossible to make contact with a human who can actually provide some answers and the awful chatbot just keeps going round in circles with the same lies.
I have used many delivery services but this one I like the most of all.
First of all, everything is super cheap, comparing Every to other delivery services, here is the cheapest price for sending prices whatever direction you need.
Secondly, they do everything quickly, sometimes, ofc, because of unforeseen circumstances there are delays, but they are minsicule. I have never been mad at them for holding on the delivery for a while or stuff like that.
So, it's cool.
Evri 'lost' the parcel I sent a month ago. I have filled in the claims form but have been completely ignored since. I am currently £170 out of pocket.
Absolutely impossible to speak to someone and all contact I have made (every day) has been futile. Worst customer care I have ever experienced

We should have had a delivery 16th May, never arrived saying couldn't find the address. Funny that when our sat nav find it no problem and friends who have never been here before can find it. We can't speak to a human, utter disgrace.

2 separate deliveries one of which was tracked the other was not until after the alleged delivery.
Address clear, number of house on gatepost at end of short drive on front door and on house wall.
Both packages delivered to an unknown address photo is not of anywhere I know locally.
Not the first time the last 2 non deliveries were of high value alcohol marked on the packaging as such which they said they had "lost" Now I wonder why that might be?
This time - customer service so very helpful- ask the family, search the garden and check the safe places - Have just got through a thorough cross examination of he dog who denies having stolen mummies now top or dads new rosebush Evri's advice is now to scour the entire road- ( over a mile long) to see if anyone has the parcels.
What a shambolic bunch of cowboys don't touch with a bargepole- they would only lose it!

This is the worse courier company in the world bar none. They delivered my parcel to the wrong address, told me to go get it - when I couldn't get it back they said to file a claim with the retailer - it wasn't from a retailer. The endless loop of generic emails, chatbot automated replies, bounced about useless and helpless call centre agents with no customer service help or back up you are as well righting off your valuables people - shocking really really shocking and without recourse.
If I could rate 0 I would once again evri not sticking to the delivery times given or not even updating the customer. This resulted in me missing a family meal. After speaking with the business I ordered from, they stated evri had an issue will be out within 24 hours after speaking with a evri correspondent. I then go shopping for 1)dinner tonight and other things to then find your drivers have left my parcels on a main road out the front of my house. This then resulting in all my items been taken, from the smack heads or thieves in area why would you leave them on a main road outside wish I could attach photos. Advice if you order from secondary company's as evri as there delivery firm don't bother, as this isn't the first time this has happened around our area, Or better still your drivers need to learn to read, as I left a not stating due to you been late I had to go out please leave with neighbour. Instead they leave out on a main road.

Email staes parcel to be collected on 15/5/24. Also states that I will receive a tracking number and a time slot in a second email. Neither of thses things happen. Parcel not collected. Unable to contact Evri as I do not have a tracking number because they have not sent the second email. No facility to speak to a human by phone.in order to sort the problem.
If I could put no star I would. Can someone explain how they managed to have 4.2 stars? EVri employees are thief, first time was my shoes, now hello fresh package. Always lie that they got delayed and couldn't deliver. I sent email and try to call, until today NOTHING! They don't even take time to call back, give goodwill gesture or make the customer feel appreciated. I haven't heard anything good about EVri so I am really surprise with their 4.2 star on other platform. Last but not least, how can companies continue to work with such unprofessional people!

Absolutely awful, they've been holding onto this parcel for ages, and I am unable to get any answers about where it is because of the useless 'digital assistant' talking in circles.
I don't understand how this courier service is still going when there's much better alternatives.
Same old thieving scum, please see the attached picture of my parcel that was simply thrown on the porch floor by the courier, it was already late by days but turned up ripped open and contents removed. I did review this on Trustpilot who are now corrupt and are removing all negative feedback from this company, they are clearly in the back pockets and can not be trusted, i sent proof along with personal details but they still refused to accept the truth and are protecting these corrupt thieves.

I order something from china on 13.03.2024.finally arived on 20.03.2004...EVRI collect my item on 20.03.2004 at 13 a clock and keeping for no reason even after 2 days.what they waiting for.? Stay away from them if you can.!
Used this company but stopped because of the amount of parcels that got lost with them, I've been using Yodel who have been fantastic but their system was down for a couple of days so used evri ans guess what?! Yep another parcel has gone missing! They make the claims process so difficult & I don't have time so I end up out of pocket! Terrible company!
Evri are scum
Evri - A scummy company that haven't changed their ways since they were called hermes. They have managed to lose two seperate parcels of mine in the same week. No issue shipping all the way from China then as soon as Evri take over they lose it. The driver even lied and said that he attempted to deliver it to my local parcel shop and said it was closed!

A number of days ago i ordered items,paid and was informed they were collected by evri.evri provided a tracking number and after more days cthe items failed to materialise. Spoke to supplier and was informed evri would deliver.more days and tracking stated in local depot.Today Tuesday 12 March,2024 supplier informed me items lost so another order.evri has depots full of items not delivered and many unlikely to be.This is what one pays for DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Rubbish service as usual Delivered the parcel to wrong address had to find out where it had been delivered to and then drive 4 miles to pick it up. Photo they sent me was not even my parcel when I got there. Only good thing was the GPS they sent me to say the parcel had been delivered to was correct so I was able to find it, Would never use this company as it is a JOKE.
One of the worst delivery company I have ever seen 🤮 3 times they told me they are coming and I cancelled my other appointments for evri but on exact delivery time they say "We're sorry, we're not able to deliver your parcel today, but we will deliver it on the next working day" Even I didn't go my office to collect it because I live in a flat and I don't have any one to collect my parcel. I didn't find 0 start option.
Poor customer service and poor delivery options when they cannot find your postcode. They direct you to AI messaging and telephone services that are infit for purpose. More about the businesses that use the service rather than the public who they really don't seem to care about. My delivery number is H0067A*******780.
I have had the most appalling experience for the 3rd time in a row. Your couriers keep leaving my parcels with 'neighbours' (some I don't even know where they are!) When I explicitly requested to sit them either behind the bins or in the garden.
Your couriers hand MY parcel over to 'neighbours' yen jumps back in their van leaving me with a pair item that I don't have and have no idea where it is.
This is the most appalling service.
Your couriers barely know 3 English words, hello, parcel, and goodbye, and therefore can't read and comprehend the delivery instructions.
You should refund me for all the trouble and stress your couriers have caused

You're a disgrace
Almost had my parcel in my hand, but it was taken away, as the driver's scan machine wouldn't work. He wouldn't photograph delivery and wouldn't verify delivery by typing the reference number in manually. It was more important to leave me high and dry without my parcel than to deliver on time. What poor customer consideration.
Parcels just left on door step, didn't even bother to knock on the door. I heard a noise and was expecting another delivery, so I went to the door. The parcels were there: £130 worth of heaters visible to the public pathway. Rubbish workers
As others I would like the choice of zero stars as this is what they deserve for their shoddy service.
My last 3 deliveries sadly came via them and they very kindly delivered to someone else rather than myself.
Now Amazon have taken on these clowns this another online store who will not get my money until they wise up and get rid of this so called delivery company.
