Only reason they got 1 star is because it doesn't allow to give a minus score, diabolical shambolic excuse for a "courier" (wouldn't even like to even put them in the category of courier), I'd rather walk all the way to collect my parcel with glass in my shoes than let this useless bunch pretend to care, lose the parcel then ignore all messages or contact, I have requested a call back 23 times in 4 days, guess what... NOTHING,
Waited in all day and no sign of them. Then received an email stating their driver had "missed us" I have a ring doorbell to prove they haven't been here. Cancelled the high value item with Pro Direct and will get a refund. If I knew they were using Evri I would never have bought from them. This is the third time this company has lied and stolen my parcels. Why any company use them is beyond me.
Again, EVRI have surpassed themselves in the last two weeks for loosing two separate parcels (after wasting much time telling me that they are "looking into the matter very seriously"), lied about one having been delivered and then advising that they hadn't actually delivered it, and for apparently pushing another parcel around in their depot with the status flip-flopping from "out for delivery" to being "sorted at the local depot". Useless. Why are they still being used by anyone?

I recently ordered an iPhone from Amazon.
To my great dismay it was sent with Evri.
Three weeks later I opened my door to find a parcel, or more accurately the remains of a parcel, dumped on my doorstep.
As usually happens with Evri it had been cut open and sealed up again with brown tape, so I knew something was up.
Upon inspection I found an iPhone box, with the contents missing and replaced with a filthy used bottle of Tesco anti-dandruff shampoo.
I have had enough of it, from this moment on I will not buy from any company that uses Evri/Hermes. They are little better than a criminal gang and cannot be trusted, every single parcel arrives opened and resealed and an increasing number have had the contents switched.
A truly awful and disreputable company who justly deserve their notorious reputation.
I am still waiting for deliveries, I've had parcels stolen, arguments with sellers who claim the parcel had been delivered when not. I've lost some money but learned the hard way. Now I always check which courier a business uses, if its not Royal Mail they don't get the orders, it may cost a bit more but I'm guaranteed to get my purchase.
The worst delivery service every. 3 days they keep sending me texts that parcel is out for delivery and still did nor receive it. Can't even track it, because the system is frozen. Don't have words to describe how disappoint I am.
The WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Honestly this company is absolutely rubbish, they lost my package nearly 3 weeks ago and didn't update me at all. Couldn't speak to a human and nobody replied to my emails. Then they sent me an email with a broken link to make a claim. Shockingly bad company, will definitely be telling everyone i know never to use them.

Name changed, service did not. I have been fighting non delivery of parcels for at least 4 years. Despite a visit from depot manager with assurances that whilst the lane to 3 premises within my post code was not motorway standard it is perfectly useable. Indeed even a milkman visits 3 times a week and ALL other delivery services have no problem. I was assured parcels would arrive, they do not. Often sit in local depot (West Bromwich, I think) for a week or so and then returned to sender with a fictitious reason for non delivery.

Do not use Evri as a delivery service! You will never receive your package. I am seller on EBay normally use Royal Mail but due to strike I chose on this occasion Evri. I sold Sorel Boots £150 which never reached destination. My buyer requested refund which I did refund meaning I am left with no money and no goods £150 vanished, or simply Evri driver stolen it. I have tried to get in touch with customer service which is impossible as they don't have human contact only automated service which charges £6 for each call and you still don't get any answer where is your parcel. Now I am in contact with Ombudsman which means all will take months

Absolute shambles of a courier firm. I've had 5 different parcels go missing in 3 weeks. Had to get refunds on all of them as they were now sold out. When shopping online I wish it showed you the courier they use as I would not purchase from there again.

Totally diabolical! I ordered a product from Home bargains on 4/1/22 and received confirmation. I then received confirmation from Evri that they have my order to deliver. We are now on 14/1 and my product has still not been put out for delivery! I am patient but you generally order a product because you need it and can seldom wait weeks. Between them Evri and the Royal mail have caused something of a revival in high street shopping and almost destroyed online shopping in the process. Dreadful beyond words and I will insisting on being told by any future outlets who the courier is, and if it is Evri I shall not be buying.
The morons at Evri decided to deliver my eBay customer parcel back to me (the sender) with no explanation or email! But I did get a nice picture of the parcel by my front door as proof of delivery, shame it is the wrong house.
Then when I tried to use their equally useless chatbot, it would only give me a selection of options, none of which was relevant. And their phone service (non human) was the same. Hopefully they will respond to this damning review.
After I had to apologise to my eBay customer, now I have to pay (again!) for delivery. Very poor customer service
Now they are saying to leave a message on their answer phone and they will get back to me, guess what…… there's no option for leaving a message. Also they sent me an email saying sorry for damaged item and they are looking into the delivery driver…… I bet it wasn't his fault that Evri printed out a new label, put it over my original label and delivered it back to me instead of its correct destination. Absolutely useless
One star is the lowest mark I can give, unfortunately. This company should be shut down and their contracts given to a business that will at least make an effort to fulfil their agreed duties. Their asset-stripping behaviour is detrimental to their staff, their customers (on both ends) and is helping to ruin the economy, especially in these times when online shopping is such a big part of peoples' lives.

The village I live in haven't received parcels from evri for over 2 weeks now. Surrounding villages have but ours has just been forgotten.
I have multiple parcels that I paid extra for next day delivery and still haven't received them.
Some of the delivery updates say it's due to weather disturbances (over a week ago) others say the parcels are out for delivery (which is just a lie).
The worst part is you can't even make a proper complaint to evri. The phone line is a robot and so is the online chat. I honest don't know how this company is still legally standing. If your a business and are thinking of using them please avoid. They will end up costing you a lot of money.

Avoid using Evri! Royal Mail are so much better. Even with strike action they still have got parcels out quicker than Evri.
Evri lost a packet I sent in transit. I paid for contents cover, but they are not giving me a claim form. I have tried getting hold of them on phone and website. But it's all robots who you can't communicate with. I have complained through resolver but they're ignoring all my emails. Is there an ombudsman we can go to. I have all the evidence to back up my case

Look here and it gives a good trust pilot review. That's for customer service. Be aware that the delivery side gets 1 star on trust pilot. Why - because you can't give less. Everyone should have a minus star rating in their site. Once you speak to customer service and they open a case the auto system won't put you through again.

I have been trying to return a parcel through Evri. They give me a time but never turn up. This has happened on 4 occasions. Can't speak to customer services it's just automated. They are absolutely useless. I think that retailers should start using other means of collection or delivery but certainly not Evri. I want Evri to do a great job.

Don’t surprise Evri
Ever since I asked local driver not to leave parcels on step or in porch but to put inside secure box which is inside porch. Now I dont get anything posted via Evri, they all seem to get delayed at local depot and 4 of the last 5 have been returned to sender without any attempt at delivery. Latest one is again delayed, small item can be put in letterbox shouls have been delivered yesterday but tracking shows 24 hour delay at local depot. No way to complain through any of websites or phone.
Appalling company, not to mention thieves, they are unorganised and customers are unable to complain to a human at the end of a phone because they don't have a call centre. Just because you changed your name from Hermes to Evri doesn't stop people knowing how useless this company really is and the terrible reputation they have for cheating lying and stealing items then saying they left it at property, even when CCTV says different, they are also ranked second worst in the business. They stole my return package to Fabletics, and said return was cancelled! Liars! Don't be fooled. They are a vile company which just causes misery to innocent customers. AVOID AT ANY COST! My parcels are always lost every time Evri is the courier! Their customer Service is awful! Instead of helping with a query they just mess up the delivery! I escalated this and even the executive office doesn't help! But they lied to you. AVOID!
Evri have now lost a record 15 out of 15 parcels in 20 days to my home. This is because one courier was on holiday and they didn't have the ability to fill the staff absence. I've now lost a lot of money from these 15 items and their response was unapologetic and that i should "chase up" the sellers for a refund.
Absolutely disgusting! Yodel aren't a great deal better but at least they actually delivery your items.

Cost you money, don't deliver on time
Treat their staff like $#*! which has a knock on effect on customers being robbed of delivery fees and not receiving their goods on time or even at all. Poor show Evri having to change your name to stay in business instead of making solutions for your customers. Yous will always be a 1star service no matter how many names you change it to. Greed comes before customers and staff every time!

I am not receiving parcels sent by Evri. Their courier leaving parcels at incorrect location on a public place where anyone had access. Only 2 of my parcels received as I was lucky to be informed of where they were left by a neighbor. I have tried contacting Evri but they don't seem interested or do nothing about what I say Awful company.
Run by incompetents, staffed by morons and with the most useless website, tracking and customer service in the history of the internet. Try contacting them! They don't even have a contact tag on their website map. Close the company and let some 5 year olds restart it. It could only be an improvement.
Evri sent me several false messages stating delivery days and times which never happened. Eventually, over 2 weeks afterwards they left the parcel propped against the front door, in full view of the road, while I was away from home for 9 days. I had to ask a relative to drive a considerable distance to collect the parcel. I was unable to contact Evri, afterwards. They obviously do this deliberately. Don't use Evri, you will regret it if you do.

Firstly, the clowns at Evri delivered my parcel to the local drop off place rather than the office it was due to go to. When you try and contact the clowns by either e-mail or telephone there is no response, and the computer driven helpdesk is worse than useless. It beggars belief they are still in business and unless you want to get completely frustrated shouting and screaming at the telephone which is not answered then use another company. This company does not deserve to be in business and the sooner customers vote with their feet and use other Courier companies the better.
Trust me, steer well away from this company and use somebody like Yodel.
