Only reason they got 1 star is because it doesn't allow to give a minus score, diabolical shambolic excuse for a "courier" (wouldn't even like to even put them in the category of courier), I'd rather walk all the way to collect my parcel with glass in my shoes than let this useless bunch pretend to care, lose the parcel then ignore all messages or contact, I have requested a call back 23 times in 4 days, guess what... NOTHING,
Waited in all day and no sign of them. Then received an email stating their driver had "missed us" I have a ring doorbell to prove they haven't been here. Cancelled the high value item with Pro Direct and will get a refund. If I knew they were using Evri I would never have bought from them. This is the third time this company has lied and stolen my parcels. Why any company use them is beyond me.
Just ignorant customer service staff
I accept that parcels go missing, and I also accept that sometimes delays are unavoidable. What I don't accept is the blatantly pig ignorant staff who sends you emails, to which you respond and they then reply completely ignoring repeatedly what you say. Yet well so we deal with their rudeness, there is an expectation that we will show them the respect that they seem to be incapable of themselves showing to your customers. This is what makes you garbage.
After sending a parcel next day delivery, and waiting for several weeks whilst the tracker showed it hadn't moved and you confirmed you couldn't find it. Every communication I had with the person dealing with this just ignored anything can everything I said or asked.

2 days I've waited in for a parcel delivered by Evri and both days late afternoon I've had a message saying there's been a problem, you can't contact Evri so I have no idea what's happening. Never use this company its awful..
Useless company, overnight package finally returned to me with no explanation. Not possible to contact them as their phone line is fully automated with no possible option of taking to anyone. They are thieves as this means you cannot even commence a claim for lost items.
Our security camera notified us someone was at our door. It was an EVRI delivery I rescheduled for a later date. We told him not to leave it. He replied ok, took a picture and left. Hated Hermes! EVRI is no better.

Every parcel had been delayed since October. This ranges from 1 day to up to 10 days! It always states it is at the delivery depot at this point. I often get refunded my postage by companies due to this. Parcels then left outside in the rain. Wish companies would stop using them
Of three recent orders all of which I paid extra for next day delivery, one was delivered late, one was delivered (late) and left in a hedge half a mile from my house, and the third, a Christmas present for my son, who knows? Tracking states it was delayed on 20th December and no updates since.
My experience of using Evri to send a parcel is just as bad, they claimed to have "lost" my item and eventually compensated me but less than the value of the item.
I now avoid any company using Evri to deliver unless they agree to use a different courier for my order.
I sent a Nintendo switch lite through their service. This was packaged in a bright orange secure bag so it most certainly could not have gotten lost. This item was clearly stolen by an employee as it was tracked and the last place it was tracked to was their own depot. They offered zero help in offering any kind of compensation so was out of pocket nearly £200.
I have no words left to describe how bad Evri are as a company. They have cost me hundreds in lost parcels, late deliveries or things just being returned to senders without any communication or opportunity for me to try to collect from a depot. I cannot fathom how a company that is this consistently terrible can still be operating, it is only a matter of time before they are shut down.

As a company is total untrustworthy, i can't contact with no-one. The site isn't functional needs too many changes. My order hasn't come at the address that i gave(not even close) and there was no information about it. I hope that after all the adventure i will find it.
Please avoid this cheap bot lead courier 'service' if possible. Any issues and there is no one to call or contact. Just digital assistance which is dreadful. Whoever thought this was a good idea is a moron.
Terrible service, customer service are incompetent and do not give a sh#t. The driver delivered to the wrong door, app was only giving me the option to have my parcel delivered to strangers half way down my road. The customer service agent Claire was useless, I gave her clear instructions she said she would pass them on, instead my important item got sent back to the sender. I used to use these fools to send parcels never again!
Waiting in for small package from C T, had email from evri to say it had attempted delivery and said there was no safe place to leave package, the box behind the hedge next to gate, no knock on the door as usual, till they get a decent courier will be ordering from that company.
I Had a photograph of the item that was supposedly delivered. This was apparently at the bottom of our block of flats.
Well, when I got there it had disappeared! Either the courier had claimed to deliver it, then swiped it back again(!), or one of my neighbours have stolen it! I am thinking the former...atrocious, shameless company, with a CEO that's about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Changing a company name from Hermes to Evri with the expectation that the reputation, and thereby service would change?!?! How old are the management here? 5? 10?

I would rate 0 stars if I could. Disgusting service and practises. Ordered 10 Disney baby items from Vinted and item was shipped within 24 hours by the seller. Parcel was stuck in transit for 8 days with no update. When this was raised with Evri they advised it had been 'misplaced'. They asked what the parcel contained. I advised childrens clothing. Within 24 hours the parcel had been 'located' and would be delivered 24 hours later. Just picked it up and its 2 random items of clothing in a lidl carrier bag with what looks like 2 previous Evro delivery labels attached. Wrapped in parcel tape.
Shameful and disgusting service, they just made a new parcel after they apparently lost the original one. Should be ashamed of what they do.

My parcel never arrived. No customer service, no contact from them just a note on their system saying that bad weather has delayed my parcel. This has not changed for a month so that only goes to show that it is a f**king lie. And yes I do have to include swearing because i am so angry at how bad you are. Had to chase the company I brought my items from to get a refund.
Pointless service, parcels are going missing. I haven't had any of my parcels that I have ordered since November. They either go missing, get damaged or are stuck at the Depot before apparently being damaged and unable to deliver. About time someone stepped in and investigated this shambles of a delivery service! If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

They tried to deliver 3 days early and as I was away clearly left instructions to leave with neighbour as property outside wasn't secure, low and behold they left the package at a different address and tried to say they had delivered it
Photo evidence shows a picture of a different property not mine, won't accept responsibility it's gone missing or has been stolen even though they delivered it to the wrong address

This delivery is by far the worst I've ever come across. I waited and watched my door like a hawk after being notified via email that my package was to be received between noon and 2 PM. I even waited outside for a time and never received the package despite it saying it was delivered. I checked around the block, I asked neighbors, I checked nearby post offices, and nothing. The delivery person never called me, never sent me an image of where they supposedly "delivered" my package which I paid 250 euros for.
I tried calling Evri and all I got was a dumb robot constantly telling me that it has been delivered. No human support, not even a reply to my emails or the inquiry I sent via their website. I waited days and nothing, I even got in contact with the retailer of my package who said that it was sent to this delivery company. I am considering a full refund because of this confusion and back-and-forth nonsense.

Find another delivery company. Heck, if this is the only one the retailer uses, you're better off recommending your retailer to drop this delivery company or better yet, get an Amazon. Never had issues with Amazon.

Every time I have used Evri, 5 parcels have gone missing and 1 ripped open by the time it got to the buyer.
I have blocked Evri on my Vinted account.
No other delivery service constantly looses or delivers damaged packages.

These guys were supposed to deliver a very important document to us, next thing we received a message saying we missed delivery, we were home the whole time yet we never heard any knock on the door or the door bell ring, and now we have had to pay an extra £1.99 for redelivery, something doesn't sound right here, our friend had the same issue earlier on in the week, beginning to suspect that they intentionally do this in order to get the extra payment from customers, hope to never ever have to use them again
Totally unreliable, impossible to contact unless you have hours to waste and when you do make contact they never have a sensible anser to your query.
They loos and/or damage at least 10% of the parcels we send ant we send approx 80+ per week. Last week I got as far as their depot and then they lost. How is that possible. They admit they have lost it but I have to wait 1 month for a refund.
You can change the name but the service is just as bad, Paid for next-day delivery and waited all day. I sent a message to the company that sent the parcel and was told that it was dispatched. The evri site said it was with them and not out for delivery. At 21.15 pm I get a message saying that they tried to deliver it at 20.15 pm and guess what we are still sitting here and no one has tried to deliver it. Another company let us down last minute and it was a rush to get the shirts before the funeral. Shocking service. They didn't even try to deliver. The parcels are tracked and I bet they can not provide evidence that they tried to deliver the items. Thanks, Evri for making a terrible time even worse.
I had a driver who pictured my parcel infront a house door with a completely different number to my adress! After discussing with neighbours I discover that the delivery driver has pictured parcels infront of the same mysterious house! Absolutely unbelievable! The parcel is no where to be found, evri only offers BOT's on their customer service! Absolutely devastating as I had ordered a christmas gift, mortified. Never had a bad experience with them up until now and had seen bad reviews prior to this event, although they were the only delivery service available... Really hoping this issue gets sorted for dodgy delivery drivers who take parcels...

How it is at all possible such nonprofessional courier servis is at all operating? We live in a new build, many other couriers have no problem to find it.
After I saw on tracking they have "problem" to find it, I gave additional instructions via online chat how to find us. Instead delivery to us- a parcel returned "on request"(not known whose one) to the sender!
Completely ignored instructions! I repeated once again my request for delivery and detailed location via EVRI char-got reply that my request is opened and that my last request forwarded to manager also-tracking shows different-returned to the sender!
How such scammers are allowed to operate at all?
