Only reason they got 1 star is because it doesn't allow to give a minus score, diabolical shambolic excuse for a "courier" (wouldn't even like to even put them in the category of courier), I'd rather walk all the way to collect my parcel with glass in my shoes than let this useless bunch pretend to care, lose the parcel then ignore all messages or contact, I have requested a call back 23 times in 4 days, guess what... NOTHING,
Waited in all day and no sign of them. Then received an email stating their driver had "missed us" I have a ring doorbell to prove they haven't been here. Cancelled the high value item with Pro Direct and will get a refund. If I knew they were using Evri I would never have bought from them. This is the third time this company has lied and stolen my parcels. Why any company use them is beyond me.
If you're considering ordering something online, I strongly recommend checking which company they use for parcel delivery. If it's EVRY, I'd advise against ordering from that website again. EVRY is the most unreliable company I've ever dealt with. They consistently fail to deliver on time, causing frustrating delays. Furthermore, attempting to resolve any issues with them is nearly impossible due to their lack of customer support. It's baffling how this company continues to operate, and their disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable for a company of their size. Had a parcel collected in Nov 22 which has been in their sorting hub ever since. Have emailed their CEO martijn dot delange at evri.com who confirmed that they had "lost" the parcel now- despite it being in a closed network we can only assume it has been stolen. Use ParcelForce next time and dont even contemplate using this hopeless bunch.

Evri marked my parcel as delivered when it wasn't. I was at home at the time and nobody even came near the front door! I've contacted them (well a useless bot) but all they are telling me is it's been delivered. So I can't get any further information. I've paid for an item which I don't have and it seems there is no way forward. I assume it's been taken by the driver.

Then it is said there will be the three attempts tried. But no further deliveries even I left the note of the safe place. I send the email to the *******@evri.com but never get replied. The I phoned the number *******5456 to get in the real person. I was promised the request delivery email will be send to the manager and deliver try to deliver the parcel within 24 hours. But today is 14 April 2022 no more delivery tried. Cheating and rubbish company. Definitely won't use anymore. Everyone want to use this deliver service please consider carefully. The staff has. Absolutely the worst delivery company. I should have received an item 'next day', but it took 5 days. Updates were close to non-existant, the Evri website is broken in various different ways. We had moved by the time the item was delivered, told the delivery person to return the item, but he still left it at our old address, creating further problems. Utterly useless and unhelpful.
Two bad experiences of Evri in the past week. One where the driver lied about putting the parcel through my letterbox and one where they delivered a parcel for me which was for another property half a mile away. The drivers just don't care and clearly the company don't either because if they did, the drivers would be doing their job properly.
Claim to have attempted delivery which is a lie. I waited in all day, then got a message saying there was a "problem with access". The only problem with access is that the lazy Evri driver, if they ever actually came to my address, couldn't be bothered to ring doorbell. I had indicated they could leave the parcel if not home, so why would they feel the need to take it away? Only proves there was no genuine attempt to deliver. I paid extra for next day delivery, so have wasted my money and my urgent items are still with Evri and no use to me. Why do companies like Sports Direct keep using this totally useless re-branded version of the totally useless Hermes?

There is a set of books that i purchased from 'Awesome Books' for £30 and twice they have attempted delivery and twice they have failed. I was in both times. Nobody called me or so much as pressed my buzzer. God only knows how long theyre going to drag this out. The performance of some of these companys is worrying as the shops continue to close and we are left with only online options.
I was ordered I phone 14 pro max from online shopping as a gift for my daughter but arrive empty package nothing inside. Now my doughter cry because delivery man stolen my 10years old daughter I phone. I don't how big company like evri rubbing people and stilling kids gift? Who is going to helping me?

Sadly, when I order items online, I don't have the choice to select an alternative delivery supplier. Unfortunately, the majority of my deliveries have been left outside my home (without anyone knocking), falsely placing items with no pictures to prove (other than a black screen), or massive delays. I'm assuming Evri was a name change with the hopes of disassociating itself from the dreaded Hermes, which hasn't worked. To add insult to injury, there's no way to contact Evri.

Got email to say parcel would be delivered between 7 and 9 pm. On a Sunday night. No parcel so went to bed as I'm up at 4 am for work. Doorbell got rung at 9.33 pm and parcel left on doorstep. Unacceptable as driver did not wait for answer and house was in darkness
Paid for next day delivery on the Monday - it's now Saturday and no parcel. No way to contact them! Their customer service number I'm sure is illegal as they tell you to give the tracking numbers THEY PROVIDED and they don't work. They also gave me a receipt with a reference number on and it won't accept that either, you can't proceed without the numbers so they hang up. It's not just a disgusting service, it's illegal and theft! Now my sister, niece and nephew have no presents to open on Christmas… my nephew is 6! Avoid at all costs and if anyone is a lawyer start proceedings to close them down as they can't offer a service they do not provide and have no way to resolve issues. I also paid for insurance and I can't claim without speaking to them - which you can't do! Absolutely the worst service I have ever received absolute joke of a company I have complained to trading standards and I encourage more people to do so

Twice recently we have been waiting for delivery from Evri they just keep saying they have your parcel at their depot for days on end and never deliver. We have cancelled one order after 8 days and if the other order does not come tomorrow after 6 days we shall cancel that. They are easily the worst company ever.
Evri is a joke. I have waited on an international parcel (promise 7 days) for 51 days and the automated chat, and telephone (no not a human) automated system just goes round and round in a perpetual loop promising next working day updates. Guess what, no updates. I cannot get in touch with a human anywhere, so this loop seems to go on forever.

Not sure why im doing this review i guess everyone already knows Evri is bad as hell. They fail all time they drop parcels all time in unsafe places, no costumer service at all, and they never pay claims even if they steal or lose your times they will try everything to avoid paying you. I just wonder who is still using them why are they still operating in uk? Either buying or selling, avoid Evri deliveries.
So, I placed an item thru Etsy & unfortunately the carrier being used is this company. The date is 12/7 and there is yet any tracking being shown. All I find ihat the label was created. This must be a label made out of precious gold, some grand material, besides paper, because all these days later no tracking update. Here it is 12/15 & my package is "supposed" to deliver 12/16. Well, this ain't gonna hapen. ******* set of reviews if I could. Hope the next company, I may use, does not use Evri. I will have ask beforehand and if a yes we use them, sorry gotta go to a vendor who does not use htem.

If I could give a nought I would. Told to expect delivery, stayed at home and then told parcel not delivered because no one in! Absolute rubbish. I phoned the company who was using Evri and was told that this was the fourth complaint today!
I will never buy from a company that evri delivers for and will always contact the company to confirm which delivery company they contract. My item was stolen by their delivery driver. How do I know? The parcel was opened when the item was delivered and the driver stated the bag broke when he lifted it. Item was missing but delivery note and itemised bill stated everything was sent out. This was investigated and confirmed by the company it was purchased from that all items were sent out for delivery. That's how I know.
The package has been in transit for a month now; the last update was over a week ago. The live chat is of no use, their email is no longer a customer service contact, and when you finally find a contact us service, you can't use it because you need to choose a subject before submitting, but there is no subject available.
Collection service is a SCAM
They make you pay more for the collection, then they don't come and tell you to drop it off, if you can't drop it off (chance are high as you already paid more to have this service), then the ask a fee to be paid to have the refund, but guess what? The fee is the amount you already paid for the service. PS; also confirmed from many people I talked to, that had exactly same experience.

Made two orders from two different sites in one week, that ended up using Evri as their delivery partner. One order has been out for delivery for 4 days. After already waiting 3 days for it to be dispatched, the second has supposedly been delivered yet two days later it is out for delivery. Communication between company Evri and customer is non existent, or just lies to make Evri look better. Hermes was an awful delivery partner, Evri is some how even worse. From now on I will be avoiding shipping options that use Evri's services even if it's an extra cost, the cost will save the hassel and stress.
Shocking company goodness knows why NEXT use them for deliveries. We had a great local courier but they paid her so little per parcel she had to give up. Now we're back to emails saying there is an unavoidable delay. It wouldn't be unavoidable if they paid their couriers enough so they don't make a loss on country deliveries. We have informed NEXT if it continues we will shop elsewhere.
I posted 3 parcels on 19th Nov. 2 arrived within a week, but the last one says on the tracker that it has been at the delivery depot since 23rd Nov. I have gone round in circles with their web chat bots. A complaint throughout Revolver was answered with a standard reply that my parcel would arrive by Christmas. I wanted a refund so I could refund my eBay purchaser.
