Only reason they got 1 star is because it doesn't allow to give a minus score, diabolical shambolic excuse for a "courier" (wouldn't even like to even put them in the category of courier), I'd rather walk all the way to collect my parcel with glass in my shoes than let this useless bunch pretend to care, lose the parcel then ignore all messages or contact, I have requested a call back 23 times in 4 days, guess what... NOTHING,
Waited in all day and no sign of them. Then received an email stating their driver had "missed us" I have a ring doorbell to prove they haven't been here. Cancelled the high value item with Pro Direct and will get a refund. If I knew they were using Evri I would never have bought from them. This is the third time this company has lied and stolen my parcels. Why any company use them is beyond me.
They are without doubt the worst delivery company, do not use. If your delivery doesn't turn up, which it won't it is 100% impossible to talk to anyone to sort it out. This company should not be allowed to trade.

Kept me three days at home and while FedEx and royal mail delivered my packages, the company keep send me emails that they tried to deliver my packages and I was not home! How is it even possible? I called the company I bought my xmass cloth and asked them to refund me because I couldn't use them for any of the parties! Disaster service and no help line!
Always delivered parcels reliably, and the tracking is very detailed and is often updated. Paticularly appreciate the ParcelShops as they are much more convenient than taking your parcel to a post office.
Evri are completely hopeless when it comes to deliverfing parcels. My parcel (which was on a two day delivery service from Fitbit) was delivered to Evri on 22 Sep. It is now 4 Oct and the delivery has not happened almost 2 weeks later. When I contacted Evri, they said 48hrs. This is now 4 days later and the delivery still has not happened. According to the Evri app its still at the delivery depot and that was the same as 4 days ago. Their customer service is obviously as incompetent as their delivery service! This was a gift for my wife on her birthday (3 Oct) and ordered in plenty of time to be delivered prior to that date. You can imagine my disappointment and anger, I'm sure. At this incompetent delivery service!
Driver decided to cancel delivery when it was already on its way and well with the delivery time slot delivery was cancelled and sent back to depot and ASK ME (addressee) to reschedule delivery date! Having to change my work hours to accomodate such mad move from them. I was never given any expanation or apologies, just a bot machine asking me to re-schedule.

Milton Keynes - lazy courier didn't bother to open an unlocked door to deliver the parcel, didn't leave it in the shed either. I saw it all through the window, called him, was ignored. I couldn't catch him as I live on 1st floor. I contacted envri several times to raise a complaint against a lazy courier who only took a pic of my door for free days - no one got back to me. I couldn't speak to a human either. The parcel was from boohoo.
So now I have 2 parcels waiting to be delivered by Evri. Both were eventually updated to show delivery for this Saturday on the 'track your parcel' link despite the original delivery date being the week before, obviously they didn't arrive. The wonderful Evri Support were able to tell me yet again that my parcel deliveries have been delayed after I queried that I haven't got my parcels, which was really useful information as I hadn't thought of that being the reason. Several days on I have no updates and I am no closer to knowing when these will be delivered. What I do know though is that Evri have stated they are doing their best to get my parcels out to me which is a relief, and if I don't have them in 10 days time (yes 10 days) then I am to re-contact them or take it up with with the companies where I originally ordered the items from. Well done Evri - thank you for that sound advice and I hope those reading my review also take that advice on board.
I was in all day on the 06/05/23 and Evri is telling me I missed my package (I didn't I was waiting for it).
They told me they would try to deliver it the next working day, its now 12/05/23 and I still don't have my package.
Everytime I try to resolve the issue, I'm met with an automated telephone call or Live chat bot. It's highly frustrating as I'm waiting on a part to complete an order for a customer, who I having to keep waiting due to my missing package.

Unfortunately used Evri to send a parcel and as usual it got lost. Tried emailing them, they asked for details about the items in the parcel and also a receipt of the items as a proof of the price. The parcel had a few items including a perfume and they said perfume is a non-claimable item but never said anything about the other items. The parcel was worth £180 and they lost the parcel and I lost my money and a lot of energy that I used to get in touch with them which by the way was really very difficult as I had to wait for weeks for them to reply to my emails because obviously could not get in touch with them on phone as "my track number was incorrect and she could not find details about it" as the telephone lady said to me a million times. Evri is a sham!
Twice I've purchased items from sportsshoes an twice the delivery driver never attempted a delivery even though he stated he couldn't find a safe place to leave the parcel, our camera shows no one tried to deliver anything

Three outstanding parcels. One 'out for delivery' for 16 days. Two 'out for delivery for 10 days. Repeated requests for updates ignored. Totally unacceptable. These were birthday presents sent on two day delivery. Still no update or sign of the parcels.

My parcel cleared Customs on 27th August & is awaiting collection by Evri. Evri status says they're 'expecting it'.
No way of contacting anyone & chatbot is a waste of time, you can never get through to a human being!
Their contact form asks you to select a subject but you can't, it won't allow you to.
So how on earth do you get any help from Evri?
Parcel never arrived due to being damaged beyond repair in transit.
This happened 13 days ago and nithing has been done nothing about it.

Tried to send a parcel (Vacuum cleaner) size 36x31x111,8 kg) trusting Evri saying "by really large we mean anything that weighs over 15 kg and is longer than 1.2m" - well in Evri's size scale. Booked collection and twice driver came with a tiny private car telling me couldn't take my parcel because his car was already full and too small anyway. Very disappointing and wouldn't use them again.
Just as $#*! as when they were called Hermes, Lost my £400 parcel - no contact information on there on how to get this resolved. Nothing good comes out of couriering with Hermes/EVRi. Just because they have had a rebrand doesnt make them any better.
Evri are fraudulently hopeless. They have no interest in delivering items, mask whole operation with a bot for customer service.

Never got my parcel. I ordered something on amazon who used Evri as a delivery service. I was notified that my parcel was on the way and to look out for the delivery driver. No delivery driver came on the arrival day but Evri emailed me to say that they had tried to deliver but there was nobody at the house to sign off and collect the parcel. This was untrue as my family were at the house looking out for the delivery driver. The email told me that I needed to pay an additional charge of that I needed to pay extra for a re-delivery which naively I did. Again I never received the package. One or two months after I complained to Amazon, the seller on Amazon emailed me to say " This order was cancelled and refunded due to damaged stock." And that Amazon had refunded me. Everi never refunded me for the delivery or redelivery charge which was more than the average amount. I think Everi is a scam.
All the parcels sent out via this company have been lost in post. Why has this company not been shut down yet? I just do not get it. Businesses... PLEASE USE ANOTHER COURIER. As a customer, I would happily pay a slightly higher postage rate to actually receive my parcel and avoid wasting my life chasing things up.

Very clear to me why it is 1 star. My delivery time slot was 8-9pm and apparently, he tried to deliver my parcel at 9:57pm I have a ring doorbell (which had nothing on it) and a dog that goes mad when he hears a knock plus I'm sitting inside! Good to see they couldn't be arsed because it was late and just lie on the app. Apparently, no safe place when there 100% is round my corner very obvious what has happened.

The postcode is already in the system under the parcel ref number given at purcahse! Also, no international orders are available to see in order history and zip codes not accepted. Almost 2 weeks and I am still waiting for my karen millen order Evri send me an email to confirm they received out for delivery since Monday 14th...I am still waiting it is Tuesday 22nd. Never use a company using Evri as delivery company.

Any problems and you simply cannot contact them. Their help system just takes you round in circles, the helpbot doesn't work and the telephone automation cant understand what you're saying. Try to complain and you go round in the same circles. A disgrace of a company!
I had a parcel booked to be picked up by EVRI. It was scheduled for collection on 3 occasions but wasn't collected.
They have no customer service, it is a computer-based service only, with no one to complain to.
I would not use EVRI again and will not purchase goods from any retailer that uses EVRI.
