Only reason they got 1 star is because it doesn't allow to give a minus score, diabolical shambolic excuse for a "courier" (wouldn't even like to even put them in the category of courier), I'd rather walk all the way to collect my parcel with glass in my shoes than let this useless bunch pretend to care, lose the parcel then ignore all messages or contact, I have requested a call back 23 times in 4 days, guess what... NOTHING,
Waited in all day and no sign of them. Then received an email stating their driver had "missed us" I have a ring doorbell to prove they haven't been here. Cancelled the high value item with Pro Direct and will get a refund. If I knew they were using Evri I would never have bought from them. This is the third time this company has lied and stolen my parcels. Why any company use them is beyond me.
I have sadly had to endure numerous deliveries with this company - as a number of larger corporations are not willing to pay for a better service these days. The current delivery I am waiting for has now been in transit for 5 days! No wonder they hide their reviews and hide their contact number - they really shouldn't be able to operate anymore.

Placed an order with Amazon which was collected on Monday 20/06 with a delivery date of 22-23/06 by 8pm. No show on either day and no update on the status.
Update 24/06 being delivered today. No show again. No info on next delivery attempt.
Update today 25/06 being delivered today. Waited in all day. Just checked for updates 17:20 and apparently an invisable delivery person tried to deliver it at 16:54 funny how im in the front room and no vehicle has called at the house.
Terrible courier Hermes/Evri... Dont know why companies would use
Having a late delivery and still waiting is never good.
Made that much worse when it is impossible to speak to anyone to gain a resolution to the problem.
Evri is not a customer facing organisation preferring to hide behind automated telephone systems that send you in circles without resolution.

I bought some stuff from Temu and the parcel arrived at Evri's hub on 13 August. It is still in the hub until today (20 August). They didn't even try to deliver my parcel. I tried calling the CS hotline but no real person answered my call. And I can neither change my delivery address, nor collect my parcel directly from the depot. I don't think this rubbish company can even get a star from my rating. They just pissed me off.
This is a very poorly run company. I have paid for an item to be delivered next day. The item should have been delivered by 8pm on 19/11:22 still not arrived midday on 20/11/22 absolutely disgusting service.
Hopeless service and not fit for purpose. I have a eBay case against me as they have not delivered my parcel I sent to my customer. Customer service is non existent. Trying to find the location of the parcel is a joke. No one is bothered.
So hopeless they should be shut down.
Not only do they fail to deliver in a timely way, but they claim the address is incomplete and they could not deliver. Oh -or was it we tried 3 times but couldn't deliver it varies. Delivery to a 24hour garage seems straightforward enough to me.
Adding insult to injury they return the parcel p, at my expense, to me. I wonder why the tracking showed it never moved from the National Hub and why the recipient confirmed the address was correct and that the parcel had not been refused.

If you use Packlink which is offered from some sites Evri do not accept responsibilty for their actions. So you have two sets of issues one with Packlink and then with Evri- neither of whom are bothered about customer service.
Zero stars. I paid extra for "Next day delivery" but the package never arrived (Parcel no. Xxxxxxx*******). The tracking message is "Your parcel has been delayed," with no further updates for 31 days since 10.58am 22/09! Where is this parcel?
Customer service is just a chat bot which returns the same message that the parcel is delayed. It is not possible to speak to anyone in person. I have given feedback to the retailer not to use Evri for delivery any more.

I'm home waiting for my parcel since morning, and got a message saying 'tried to deliver your parcel but you weren't in', what's the point of changing your name if the service remain the same? Carrier did not rang the bell.
Is it possible to give zero or minus stars? Hermes had the chance to do something positive with their service after their rebrand but the only thing that has changed is the name. Still the same awful service and total lack of customer care. Get real people on your chat line not a useless bot to sort out all the problems that are of your making, not the customer.
The usual lie of making out their agent had attempted delivery. It was a Sunday, I was in all day and it's impossible to miss someone at the door in this house. I paid for next day delivery but can only assume the agent had better things to do that day. Update section on tracking online next to useless and of course impossible to speak to anyone to find out what was actually happening - presumably as they don't want to be called out in person for lying.
The retailers who believe in their product and reputation need to dump Evri/Hermes and use a reliable courier instead.

I waited in for a delivery then received an automated email saying I was not in, this was untrue. The driver either did not come at all or not get out of the van to ring the bell. This is the second time this has happened and after 3 attempts I had to go and collect myself, not ideal when you pay for delivery.

If your not home and didn`t gave permission to leave it in a safe place they dump it in the street. Spoke to the manager of the couriers and he told me that if they don`t dump it in front of your door you will not get your parcel before Christmas. Even their policy is not to collect signatures anymore they fals your signature for their customers. They are a disaster, first it was the company Hermes and it got much worse after they took over. Tell your seller not to buy if they send with Evri, boycott Evri and avoid them

When I track the parcel, it says that a delivery was attempted, lockers are full. 4 delivery attempted where made. I did every thing to redirect the parcel back to my home address. It was impossible to do so. Very disappointed and I had to reorder the item again. This time the parcel was sent through a different courier and was arrived the next day. Im still waiting for the other parcel to be returned back to sender, so I can get my refund back.

It's the worst currier service you can have. They don't even stop at your house and they say you weren't home. I've been waiting for a pack for 3 days, I've always been home and they keep saying there is nobody at home. But they didn't even stopped by my place.
Another time my pack disappeared and nobody was able to help. There is no customer service and you can't even make a complaint to them, which means drivers can do whatever they want without. Avoid at all cost.

Shocking customer service. Parcel goes missing. They agree it missing but not provide me with any way of making a claim for the missing parcel. Every link says to go to the digital assistant, I do this and the who process of reporting the item missing happens again. And then I get another email saying the item is lost with no way of making claim or any process to follow... I will NEVER use Evri again!

My parcel should be delivered to a Gym ( house number 6) and I got the picture as proof of delivery which was taken somewhere else. I was in the Gym when it " was delivered" but practically it was not. So seeing that picture I went down to the street looking for that place which looks like the pict. And I have found it. It was house number 10. And parcel was gone by the time I got there which was literally 15 min later. How stupid someone has to be for that not being able to notice a big Gyim with big gate next to it, and not seeing that number 10 is only flats. Difference between 6 and 10, difference between a Gym and Flats... Obviously there is no normal customer service neither, someone to call, or if you want to spend £6 / min, you can increase your loss with that. I took a picture where the parcel was delivered with the house number (10) which is nothing to do with right delivery address which was 6.
Worse than hermes ever has been! Delivery attempted twice. I have a saved placed on my account and it hadn't been left. The times the delivery driver is choosing are not suitable for me leaving me with no choice to miss it every time. Its going to happen on the third attempt but how can I control it with no option to tell them to change delivery or send to a neighbour or safe place!

Several times they returned my orders on their own initiative, most of the times without having even attempted to deliver my item to me.
They also lie about delivery attempts as frequently they wrote they tried to deliver my order to me at the oddest times, ie, 9.30 pm (complete lie as I'm always at home weekdays at that time).
I should have read the reviews. 1.07 stars is too many. My package was collected on time, but subsequently lot of stolen. I paid for insurance, but after many attempts to contact support, I was told that I need to make a claim because they couldn't find the package. 4 weeks later, a sorry, but your insurance is invalid. No package, no compensation and very angry. Evri is a company to avoid at all costs.

Parcels being marked as delivered when not even attempted to deliver. There is no way of speaking to a person as it only connects you to an automated service, so absolutely no way of locating where parcel actually is. Wouldn't give it any stars but wouldn't accept review without at least 1 star.
Evri (aka hermes) decide to not be bothered to deliver my parcel. They tracking states delayed due to a major event - they can't be bothered to deliver to Pembrokeshire. So they have my parcel with no way of contacting them. Pure evil company.

Almost two weeks have passed, the parcel has not arrived and you are sending me messages at 12 at night, in the morning and now I received a message that I can pick up the parcel from the parcel shop. Poor customer service, impossible to get through to and delivery never reached destination. When I finally got through to someone, after endless phone calling through automated and online systems, they raised a claimed on my behalf. There was no follow up and then 6 weeks later I got an e-mail to say they won't pay.
Very dishonorable company and service.
