I've been a subscriber for over 4 years and never had a problem that wasn't corrected pretty quickly. We didn't keep the tv subscription because we don't really watch tv but the internet and phone service have been just fine. Customer service was always polite and helpful. Tech support was also very good. I'm surprised by the negative reviews which is what prompted me to write this review.
Companies like Bell should not be allowed to have a secondary business like executive link to provide sub standard service. Frustrations run high when using execulinks equipment, resetting your equipment on a daily basis should not be a part of my schedule. Very unhappy with the repetitive buffering...
This has to be the worst service ever I am constantly getting different bills within days of each other constant service interruption eay to expensive
Finally a great review... We have had internet and phone with Execulink for aprox 2yrs now and i can't think of one bad thing to say about them... I have recommend them to friends who have signed up and are very pleased with their service. Thanks Execulink for being AWESOME at providing an excellent service!

My appreciation for the super services to:
Cynthia - helping to set-up the Internet, TV-box and the Phone.
Riyank Patel - helping to set-up the new Router.
Not to mention the front desk for the friendly help.
We signed on Dec 5 2020, but because of the earlier start to winter, they were unable to bury our cable.
The locate flags remained in our lawn all winter long.
We waited until March 2021 to contact them about a date for burial and have been contacting them repeatedly with no commitment.
Our lawn requires cutting weekly and it is a major inconvenience moving the cable around each time and the danger exists of possible damage due to exposure and loss of service.
Furthermore we have some major landscaping changes we were planning to do this summer and are on hold until they complete the job.
We have been advised by various customer agents that Execulink, hires an outside contractor to complete this task and therefore the matter is out of their hands
Our latest promise completion date is the END OF JUNE with no solid commitment date.
This can't be good for cable!
We feel the company should give priority to existing customers ahead signing up new accounts.
Execulink is certainly not living up to their commitment to excellent customer service as they advertise!
We are growing more frustrated and disappointed with each passing day.

INTERNET PROVIDER
They promised a 50 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds. I HATE THIS SO MUCH!. They also always say restart your router" not like we called 8 times doing the same thing. It boosts it for 5 minutes then goes all the way down to the same download and upload speeds as before.
Tip for consumers:
Dont get it!

Been down for over a month. Multiple tickes.dont nothing but a phone call saying everything is fine when it's not. Even when expressing my concern and I want a tech out here to look at my line no one came, 3 times no one came, i have 3 kids in school who rely on enternet for both school and social especially in the wi ter mo Tues when outside is not possible. Blacked out not only caused financial increase due to needing enternet for school and I watched
Y kods break down crying because they have no way to contact anyone or play any games for a type of stress release. Kods can't do anything. I'm bot only losing out on enternet but all service's. ( netflix, prime, disney+,cruncroll ect
Came in the negative over 300% with not even a month worth of refund. Awful. AWFUL AWFUL. DONT USE NOT WORTH THE PHYSICAL STRESS OF CALLING NOT WORTH THE EMOTIONAL STRESS FOR UR FAMILY
We changed to Execulink because our previous provider just became ridiculously expensive and demanded we enter into a new contract
Execulink is month by month service and while it is more realistically price it turned out to not be value for money as we were continually troubled with buffering on our TV to the point that content was unwatchable. Lots of calls to Execulink resulted in Rogers being sent to check the cable which they said was within specs so the problem was with our provider. Execulink replaced our modem with another used item and the service marginally improved but subsequently started to slow down again
We ended up stringing a cable from the router up the stairs and under mats in the lounge direct to the TV - success finally- but only for some months
We are back to getting the buffering on the TV again and our internet is becoming very unreliable again. Continuously having to reboot the system!
Fed up with contacting Execulink to be greeted with the AWESOME EXECULINK service statement
Won't be with them for much longer
I get cut off if I refuse to pay every 2 weeks when I'm monthly!
Mafia Owned!?
CANCELING!
I called tonight for the 3 rd time & they were giggling
I have been a client of Execulink for two decades for residential services. Regretfully, I expanded my purchases from Execulink for my businesses. As the Director of a not-for-profit with an application to become a charity, communication is vital, so I requested Execulink to set up emails for myself and the business. I transferred my domain to Execulink from the service that had held my domain for several years. Even after five months, nothing has been done correctly, and my emails are still going to the wrong location. I have been paying them for a service that they have not provided. I have tried desperately to keep my cool and show some patience, but, after four months, and then five months, and now 24 hours after they claimed that everything was set up fine and would be operating properly, I find that still nothing has changed - it isstill a fiasco, a sham, an insult, a mess. The email still is pointingto the wrong locations. This is beyond stupid, and even beyond basic unreasonableness. This is an assault against me and the business.
I drove from the Niagara region to Woodstock to their head office to try to find out what's going on, and to hopefully rectify matters — but that was a waste of time, effort, fuel, and goodwill. Even from their offices, everything is done by telephone. To speak with a competent and sentient human being responsible for getting the job done is impossible.
It is unconscionable that a corporation can operate with such indignity, and aparent contempt for their client.
I have started the move to another ISP for my residence and for my businesses.

Definitely, buyer beware — the customer service from Execulink is exactly the opposite of service; it is a complete and total disservice. Sitejabber.com lists (at the time of my writing this) as 128th in ISP satisfaction.
Do yourself a favour — move on.
