Zero jobs… literally every single one of their headhunters has a goose egg as far as opportunities. They email you to death but you pay for zero. Nada. Zip. Stay away.

This site has no benefit to job seeker, for a hefty fee 174 EUR/year and then automatically renewing with only one notice. They do nothing.!
I gave up on the site after 2 months, where nothing was realized, did not cancel and now they are debating that I have to renew, even though, there has been ZERO BENEFIT for me the customer.
The matching of positions does not come close to the CV uploaded!
The recruiters are actually another link to other ATS/application tracking systems. No replies whatsover from the recruiters!
This site is full of "middle-man" and Linkedin does it for free and no intermediaries in a lot of cases.
Overall, a disaster and I am debating with just representative to cancel my renewal and there is no way out, even though I can prove the site has DONE NOTHING

An absolutely awful experience. Signed up to be able to see opportunities within the remuneration range looking for. The site states a certain amount but when you click on the opportunity itself, it forwards you to the site where it is actually advertised and is NOWHERE NEAR the remuneration levels they suggest within their site. It is pretty much false advertising and almost fraudulent in the scale of mismatching.
The headhunting aspect is practically non-existent and the one enquiry I had was not even close to the skillset match.
I attempted to cancel and the cancellation process did not work. Their lead times for cancelling are way off the mark for sensible customer satisfaction (you have to give notice almost as soon as you start the subscription).
When I was charged for six months automatically, I asked for it to be cancelled explaining the system did not work and they refused 3 times over a period of three weeks to refund stating it was not possible to refund.
It is entirely possible to refund, they chose not to.
Please don't go with this site, the experience is awful, the information misleading and adds no value (more detracts value) from the job hunting process. They have proven with their customer service that they are not interested in the customer or adding value to the job hunting service. They are a website scraping service that provides misleading information. Avoid.
They should be seriously re-evaluate the experience of their website and customer service they provide. They serve no-one except themselves.
I signed up for a 3 month premium Experteer membership in November 2016 as I wanted to relocate to germany. In January I decided I want to stay where I am, but when I tried log onto my Experteer.de profile, it said it didn't regognize my email anymore. I tried logging in many times, but then realized it might be my membership which expired. On the 27 Feb I got billed 80 Euros for a new membership, and suprize surprise, my login worked on the 28th Feb again! I did not ask for this renewal, nor could I have cancel my subscription as I could not login. The fact that it said my email is not registered at the end of Jan, made me think it is because my membership had run out. When I emailed customer service, and spoke to Sara Bernulli, I was told that they can not refund my money, and that I must read the terms and conditions. Sorry but this is fraud! Do not sign up or use them ever. I had to cancel my credit card as I saw online that people complained that even when they do cancel it, Experteer just keeps on deducting money off their accounts.

Waste of time and money. Similar to other's who feel scammed by this company, I too believed that I would get some value from this site advertising Executive Jobs from $100k. I WAS WRONG. I completed the profile to 100% completion, indicated that I was available for contact, and 0 recruiters contacted me, ZERO and few of the job postings were even relevant to my search. Concerned that the problem was me, I checked out the Headhunter tab and in fact, out of 292 "headhunters" on the site, only 1 had any open positions and that recruiter had only 8 openings! So, a career site for Executives with only 8 openings. This is a joke.
After being sorely disappointed with my 3-month subscription, I followed the byzantine cancellation process prior to my renewal date. Unfortunately, they did not receive my cancellation notice and renewed my membership. I immediately contacted them about my desire to cancel and they refuse to refund my money.
Bottom line, Zero Value Service, Zero Value Customer Service= $136 mistake.
The Sunday paper is a better job resource than this!

All they do is collect fees for doing absolutely nothing and I mean nothing. Stay away from them. $ 119.00 every six months, save your money
Very poor. Waste of time. Charlatans. Get your money out now. Btw they fleece you and make it very difficult to leave. Considering legal recourse.

It is nothing other than a scam.
Please don't make the same mistake that I did. It is a SCAM! I recommend doing your research first before using the service.
