I had a great experience with expresspassport.com. Everything was easy and straight forward. While I was nervous about sending my passport and marriage certificate out (I had a name change on my new passport) they handled it with care and I have all my documents in hand and faster than expected!
My experience with express passport was amazing! I realized my passport was expired when upgrading my seating on airplane. Went to post office and AAA and they both said I would have to travel to Michigan or Boston if I wanted my passport in a hurry, so that's when I found express passport.com on google, called them and they told me what I needed to do. Spoke to them on a Wednesday and the following Tuesday I received my renewed passport.

I probably didn't NEED to use the service but my passport was expiring within 7 months of my trips end date and apparently you need to have 6 months beyond the return date. Since I travel a lot for work, it wasn't worth the risk. Plus I may decide to extend my trip now. Good service.

Okay, I'm one of those people that calls ALOT as I tend to get very nervous about sending my precious documents to a company. However, I read the reviews and they seem to be really good. Plus I spoke with like every rep at the company and they were all super nice. I actually think they like what they do because they spent alot of time helping me with all of my questions. I still would rather never need to pay for rush service but what can you do sometimes. I needed my passport to get a visa for India and they helped me with everything. It was a great experience and I couldn't be happier.
