Whether the product (any product) has defects, the workmanship is not up to par or is late in shipping out, is all secondary to the 'customer service' after the purchase. The 'customer service' at Freshgo is #1 out of any company I've ever dealt with. Sean was prompt, informed and generous with his time in rectifying my issue. This is the only company I'll ever use for all my colored contacts in the future.

I've been waiting more than 10 days and the tracking system says my order has been stuck in Melrose Park, Illinois for 8 days now. I don't even live in Illinois. I contacted customer service and they sent me an admittedly A.I. Response saying I have to wait 14 days before inquiring where my order is... WHAT?!?! Does anyone have a number I can call to speak with an actual person?

Purchase the 3 tone brown contact lens, absolutely beautiful. I have naturally dark brown eyes and these were perfect to introduce some color for a very natural effect.

FreshGo is perfect for non prescription contacts. I ordered my first pairs a couple months ago and was nervous about how I'd do with contacts since I've never had to wear them before. Their contacts are super user friendly and look great. Ordering is always easy and I typically get my packages very quick. I've done green and blue on my dark dark brown eyes and they came out fantastic!

Fresh go is my go to for colored contacts. They have good color choices and the diameter of lenses is bigger compared to other websites making the eyes pop. So far I have not sustained any damage to my eyes either. The only reason why I didn't give them a 5 stars is that I wish their contacts would last longer and get shipped faster. But, overall my go to company!

I have been curious about contacts lens. I tried them for the first time in the summer of 2021. They gave my face a new look. I wear sterling grey. They brighten my dark brown eyes. They are comfortable, natural appearance, easily installed and an awesome way to change your look. I've tried other colors but sterling grey is my favorite.

I am a first-time customer, I love how fast my contacts came! The color is beautiful! And they were very comfortable to wear. I also love the tracking information, that's why I consider them very dependable. When they say it has arrived, it has. I've just ordered some more contacts. A variety of colors. I plan on being a forever customer. And I also especially love, that they have a U SA Warehouse! So they arrive even faster! Now that's what I call service!

While the main thing that keeps me coming back is the shipping (it's fast to the US), it has a wide variety, but you gotta move quick because they sell out quickly, especially if you require prescription lenses. So far my favorite collection has been the Nonno collection. The colors are vivid and realistic. But the Premium hazel has been a surprise, giving me the golden color I wanted. Hopefully this company can branch into more fantasy based looks and collections.

This was the worst purchase I have made. These are junk so very thin they crinkle in the eye I didn't need them for the color I needed them to work for my eyes I don't need a prescription though. Don't buy it they are junk!

Don't waste your money. If for some reason there is something wrong with the contact lenses they make it impossible to replace or refund it. So it's buy at your own risk because they couldn't care if customer is satisfied once money is paid.
