I repeat...this service is absolute garbage. It never worked. And when I demanded a refund on day 3 of wasting my time trying to make it work, they wrote to me that instead of refunding my money they will provide specialized technical service to make it work. The next time I've tried to access the system I found out that I was banned because not even the chat system worked and my account information disappeared. They ripped off my $60...this is a fraudulent and shameful mafia

Not only the product doesn't work but they won't refund your money. Their customer service is terrible and their sales people same the product with lies! Do not buy! Your phone will be hacked by them and data will be stolen.

Payments scammed x3 on first order. Should've have realise then but as a desperate parent went ahead and wasted lots of time and more money for, what is probably, one person sitting on a chair getting off with online theft!

InFeb 2024 I bought the subscription for 95$ and asked them why I could not view social media accounts tracking as promoted by them and to my surprise they said I need to pay 333$ for the social media option. Furthermore, they also had a sneaky way to get us to pay for additional services amounting to 56$. They have a 14 day refund policy and now they are not replying to my refund emails.
They respond on trustpilot that they will assist us but I just want a full refund after this terrible experience.
They are just terrible. No action on refund yet. SCAMMERS!

I purchase this app, but it would not install. They had a "technician" try for 2 hours and was unable to install it. I requested a refund since the product didn't work. I was told they do not have any type of refund policy - but they were sorry for my luck. Do not purchase unless you're willing to loose it. They ended up charging me $146!

I have been fighting with them for a month about the fact that it will NOT work on the target phone. I even paid the extra $50 for the installation help. NOPE didn't work. Still they repeat to send me emails telling me to make an appt with the CHAT feature for help. That's not what I thought I was paying for since you can talk to chat for free. Still it does not work and they will not refund my money. Just another company stealing our money.

The system is trash it didn't work from the start informed them and asked for a refund cause I dealt with. Companies like this before they told me troubleshoot I did that didn't work ask for a refund again they still refused they the. Said I had to troubleshoot again which I did not want since the first time did not work I have been asking for a refund for 10 days straight they still refuse to give it talking about more troubleshooting so once my 14 days are over they don't have to issue the refund then they take like three days to respond to an answer.

Working through the WORST experience I have ever had and wanting to make sure that others go in eyes wide open. A lot of what they promise they don't exactly deliver the way irrational person would think including the promised 24/7 support. You need to be very meticulous and reading through exactly what you need and exactly what they promise and the fine print about how they're willing to standby their services if you don't like them. Demo that they proudly show on their homepage is not necessarily what you get depending on a series of factors and the support associates basically make you feel like you're an idiot because you don't understand all the ins and outs of technology. (this is ironic because I work in tech) I really wanted it to be different but the whole process has been convoluted and bait and switch from start to finish!

I am an IT Manager and have used a number of monitoring apps. This app is useless for an iPhone. You must have physical access and passcode evertime you want to use the app. ICloud syncing never worked for me. If you have physcial access to the device then you can simply look through the device to find what you are looking for. The app does not provide any more information that what you can get looking through the device. It would be better to simply use iCloud to monitor what is happening on the device, because in essence, this is all this app does. It was a complete waste of money. I feel like the company was dishonest in thier marketing material of what the app can do on an iPhone. Please don't believe the 5-star reviews. They also make it extremely difficult to stop your subscription. Buyer Beware!

I paid for a 3-month Eyezy membership for $67.19. I installed the app according to the instructions and began the initial download. After an hour, it failed. After that, I was never able to complete the download after numerous attempts. Same error message every time that it failed. I tried contacting them for help and they offered tech support for an additional $54, which I did not purchase. I requested a refund and have gotten nothing but excuses for the past two weeks. I still have not received anything back from them, nor have I received any service. As far as I'm concerned, it's a scam. They are located overseas and are only interested in stealing American money.

Screen recorder never works more than 48 hrs w/o a reinstall. None of the social media monitoring is decent it's all garbled and mixed up. Text messages leaves out all media sent and received now (used to work). Whole app is a disaster, esp2for the price! As a software engineer myself I would be ashamed to have my be on this app. We will not be renewing!

They give you a dashboard that has all the information that you can get for free by logging into your iCloud account. Terrible misrepresentation of what it can do. It might work for Android users, but if you have an iPhone or iPad stay away from this.

Subscribed after saying report was ready. Scammed me on the upgrade, didn't click on anything buy auto billed me for add-ons. Once subscribed tried to get another $60 from me for subscription upgrade. Contacted the contact centre who just messed me around saying I needed to pay the extra $60 for them to access the device. I refused saying the report was already ready. Screwed me out of $180 and I recieved nothing. Blocked my credit-card to stop auto billing, contact person claimed they had stopped the auto billing, but I didn't trust them. Waste of time, total robbers

I was led to believe I didn't have to have access to the target phone and guess what? That was utter bull$#*!. I immediately sent in for a refund, because why pay for something I cannot use. Apparently, me not being able to use it was "out of their control" so, no refund. Unbelievable. Total rip off.

First of all the description is false. You do have to install on device even though they lead you to believe is the number. And then even though you request refund because my decision was beyond their control they refuse to refund. This is your classic rip off scam that you hear about but don't believe until you're stupid enough to fall for it. Well I would not have made that decision if they didn't lie in the beginning.
The refund policy is mostly about installing to device but I didn't have the device because I was led to believe I didn't need the device, so I didn't even try. And as far as the 14 days I requested a refund 10 minutes after purchase when I found out the real requirements.

Poor basic customer service. I bought the service for my sons' apple watches and immediately into set up they informed me that they couldn't do it for watches. Understandably I asked for my money back cause that's what I bought it for but they refused, hiding behind policies. Within 15 minutes of buying it we learned I couldn't use it but they still refused refund.
Also, if you buy the technical support set up, be sure to use all preventions from losing the chat cause once it's gone you can't get it back. That's another $50 down the drain.

No support. Charged me for eyeAssistance and Priority Phone support. Can never get a hold of anyone. Unable to get a refund, just ignore your emails. Software does not work completely and unable to get hold of anyone to try and assist. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
