For parents, this tool has become absolutely indispensable. I now have the ability to stay informed about my children's whereabouts and actions when I'm not physically present. It simplifies the challenges of parenting and makes it much more manageable.
IT'S A SCAM! The app doesn't work, and even if you follow all their instructions and are between the 14 days for a refund, they deny the refund, making up all kind of excuses. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!
I was led to believe I didn't have to have access to the target phone and guess what? That was utter bull$#*!. I immediately sent in for a refund, because why pay for something I cannot use. Apparently, me not being able to use it was "out of their control" so, no refund. Unbelievable. Total rip off.

First of all the description is false. You do have to install on device even though they lead you to believe is the number. And then even though you request refund because my decision was beyond their control they refuse to refund. This is your classic rip off scam that you hear about but don't believe until you're stupid enough to fall for it. Well I would not have made that decision if they didn't lie in the beginning.
The refund policy is mostly about installing to device but I didn't have the device because I was led to believe I didn't need the device, so I didn't even try. And as far as the 14 days I requested a refund 10 minutes after purchase when I found out the real requirements.

Poor basic customer service. I bought the service for my sons' apple watches and immediately into set up they informed me that they couldn't do it for watches. Understandably I asked for my money back cause that's what I bought it for but they refused, hiding behind policies. Within 15 minutes of buying it we learned I couldn't use it but they still refused refund.
Also, if you buy the technical support set up, be sure to use all preventions from losing the chat cause once it's gone you can't get it back. That's another $50 down the drain.

No support. Charged me for eyeAssistance and Priority Phone support. Can never get a hold of anyone. Unable to get a refund, just ignore your emails. Software does not work completely and unable to get hold of anyone to try and assist. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Chat in real-time? If you're lucky, you may get hold of someone.
This software is utter rubbish. I signed up having some minor issues with my teen, got told I could do it on iCloud info, which was great, but soon realised it gives you absolutely nothing, and I would need to link the phone to the comp. This took about 4 hours, and didnt really do what I thought it would. I thought I would be able to view snapchat (the prime evil app) but nope. Messages were only 1 sided so it was difficult to even ascertain what the context of the message was.
I have had very sporadic help. One guy was very good, however he didnt actually read my issue, just copied and pasted a load of advice from their site, which didnt answer my question. Keep being told I have changed my password without the key file, but also told I am not to touch the key file just store it somewhere safe. Links sent by support didnt work.
I have been requesting a refund now for 12 days! All my data is encrypted and has been for around the same time. Absolutely Useless Drivel!

The auto renewal is enabled by default then they will deduct the auto renewal fee 4 months before the expiration then they will not provide the refund. I bought the 12 months subscription but I wasn't able to use it cause the connection always disconnect. AVOID THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IT IS A SCAM! All of their good adverstisement is a SCAM and LIE. Report it to your bank account company to block this company from deducting any fee in your card.

Spent hundreds on this monitoring software only to find out after the purchase that rooting your phone is required. Nowhere on the demo or main website does it mention rooting. But, after you purchase a plan, they will try to sell you on a "professional installation" for $53.99, which they also do not disclose, will void your phones warranty and open you up to serious security risks too.
Very few features work without rooting with their software. The features that did work were very intermittent. I had to uninstall and reinstall the software 4x with constant "lost connections". I am tech savy and followed instructions provided. The software still failed to be anything other than an unreliable battery drain.
Emailing or 'chatting' with tech support is like pulling teeth. They have all copy & paste replies and do not address any of your personal software issues or concerns. Emailing takes days for them to respond at times. They do not list a phone number and refuse to give you any number or option to speak to a person. But, they are quick to try to sell you a professional install for $54. The software has so many bugs. I installed it 100% as stated in the instructions and can't maintain a connection with the phone. They try to say, it's because of anti-virus, but I don't have anti-virus on that phone. So, I know that is nonsense.
They will not refund your money once they have it.
Do not use this software. It is not safe or reliable and customer service is seriously lacking.
I may edit my review if they decide to actual talk to me, instead of sending copy and paste refund denials.

Rooting your phone is required. It will void your warranty and has lots of security risks.
