I wish they had a better transaction history so I can see when and if it ships out

Some parts were too big and some parts were small.
But the quality was quite good.
I would like to purchase other costume if I have chance.

The quality of the costumes was really go. They wore very big on me but that's alright. The shipping however was chaos, I had a lot of problems with FedEx getting my package to me. I don't blame this website for their wrong doings though. As my first time ordering here I'm quite satisfied, the shipping could have just been better.

Cosplays arrived quickly and were of a pretty good quality, if i have cosplay needs in ther future i will likely order more from you

Shipping was fast, product quality was pretty good, a little looser than I expected based on the size chart though.

Overall the experience was a very pleasant one that left me with me with more good than bad. I ordered a custom size because the biggest size the measurements just weren't right. Everything arrived within about 6 weeks and everything fit except the jacket for my cosplay. I could button it but it did not sit right and the hip measurement was not taken into account for the jacket. I brought this to their attention and was given a 30% refund which I thought more than fair since only one article of the cosplay didn't fit.

The top button came off as soon as I put it on so I will have to have someone re sew it back on

Very high quality and fits nicely. The texture of the fabric is nice and slick. It adds a nice smooth fit to my body. I love the pants they are so silly. Would definitely buy more stuff but I'm broke and lack tons of money

It arrived fairly quickly I got a notification it shipped and not even 4 days later it was delivered. Very fast shiping it arrived safe and in a bag but the package it was in was ripped open. I was worried on the condition of the shoes when I saw it was open but they are perfectly fine and I am in love with how beautiful they are

Great costume, looks really good and fits well according to the specifications provided. Came like three weeks after Halloween so no five stars but I can still use it next year so whatevs. Would order from ezcosplay again just would do it much much earlier.

Don't really have much to say other than the stuff got here on time before the event.

And the clothes fit as they should have
(Even tho some of the accessories were a little off when it came to size) but the main components do fit.

A little more snug than hoped for. Although i do wish the jacket came with straps already on the inside so that i could wear it just like blackbeard and so many other characters without the sleeves on. Other than that the quality is good and overall a good experience

Communication was ok. Long wait time. Quality was mediocre.

I would normally give this company 5 starts, but I'm reluctant to this time because of the late delivery. I've ordered from the store multiple times and everything has always been great, but this time my stuff arrived after the wear date so it was useless for my CON. But I do look forward to wearing it to my next one

I got the Shinobu demon slayer outfit, every piece was very good, the material was light breathable but not see-through and very comfortable. The wig did not have a picture, so I wasn't sure what to expect, the wig was not styled, but it did have a good amount of synthetic hair, that I was able to style.

Fits mostly like a glove. Details are nearly perfect. However the shoulder pads didn't fit.

They look just like the picture, though I should've ordered a size up since they tend to hung my feet a bit. Other than that, I'm happy with the purchase.

I really like the quality of the item I got. Only problem I had was that neither the jacket or pants had pockets.

I ordered Collei and Heizou cosplays and Collei's was exactly as pictured! Lovely. Heizou's sizing was all over the place, the shirt fit fine, the shorts were definitely a size too small, and all the accessories were all different sizes but generally all far too big. The fabric quality is amazing but sizing leave much to be desired.

This was my first time using EZCosplay. They have an extensive choice of anime characters to cosplay from on their website, and my costume came just as I ordered it measurement wise. When I was worried if my order would make it on time, I emailed the team and they got back to me quite literally the next day.:)

My only suggestions for improvement for EZCosplay would be for the the site to have a way to track the order on the customer's end. (I ordered as a guest and did not see this option at first.)

I really loved the outfit the sizing was pretty good. I thought I would need to adjust a lot of things but that wasn't the case. However, I will say that the buttons were not sown on very tightly. And they Popped off fairly easily. It was held on by only a single loose thread. Aside from that it was overall pleasant.
