I got hacked. That hacker took my email out and used it's own so I can't get back in and now the hacker is controlling my Facebook and pretending to sell my ps5 witch I'm not. My friends and family and myself included all reporting to Facebook and they haven't done a damn thing! It's been an month since and nothing. If Facebook would care they would have done something about it.

I can give 0 to "Facebook". It's one of the worst Social network.
They don't have any security feature, any body can easily access the account.
My Father lost his mobile and somebody operating his facebook account from that mobile.
He is 75 years old, he didn't remember his email, somebody helped him set up account long time back.
After he lost the phone, i was asking to cancel the Account, But Facebook support is worst. They don't listen.

I was "warned" but actually restricted after criticizing the companies who continue to do business in Russia and criticizing the politicians who support the war on Ukraine. Makes you wonder what Mark is doing over there.

I had a simple issue and facebook is taking forever to fix it it. I am not receiving text message on my registered mobile number and facebook not able to fix it. My profile is locked down and it was really a big pain recovering it back as I am not receiving text messages even though I have the registered mobile number. Same issue with instagram as well.
There is no customer service for help or assistance.
While I understand the security system, any technical issue has to be fixed first.
Better move to other social networks.

Carl Hitchborn is a classic con man. He defrauded me out of $*******. He hooks you in with a cheap service that works and then sells you the big scheme that never materialises. He preys on unsigned musicians and sells them the "dream" which is in fact a nightmare.

After much convincing from my friends, I created my first one and only Facebook account yesterday. I logged in without any difficulty. I checked out the site for about 15 minutes and got comfortable filling my profile details and logged off. An hour later I decided to log on and a window pops out asking me for my phone number. For my safety and privacy I refused to give out my phone number to Facebook. I could not log in. Very strange that I started receiving many SPAM emails today. Mostly scammers. I also received an email today stating my account has been suspended and that I have 30 days to request a review. I tried logging into Facebook, to request a review and it asks me for my phone number again. I refused and I cannot log in. Well, if that is the case then I don't need to have any Facebook account.

I remember being able to have freedom to say whatever I want. I only have family and friends on my fb and they never have issues of the slang I use. I have no freedom of speech. This application really stinks. I wish Myspace would come back!

In all my years on FB, I never thought an idiom would cause my acct to be restricted, but here we are. I've had other restrictions, even had a review lift a restriction once too. The last time, however, I got restricted for using the idiom "beat you to the punch" for "inciting" violence. Okay, I get it, algorithms... Sent it up for a review for the review to get immediately denied. Okay... So did it even get read? Did the person reviewing it not recognize the term? I have no idea, no way to ask directly and when I tried to file for an overview appeal, my appeal was not chosen to be reviewed... Last attempt to fix this hotmess before my Birthday so I do not have to say thank you but I'm in FB jail via messenger, I call customer support. The voice message left their was they do not have customer service for FB accounts at this time. Too bad, so sad for me.
