I had't had any problems for years on facebook and one day they just up and locked me out and never told me why just some crap about me not using my real name.And I have tried to contact them over and over for 5 months so I could explain I'm using my native american name instead and anyone I want to know my facebook page knows my name so what's the issue.And I tried proving my name and they keep saying my state ID is not showing what they need and I fallowed every step by step to the tee and they keep saying they can't reopen my page.And I gave them what they asked for I even tried one other way they said that would work and the same thing again. I also called all the numbers I could find that says they connect you to their help center I either never got anyone that never picked up and another time a machine said I'm sorry we are no longer taking calls at this help number because of over flow of angry calls hmmm G I wonder why.And another number that said official facebook help center number I called it said I'm sorry this number has been disconnected WTF Facebook.And there was also a news story about a native american taking facebook to court over the fact that they wouldn't allow them to use their native name on their account that's just $#*!ed up. They've lost my business because I've lost some important information I had saved on my page in my messages.So either get it together facebook or end up like myspace not used and is old news or just quit if you can't run a good product for everyone I know I'm only one of many people not happy facebook not happy at all.

I am on Discord and reddit and people are getting their accounts disabled and terminated by the thousands due to both the Facebooks/ Meta's overzealous site bots, hackers that can easily duplicate a persons Facebook Meta account and leave the actual owner terminated and the hacker still operating and the HUGE FACT THAT FACEBOOK Meta Has ZERO HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS in a multi billion dollar company. What the heck?! Only Bots and auto (so called) smart replies communicate with you on Facebook support! I lost my marketplace because of 4 stupid things the Bots overreacted on like who knew a senior walker was against their policy? The bots think a vintage beer can for sale means your selling booze, that a zebra print fanny pack means your sell a real zebra, a teddy bear is a love bear and the list goes on. I had over 400 posts on marketplace... hundreds of hours. All lost. Tried to argue with the Bots many times and the loop goes round and round like a hamster wheel. Facebook is shameful. First they hook you and then kick your behind out for stupid reasons. For someone who has 400 posts and uses the platform a LOT, there should be a ratio of percentage of the minor mishaps vs the use put in play. Three strikes for minor offenses should have a time limit clock even if one year freeze rather than total termination. Where is the FB /Meta's Customer service people? Humans?
Tip for consumers:
Do not say or comment or trip up and always argue or request a review when the bots make mistakes or these policy guideline errors will stack up and eventually get you kicked off Facebook if you ignore them like I first did.

There are so many scammers on facebook with fake profiles. A woman messaged me on facebook and we got talking, she asked if I had hangout and told me it's better to chat there. We got talking, exchanged numbers and was so fond of each other. 2 weeks later she started asking for money, I believed the reason why she wanted the money then sent to her, A week later another reason why she needed another money and she kept asking until I became suspicious and had to do some investigations about her. I hired a private investigator who deals with recovery of scammed money who found out she wasn't real and was faking to be who she claimed she is. I felt stupid and told him to recover my money. He successfully recovered my money and made sure her account on facebook got deleted. We all need to be careful of the friend request we get and chat with on facebook. If anyone is in such situation and in need of a good private investigator can reach the one who helped me on: *******@gmail.com, his name is Wesley Page.
