Facebook has a rating of 2.2 stars from 1,671 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers complaining about Facebook most frequently mention social media, customer service, and community standards problems. Facebook ranks 481st among Social Network sites.
This company does not typically respond to reviews
I am surprised there are only 113 reviews of this vial creature. Yes, it is helpful but damn! If they would only maybe, try to keep the customer happy. It's like they genuinely have outright stopped caring about the user and know that people NEED it now so they just go ahead and do what they want. It's like that fat mean kid on the play ground, really nice until it gets what it wants out of you (candy/information) then, screw you, buddy.

Circle of Moms is a great place to be... just so long as you can follow a few very basic rules. If you post racist jokes... have your cronies tell you how HILARIOUS they are... then stalk people who disagree with you and flag all of their posts... you'll have a great time! Luckily I have only known of two people on the entire community to behave in such a manner... and blaming it on a crazy, lunatic, liberal conspiracy isn't going to change that.

Some conversations and a few meetings, but nothing has come of it. Too many views and not enough interaction/messaging to get to know people better. I am what you see on Zoosk yet you write someone a friendly message and they avoid you like the plague. Where is the etiquette? At least have the common courtesy to tell someone a reason why there's no interest. And that's usually the case. I would imagine some of these ladies find a partner, would their partner be interested in how rude she was?

We need to get a protest together right now and put a stop to Facebook taking away our freedom of speech. This dude just called me a $#*!ing cop because I made a comment about chat gpt. I tried to say I ain't no cop you got me $#*!ed up and they wouldn't post it. Sometimes people need to be told that what they're saying is stupid but instead we just keep letting mark suck a turd tee bag us with this bull$#*!.
Tip for consumers:
Yeah I keep getting followers every day on there but my followers keep dropping. Mark is doing some shady stuff because he doesn't want to pay anyone. He's a little sneak thief

Best Social Media site on the Internet. I have found many lost friends, reconnect with people from High School, College and past work associates. Facebook has many games you can play as well. You can also post picture of your recent travels or events and share with others. I highly suggest you give Facebook a try if you have not already. And two bad if you did not buy there stock when it was at $18.00 a share. It is worth over $50.00 today.

Positives include location, comfortable seating to relax in bar after a long day and sufficiently spacious room for 2. Cons include tiny bathroom with no storage and lukewarm water at best when showering at night.

I started using Choxi while it was still NOMORERACK. By the way, I like the new name much better. Anyway, Choxi has never done me wrong. Everything I have ordered has come on time and has always been the best of quality. I would recommend Choxi for all things you may need for your life and home. They offer great perks too. Free shipping deals and sometimes even $10 off vouchers. Choxi has been a wonderful resource for all of my Christmas shopping needs this year!

I like Facebook and I'm a huge fan / user but in recent weeks their lack of privacy controls has got worse, they keep updating things that were perfectly fine but yet don't concentrate on fixing the known bugs and issues, the privacy settings were just fine.
There is no way to contact Facebook over issues and usually websites that have no means of communication with them are fraudulent, so why Facebook doesn't have a contact us link is insane and so much for trying to be social when you can't even contact them is kind of ironic!
But due to their lack of privacy now I can only rate them with 1 *

My page was hacked 2 months or so ago. Diet company plastered their crap over every one of my connections pages. I deactivated my account and every time I reactivated, the hacking continued. Did all their suggested fixes and nothing worked. Tried to call their 650# for customer service. They no longer have it and only refer you to their suggestion page on their site. I don't care how big and popular a site is, every great company stands up and stands behind their product with a customer service department to fix things and to answer sometimes tough questions. What a waste of time. The sooner everyone disconnects from this evil site, the better for this great country. See ya later, I'm gone.

Facebook is the worst thing that ever happened to the world. It is truly a pathetic site which draws a lot of nasty people who have nothing better to do than to complain about their stupid political nonsense. I never had a FB account, and never will! Whoever doesn't like that can kiss my fine white $#*!.

We think that there should be an other button when you chose your gender.
What about the hermaphrodites, or transsexuals, or people who want to be animals. We feel that websites are being discriminative by classifying Only "male and female".

This social media platform would have to be the most useless thing I have come across, run or "moderated" by a bunch of gutless and faceless hypocrites. They can apparently block or "temporarily restrict" a member's profile for no apparent reason, even when there are no policy violations or restrictions recorded against that member's profile. When a message is sent to them for explanation - they simply do not respond. In any other line of business - they would fail. They deserve to fail here as well.
Tip for consumers:
Facebook - or META as it is now called, is run by a bunch of gutless and faceless people who think that they are so much better than everyone else. Simply not worth the effort.

Circle of Moms is a great community -- you can find advice and support about anything. Please ignore Brenda's rating. She was kicked off of the site because she made false and disparaging personal attacks against other members on a public forum, which was a clear and blatant violation of the site's rules. It had nothing to do with her politics, despite her efforts to portray herself as a victim.

I've had a Facebook page for a few years now and it's aggravating when you have an issue you can't even email someone at Facebook to get answers you're simply referred to a FAQ page or some community board. If they had an established customer service division they would actually find it easier to communicate with the countless users who have pages on this site through a live person phone system with hours, email service to respond, and maybe a 24 hour or limited hours customer service online chat. There are ways for Facebook to improve this instead of changing other things they need to work on their level of customer service.

I honestly cant believe I had a bad experience with this vendor as we talked via email SEVERAL times before I even placed the order... very unresponsive. She made a last minute change to our meet up date/time (change on her end) so I accommodated her request and agreed to pick up my custom valentines cookies two days later. I Waited for hours, she never called. Mind you, I already PAID for this order. She finally reached out via email (while i was at the airport) stating she would hand deliver the cookies to my husband on valentines day. That NEVER happened. She apparently delivered to incorrect location and didn't bother to call when she had questions regarding the location. When I advised her we never got the product she never responded. I gave ample chances and emailed plenty of times. I finally had to file fraud charges through Bank of America. They gave me my money back the same day. Save yourself some stress and Do not use Alicia.

Facebook is such a social networking service that can be used to create profile where users can make friends, exchange views, ideas, messages, post status updates and photos, share videos and so on. Besides, you can now use to promote your business too via Facebook Ads. So it an ultimate channel for personal and professional use.

Although Facebook has been in the news lately regarding a privacy scandal, I would join again in a heartbeat. As long as it's reasonable, you can post what you want and you can market your services although I only promote commercial stuff to my friends unless it's how-to information such as new posts from my self-help blogs which I promote to the public in general. You can easily make posts, comment on posts, express how you feel about posts and report offensive content plus personal attacks. Also, you're provided a list of people you may know. Long story short, Facebook is great for connecting with friends and relatives.

As a seasoned IT veteran, I've always known that FB would try to avoid all accountability in data security and integrity, maintaining that they're just the platform, which allows anyone and everyone to hijack the data that FB tracks which is pretty much everything. If they knew when I burped, they'd track that too. They deserve all the flak they're getting now finally, plus a lot more. It absolutely should be subject to data security and privacy regulation. Banks have less than this degree of tracking of you, and they're subject to far more accountability. Either the complete leadership-board needs to be gutted and replaced or they should close and make way for a social media platform that has integrity.

My access to marketplace was blocked after I had my advert for a vehicle boosted. The message says "this is a third review of your account and the decision is final. I am so perplexed because Facebook support has failed to even adhere to their own policy or disclose the reason(s) for blocking access to marketplace. I strongly allege that advertising monitoring bot racially profiled to biased so is their support for failing to provide reasons for blocking my access to marketplace and always closing my requests for updated without responding to me.
How can a company sell advertising package and when paid used by a consumer you blocked their account and fail to provide a reason. This is ridiculously outrageous.

I own a business and we have to work with Facebook on ads. First, their ad policies are terrible. But even worse, their "AI" robots will reject your ad for no reason other than it made a mistake. Even worse, if their stupid robots make a big mistake, they'll shut down your entire ad account. Even worse, when you chat with their support, they'll never tell you why it was rejected or taken down. You can get everything back up and running again if you constantly send it in for a review and after many reviews, an actual human will do it and reinstate it. Complete garbage of a system. At least tell your advertisers, some of who are spending hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars, what the issues are so they can fix them and adhere to your policies the next time.
Tip for consumers:
Try to use a different social media platform for advertising. There are many out there now and they all have great returns. It just depends on your target group.

My fb account was hacked three weeks ago. They gained access to my account, changed my email and phone number, and I just noticed there is a new email associated with it. I have tried to respond to the security emails, all of the rabbit holes of "follow these steps", etc with the same outcome! Unacceptable! You don't hear of other social media sites having this problem and fb doesn't seem to care. I'm starting to believe that maybe they are the ones putting the hackers in play.

Facebook is the worlds largest scam company. They've made several false invoices claiming my Facebook account owes them money for advertisement promotion. I have NEVER requested promo from Facebook, nor have they ever promoted my page or posts. They don't even allow me to reach more than 20 people when I post a pic or story, yet alone promote me. This is the biggest scam company in the world right now.
