The Facebook interface feels a bit outdated and clunky compared to newer social media platforms. It could benefit from a refresh. I'm always a little worried about my privacy on Facebook. There have been a lot of data breaches and privacy scandals in the past, which makes me hesitate to share too much personal information.
Facebook groups should never exist the algorithm is terrible and people downgrade others in some of the groups and get away with it. Facebook doesn't do anything about scam, spam and hackers but if a user post something facebook dislikes they get restricted. Facebook used to be a good way to connect with others but many misuse the platform
I had a simple issue and facebook is taking forever to fix it it. I am not receiving text message on my registered mobile number and facebook not able to fix it. My profile is locked down and it was really a big pain recovering it back as I am not receiving text messages even though I have the registered mobile number. Same issue with instagram as well.
There is no customer service for help or assistance.
While I understand the security system, any technical issue has to be fixed first.
Better move to other social networks.

From start to finish the service from this company was outstanding. They emailed me after my query on Bark within a couple of hours, we spoke and discussed the particulars of the transfer from airport. He understood our requirements and proposed an extremely reasonable cost. On the day our plane was delayed and the company was flexible as they were used to such things. Very friendly and kind. Extremely happy with the journey. Definitely recommend.

Don't bother, its quicker and cheaper to buy all the bits separate and do it yourself! I ordered my T4 ply lining kit 4 weeks ago! Ive received/heard nothing from this "company", not even an apology or explanation as to what is going on! Ive now had to file a claim through paypal to get my money back. Disgraceful.

FB is a great networking site but there are many fake accounts, nudity and other graphic images and even spam. Facebook itself is good, it's just the users who can make it not suitable for some viewers.

Why in the world does Facebook keep allowing so many scammers to post ads on their site? I've been suckered twice now (with much embarrassment) by Chinese scammers who are either selling counterfeit merch ($1 silver coins in my case) or not shipping the item at all (a 3d printer).
In one case I was refunded rather quickly by my credit card company but in the other I had to fight with Paypal tooth and nail to receive the refund. They even made me visit a local coin shop and obtain a letter of "NON-authenticity". Amazing that Facebook allows their already poor reputation to be further damaged by these crooks. Advice: Don't buy anything from ads you see on Facebook!

I had been a regular user of Facebook, but due to the non authenticity of information coming from everywhere, I switched Facebook. There is a lot of advertisement on Facebook, which always irritates me. There is no mechanism to publish some verified information on this platform. Although, Facebook is a social media platform, but it is also being used for business purposes, so fake, hateful, and political publishing should be avoided to make this platform professionally sound.

Facebook is almost impossible not to have profile even if little used. Many folks use it to keep in touch with other people especially family and friends and what pops up on your scroll. Although much criticism comes FBs way it does have useful information, reminders (birthdays), interesting tidbits.
Don't you wish politics were not allowed?
FB getting better at keeping truthful information available and weeding out bogus data and threats.

Besides been OK when I really want to contact someone for something urgent Facebook is the place where everyone exposes their personal life. Apart from my mum and grandparents all my other family members including my Dad are on there every single day posting about what they're doing right now. What annoys me more about the site is that I made one post about DJs I like and straight away my uncle complained about how private it was. My cousin however has put his home address down which with me in my opinion is worse. Then some relatives don't even friend accept me.

Since when can a media platform censor posts that are opinions, and are based on testing they have done, or recognize. Real tests, objective tests. Fact checked and removed, in favour of obvious one sided agendas... thats pathetic, self righteous, and for the founder to deny access to information regarding colluding with other big media like twitter. He obviously has lots to hide...

Rigid rules, unable to talk to a human being, illogical and confusing help. Facebook is worthless. Here's a tip Zuck: People can't reason with or effectively initiate productive conversations with algorithms. A local news station posted a story about two people who molested a child and ended up damaging the genitals of the child. Police captured the perpetrators and I replied "Hope they are executed" and I was banned. I didn't call for vigilante justice, nor did I incite others to commit violence. Execution is defined by Oxford as "a legal process in which a death sentence is carried out" Absolutely asinine!

Absolutely hands down the worst customer support of any company I've ever dealt with! I've been trying since September to get back into my account which I was somehow locked out of when I got a new phone. I've submitted help requests with my photo ID more times then I can count! Never have I received a message or call back! They will not help me. I've called the 1800 number and left messages on every option. Heard nothing back. Seriously a horrible business when you can't even help your subscribers. Terribly disappointed in Facebook!

Facebook is riddled with censorship. If comments or shares don't fit big tech's leftist narrative you are censored. They even censor the President of the United States and his press secretary. People will remember. SO many are turning to Freedom Lake and Parler for a face book replacement and Parler.

This has been happening since August. My account keeps being restricted for no good reason... even after trying to post a simple status. I wait for the limit to be removed, and as soon as I try to post one thing, it gets limited again. I can't even "like" things in the news feed. I have groups I manage and need access to my account. I already made sure my account follows all community standards. I've checked my devices for malware and contacted Facebook About 100 times with no personal or helpful response. Have learned the hard way they have zero available customer service, only automated robot like responses from the unhelpful "help center."

Facebook is utterly hopeless when it comes to reporting. There have been lots of accounts posting videos with explicit nudity and yet fb claims it doesn't violate the community standards. What a joke! Also, what's with all the irrelevant ads on fb and page suggestions? It's so annoying. The last main bad point is that 'friends' can see your comments which is absolutely irritating. Facebook needs to seriously improve.

I never really seen the purpose of social sites to start. They are a waste of money, and draws scammers, stalkers, hackers, and thieves. It's just as easy to write down information on calendars so you don't forget, there are also programs on your computer that reminds you of important events. If I was an employer I would steer clear of those that use Facebook. Employers are always complaining about employees playing with their phones, yet they continue to hire people off of Facebook. It's easy to do a search on the workforce sites. Lazy hiring practices, and lazy employers as well. Myself, I'm not going to work for a bunch of lazy, unprofessional people. Considered disabled by law, and you can pay for me because of bad business practices. Lol
I checked it out, not what I would call beneficial in any way.

I have lost money a few times. The companies that sell on FB have been proven to be scam companies on numerous occasions. Paypal said they were given a tracking number, therefore, no refund for me! I still haven't received my order and definitely no refund. Facebook can be fun if you don't take it seriously or trust your life savings to them... just don't buy anything from their advertisers

First of all, Ron answered the phone when I called. Yes, that's a surprise attribute because I called or emailed 3 other electricians and no one responded. Ron came out and did a very reasonable estimate. We set up an appointment for him to return and do the work. He was professional, intelligent, well spoken, friendly, efficient, organized, neat, clean - there was no mess left behind.
