The Facebook interface feels a bit outdated and clunky compared to newer social media platforms. It could benefit from a refresh. I'm always a little worried about my privacy on Facebook. There have been a lot of data breaches and privacy scandals in the past, which makes me hesitate to share too much personal information.
Facebook groups should never exist the algorithm is terrible and people downgrade others in some of the groups and get away with it. Facebook doesn't do anything about scam, spam and hackers but if a user post something facebook dislikes they get restricted. Facebook used to be a good way to connect with others but many misuse the platform
They monitor your data, connect to your home wifi, sells your personal info, and it decides what you get to see! Bad business!

Facebook is a TERRIBLE app now! They can't distinguish the difference between a joke and reality and they restrict and/or ban your account for posts or comments while not allowing you to properly dispute the actions! I'm African American and I can tell that there are not many People like me that work in this particular department because there are phrases that we say in our culture that people may take the wrong way because they do not understand the phrase. If there were more BIPOC in whatever the department is that bans and restricts accounts, this would not be an issue. I got restricted for sharing "false information" about the Uvalde shooting which was a COMPILATION OF VIDEOS the PARENTS and NEWS MEDIA posted! I got restricted for sharing a video of a fight but the message was basically that the world would rather see more fighting than killing people because fighting is inevitable but killing is not (which is semi understandable but I don't think my account should've been restricted for it, just have the video removed). The video was maybe 45–to seconds and the men shook hands after and left. I got restricted for posting a video of a grandmother checking her grandsons diaper after leaving the sitters. The grandmother basically said it's necessary to do this because someone could be SA'ing your child and you have to be cautious. All of the videos I shared were not reported and are still able to be viewed, but my account is restricted. I believe the investigation into these thing need to be more thorough because Facebook is really on my last nerve.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure that you always post nice, happy things with no real message because they will censor you if you speak your mind or say something they don’t understand fully. You also won’t be able to appeal their decision because they won’t always give you the option and uses Covid as the excuse why they can’t respond.

My significant other (Steven) and I went to Show Low, Ford. We were looking at a used car and found what we wanted. About 45 min later they had us and another family fighting over the same vehicle and did not hide the fact they were trying to sell car the care out from under us.
They tried to give us a 2018 Eco-sport we did not like it. We told them we want the car we looked at.
The manager said (To Steven Face),
"It is a matter of who was willing to give more money at this point."
We offered $5,000 CASH DOWN.
I have had Fords since I was 19.3 generations of loyalty Ford, Mercury and Lincoln members yet they treat us like we are scum of the earth and was NOTHING to them besides a bag full of money.
(Yeap, this proves Money is the root of ALL evil)
In Addition, I have EXTRAORDINARY credit with Ford Motor Company, been buying from Ford since I was 19 and they treat their loyal customers this way. If they are going to treat a loyal member of the Ford family this way, just imagine what they will do to other people.
We never got the car we walked out of the dealership. They took Steven's Key to my 2015 Ford Fiesta just so they could hold us there. When I said I had it, Steven walked into the office and grabbed his key and they tried to stop him from taking his key to OUR CAR back and we left.
