Yall idk whats going on here because I heard nothing but good things but I placed an order with 11 ID's on it over a month ago and its still listed in progress...this is ridiculous and I have a group of people waiting for theirs and relying on me. I've submit multiple support tickets all of which got deleted or are just not being responded to can I please have some sort of an answer before I start telling everyone i know not to order from here.
Drivers license number in Maine has 7 but i received mine with 8 and part of the signature is cut off. Also sent a ticket to support, no response in over 2 weeks.
I ordered my IDs in march. They finally gave me the tracking number in early may when the shipping label was created mid-late april. Even with shipping, it has repeated leaving and arriving shipping partner facility in Jamaica NY multiple times. As if the facility just keeps checking it in and out over and over and it is never actually going to USPS. Ive asked support and made a ticket but havent got a response in around a week or more.
I ordered a fake id around february 4th 2024 it said it should take around 3 weeks and it's been almost 6 weeks now. I've put in so many customer support tickets and all of them have just been deleted and since i paid with card it gave me a $30 fee so i ended up spending $150 on 2 copies of my id. I really hope they end up coming and i will update. I understand these things probably take a while but the customer support has not been giving me hope. We shall see…
My shipping wait time was approximately 1 month and 13 days which was ok. Customer service responds back but seems to delete their tickets after they've gotten resolved regardless of your knowledge. My photo was blurry at the edges so I'm guessing it was hard for them to accurately crop it because you could tell that it's cropped if you look at it. So make sure your photo is as perfect as can be and you import your own signature since the E-Sig ink is thick for a pen. I would say this is a good reputable site to order from!
