“Unreasonable return policies”

I ordered a necklace which was not personalized or etched from ChicoDeco. There was a cheap gift note included with the necklace with a saying and my name printed at the bottom, removable. My grandaughter asked to have it switched for gold instead of silver. Chico Deco refused calling it personalized. I'm afraid this is why monster amazon is taking over the world. Customer service doesn't exist here
