I never seen dealer with 10 showing 9 out of ten times, they barely let you win a hand. It's so obvious. I won't recommend playing this... I HOPE THEY GET EXPOSE ONE DAY... THEY REALLY SCAMIN US OUT OUR MONEY WITHOUT A FAIR CHANCE

Fandual sucks. Horrible. They suspended my account for unknown reasons 6 times before I could place my first wager. They said it was because I used a different person's card(my wife) then they proceed to tell me that I can't share cards and it is illegal. So then I say ok and deposit off my card. First they suspended my account again for putting in the wrong ccv # once. When I got it back active my deposit went through and you guessed it...immediately my account was suspended. It was so terrible I never placed a wager. I told them to give me my money back and cancel my account. And don't try to chat with customer service. They know nothing about your account and can't help you in any way. No. You have to WAIT for literally weeks to hear from the "account team" over email because fandual doesn't even have a phone line to call customer service. Long story short fandual is the most unprofessional book out there. They are snakes. If you want a wonderful experience with a book based in US and you can get in touch with ON THE PHONE or chatting in less than 5 minutes go to Bet365. They are absolutely awesome. Bet365. The picture below is what they sent after I told them my wife and I share a bank account and that's who's card I used and they made me send picture of her holding the card with a piece of paper with today's date on it.

Fanduel refuses to investigate. Suspended my account and stole my $155 and has yet to give it back. No customer service at all. Do not even open an account with this organization

I openes a Fan Duel account 3 weeks ago the same day i put money on my accout lost a few bets than won one & than tryes to pull so.e off out my account placed another bet won again a few days later im locked out my account my money never hit my bank than i keep trying to contact someone every day since and nothing im tild someone will contact you in 24 hours and no body ever contacts me.Im sooo pissed ive necer won anything in my life now i do and they wont pay me.It aint right..

I have been playing for months. When I first started I won good money and they would give me bonuses once in a while. I have been locked out of my account for four months,. When emailing them (they have no customer number to call them) I have been giving the same story. They locked my account because "THEY" suspected someone hacked and used my sports book account. I do not have a Sports book account, I only have a fantasy account. I have been begging them to just close my account and let me take my money out and spend it with a refutable site. Just like every other online casino whenever you're actually winning you get a Geo location error even though you haven't left the spot you've been in better yet you get an inactivity error when you're in the middle of spinning the slots, I have a full screen recorded video of them cheating me, and then I filed a complaint with the proof and they said to me well you switch from cellular data to Wi-Fi at 2:03 I was in the middle of playing so this did not happen and that was the answer for kicking me out of a site when I was winning. But if you're losing this never happens, they'll take your money all day long. There's not a Geo location error there's no inactivity error nothing just take your money and nothing ever happens but God forbid let you be winning you're getting kicked out of the game every five seconds and then all of a sudden you don't win anything but yeah, they deny this I already made a complaint filed a complaint with the gaming board. 12 days later I have heard absolutely nothing from anyone from FanDuel

They tell me they cannot access my account and cannot do anything for me
