I placed an order with fashion nova today using my promo code in my gift card and agreed to only paying $11 through PayPal and I received a confirmation email basically stating that they used my gift card and charge me an additional 200+ something dollars without my approval. So now I've had to file with PayPal because they refuse to cancel my order and they want me to just accept the items and returned them missing the point that I did not agree to paying an additional $200. Their customer service is absolutely awful. I just placed the order and I contact them two minutes after.

Fashionnova's floral off shoulders are must haves. They're comfortable and very chic. It's just about the right length for me.
