I have purchased 3 beautiful bags from Fashionphile, and I currently have one on reserve. All of my bags were purchased at way below retail, and they're all in pristine condition. I have only had very wonderful experiences shopping with fashionphile. They have a very strict grading system that is more like that of Japanese boutiques so the bags are always better than expected. Fast shipping and lovely customer car if you need it.

I enjoy fashionphile I think they're a little pricey but their descriptions are great and I trust its authentic product. That being said I think price points could be a little better. I'm a long time fashionphile customer and I was very displeased to learn they now charge for returns (deduct from refund). It's very discouraging to want to order items now because I know I'm gonna have to pay $15 to return it. I think everyone should only keep items they LOVE and will truly use. I stand by stores that also believe in this and therefore offer free returns. I am now reluctant to order. I am pretty good at ordering what I believe I will love so that I save myself that trip to UPS or FEDEX but sometimes items just don't work out the way we think they will.
