I have purchased 3 beautiful bags from Fashionphile, and I currently have one on reserve. All of my bags were purchased at way below retail, and they're all in pristine condition. I love my new purse but I wished you would mention in the listing that the purse is not always original. I purchased a vintage petite noe thinking it was well taken care of. But I am learned that it has been intensively repaired and the date code isn't visible. Whether the repairs have been done by you or the selling client, it should be mentioned for the next buyer to know. Some of us would like to know the history of the bag. Prices are steep for something intensively repaired.

I don't think it's good customer service to make me foot the bill for returns: i live 100s to 1,000 of miles away from an actual store to simply walk into a store to return. Makes me less likely to order again unless I've seen the product in person. That was disappointing

I gave it 4 stars because, though I don't think they have much control over that, the color online is very different I person. The green I received is much lighter than the green on screen and gives me pause.

I was expecting a Chanel dust bag with my purchase as advertised but a day or so after my order someone reached out and advised that it was a mistake and did not come with a Chanel dust bag but instead a fashionphile brand dust bag. I didn't mind because I was excited to get my actual Chanel bag. Instead they gifted a nail file. It would have been nice to get a small discount or credit. But overall my bag is beautiful! And I'll just buy a dust bag later on!

It wasn't a issue at all. But i think we can blame it on the weather (anxiously waiting for the package for a week bought it 10/06 send it 10/08 received it 10/15). I enjoy fashionphile I think they're a little pricey but their descriptions are great and I trust its authentic product. That being said I think price points could be a little better. I'm a long time fashionphile customer and I was very displeased to learn they now charge for returns (deduct from refund). It's very discouraging to want to order items now because I know I'm gonna have to pay $15 to return it. I think everyone should only keep items they LOVE and will truly use. I stand by stores that also believe in this and therefore offer free returns. I am now reluctant to order. I am pretty good at ordering what I believe I will love so that I save myself that trip to UPS or FEDEX but sometimes items just don't work out the way we think they will.

Item ariived in good condition. However, the package did not contain a return label which is supposed to be provided. Also, the bag was not in the dust bag and was laying in the Chanel box without any protection.
I called to ask for a prepaid shipping label since o e wasn’t included in The package and was e mailed one immediately.

I've eyeballed several emprientes over the last few months. Decided to ask for some more pics, since the listing stated some wear. I found the bag in overall good used condition. Nothing major that kept me from purchasing. They emailed me all the additional pics requested. I would say the only disappointment is when it lists it comes with a dust bag, it's the FP branded bag, not the LV dust bag.
After watching several bags, even through other sellers, FP has a nice return period, shipped it quick, and guarantees their authenticity. They have a nice selection of bags overall
Reason for giving a 4-Star, is because the ring and diamonds looked much bigger than in person. However, it fits prefect, and the clarity of the diamonds is gorgeous. Arrived on time, came securely packed and nicely wrapped.

UPS had to reattempt delivery 3x because i always miss them. Im not allowed to customize delivery by changing the delivery date or options for UPS storepickp instead. I asked help from Fashionphile agent and FP cant change the delivery options on their end either. Its a total waste of UPS carbon footprint having them attempt to deliver to me 3x when i can just pick it up at store or schedule it when im sure to be at home. Also its 95 degrees outside for UPS to waste their energy on all this.

Fashionphile is one of the easiest transactions I had when coming to preloved items. When I purchased my Louis Vuitton Steamer Messenger, it was listed as excellent condition. I received the bag and it was like new. A scratch, a spot, very unnoticeable wear, and a distinct scent of a "closet" in the bag was the only issues, but all is really invisible to naked eye and the scent can always be fixed.
My only issue is the shipping. My item shipped on 07/08/2024 but I received it on 08/01/2024. Although shipping was free, I would rather have the option to pay for the expedited shipping to ensure arrival of my item. While I was waiting, I was worried that it got lost in transit.
Emails were true to point, but I always get a near similar or duplicate response after replying to their initial response.

I visited the San Diego flagship store. Unfortunately, they did not have the item I was looking for in stock locally. However, the NY Flagship location did. I made the purchase in-store with estimated deliver of "later the same week" The item was listed as Shows Wear. It arrived over a week later and even a day later than the shipping company confirmed. Item was visibly in expected condition, although to my disappointment, it had a horrible bengay like smell. After some research, it appears the smell is a result of moth balls. For was not disclosed. If it had been, I would have passed on the item.

I was a little concerned on the shipping process as the bag was delayed with UPS & I didn't get updates on delivery after the delay was sent so I couldn't track it as I needed to sign at delivery. My bag arrived a day late but was in good condition, just concerned as I couldnt Track delivery.

The description of the condition of the bag wasn't fully accurate. The pockets are stretched out, which wasn't in the description. Also, on the inside pocket, there is a huge area where the burgundy color wore off. I didn't see a picture of that. Nevertheless, it is a nice bag and for a Chanel bag, I got it at a great price. Also, for a 2008 bag, it is in a great condition.

I do feel like some of their handbags listed as 'excellent' have not been in excellent condition to my standards. I recently purchased a Birkin 30 in excellent condition and some of the hardware is extremely scratched up. I do love the bag and plan on keeping it but will ask Her es the next time I'm there to replace some of the hardware. The handbag should have been listed as very good, not excellent in my opinion.
