I have purchased 3 beautiful bags from Fashionphile, and I currently have one on reserve. All of my bags were purchased at way below retail, and they're all in pristine condition. I cannot say enough positive things about this site. All of my bags came with super fast, free and easy shipping. I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone.
Finally found a bag from 2012 in my preferred color. Been looking for over a year. I was expecting wear as the bag is 12 years old, but the extended return window for the holidays gave me confidence. As it turned out I did not need that extended window. I was amazed at the condition; it must have spent many years in the back of a closet because it did not look as though it had been used more than a couple of times.

I had a really great first time experience so far. I actually bought two bags, so far received one and although listed in excellent condition, the bag looks pristine. At first I thought if needed I could take the bag to get repaired, as it is a very rare find and to buy new would have been a 30% mark up on top of retail because at this point it is a custom color and they are not actively promoting the particular line.I received the bag and you cannot even see said flaw. Wonderful experience.
Had most trusted reviews and I did not see many reports of fakes. It seems they have extensive authentication practices.

Purchased a red Chanel boy bag and I'm amazed at the price and condition of this bag. An absolute steal! I was prepared to return it because at that price, I figured there must be some damage or wear in the pictures I'm not seeing. This bag looks brand new. This website is pretty straightforward. No membership fees (?!) Decent descriptions of products with pictures and sizes. Easy buying experience and product was as described. I would like their quality rating to be more detailed as rating system could be more informative. The returns window is short, but I bought during extended returns due to holidays so I had no worries this time but may be deterred in the future because of the short return window. Overall very happy with my purchase and would consider buying from Fashionphile again!
Fashionphile became my first choice for buying preloved because it is so easy to use. Certain sites have membership fees, which I find ridiculous, unnecessary and scammy. Some others have unbelievably high shipping fees, especially worrisome regarding returns. Some had no authenticity guarantees. I did my research beforehand regarding where the best places are to buy preloved and felt most comfortable with Fashionphile.

My purse arrived in a cloth bag, inside a box with a nice sprinkling of confetti. The purse is in the exact condition described. Due to transport, the bag does slightly lean back, but I'm sure that will adjust with time and use. Overall, it looks brand new! Not sure I'll purchase designer direct from the store again with these deals and quality. Love!

I have watched and read reviews online about different sites of where to buy pre loved designer bags and so far, Fashionphile has a good reputation about authenticating their items and I decided to purchase my bag here, this is my second time to buy from this site. So far so good, the photos gives you a realistic view of what the product looks like and so far, it didn't disappoint.
The customer rep in San Diego went above and beyond where she took photos of the chanel bag I was interested in but I was a little late because it eventually sold.
The customer rep in NY gave me the info on the Fendi I eventually purchased but can't compare to the service and attention I received from the one in CA.
Great reputation based on reviews. Return policy and sale promo.

I've ordered from Fashionphile before, but this time the listing was inaccurate and they only contacted me after my order shipped to tell me. Sort of felt like a bait and switch. I returned the item (they said they would make the return free because they had an error in the listing), but I still had to pay for the return. Not impressed.
