Finally found a bag from 2012 in my preferred color. Been looking for over a year. I was expecting wear as the bag is 12 years old, but the extended return window for the holidays gave me confidence. As it turned out I did not need that extended window. I was amazed at the condition; it must have spent many years in the back of a closet because it did not look as though it had been used more than a couple of times.

The only problem I have with your site is that there are no up and down arrows to navigate through the store. It is very unwieldly, and I am surprised that a place of this high caliber would make it harder to complete a purchase.

Tiffany & Co no longer sells charms for their charm bracelet. I'd purchased one for my mom a couple of years ago and every Christmas I get her a charm for it. Well, since they don't sell them any more at Tiffany, I had to scour the internet and search. I stumbled upon the FASHIONPHILE website. So pleased that they had several charms to choose from. I am not a new customer to Fashionphile, and have purchased many items from their website in the past. This being said, they are a very trustworthy company, based upon my past experiences! This last purchase was a ladies Rolex watch. The item was delivered fast and came in a beautiful box. I was delighted when I saw the watch as it looked better in person than in their photos! It looked absolutely beautiful! I took it to my jeweler who authenticated it for me, just to have another opinion. He said it was a beautiful piece and I got a great deal on my purchase. In his opinion I should have paid at least $300 more for the item! I am so pleased by my purchase and will continue to buy from this company in the future!

This was my first time using Fashionphile and I was not entirely sure about ordering the item based on the "shows wear" rating; however, given their generous return policy, I decided to give it a try and see how it looked in person. Honestly, I thought it looked much better than described and could not see any marks on the interior and I really had to scrutinize the exterior to find any. The charm hanging from the bag was slightly misshapen but I can live with that or simply remove it. I was very happy with the quality.

I think Fashionphile has a great website and great opportunities to buy resale items. However, sometimes its had to accurately evaluate the scale of items. That's on me...but, I bought a purse that was smaller than I thought. The measurements were specified and accurate, but I still thought it was bigger than it was when it arrived, My bad - just hard to evaluate when you don't have the actual item in your hands.
