I encountered an issue during the software installation. David assisted me via email and also patiently guided me over the phone, effectively resolving the issue. He promptly responded to my email inquiry and remained patient throughout our phone conversation to assist me with Excel 2021 for Mac issues
It's now been 2 months since we purchase Word 16 from them. Should have known how they would be when the "upgraded" me to Home/Student version. We are using the professional version of office, and this would not work so they give me a license for Office professional, which we did not want/need. From there they kept trying to have us install the software, but this is for a production auto tester and we cannot install any software on the system. They were told this over 8 time with nothing sinking in to this fact and they kept trying to have me install the software rather than just giving me a license. Now, 2 months later, they will not respond to any chats, help requests, and replies to my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The best warning I can provide. Stay clear of them.
I am now able to enjoy Microsoft Office Home and Student for mac. I had a hard time finding a legit version of it.
